My experience with Pursue Performance has been great so far and the staff has been clear with me from the beginning. The cost and commitment was explained from the very first meeting so I did not feel blind sided. I was looking for a place that was more than just a workout but had a plan. I have been to multiple gyms where they give you a list of foods you should eat and say eat healthier and show up 5-6 days a week to workout. This did not work for me. The meal plan for the 6 week challenge was laid out with no hidden items and even an available recipe book using the ingredients for that time frame. The commitment was to come at least 3 days a week and still get a full body workout. I was able to see results in my first 6 weeks and working on making a lifestyle change in my eating habits. I was fortunate to find Pursue Performance a little over 4 months ago. I have had endless surgeries for my neck as a result of three separate accidents and was told there were many physical things I would never be able to do again. I also have bad knees from ski racing and soccer! Being a former athlete I was determined to defy the odds! The facility offers an amazing boot camp program but I needed a one on one situation with a trainer that believed in me and was knowledgeable about working with injuries and limitations. I work with the owner Trevor Briggs 3 times a week and we are already doing many things I was told I could not by the surgeons! I am so thankful for having mylife back! I would recommend Pursue to everyone that needs to have amazing support in their journey weather it's to loose a bunch of weight or to just get in shape. I have been working out and trying to get in better shape since my son was born 3years ago. I felt defeated and like giving up. When I found Pursue Performance LLC I didn't think anything would change, but little did I know how much fun and how much better I feel everyday! This is not an ordinary place to work out, the coaches are amazing and push you more than you would ever imagine yourself accomplishing! TEAM IS AMAZING, the workouts are great, and everyone is wanting you to hit your goals. The thing I would just make sure everyone who does the 6 weeks challenge is to make sure you understand and set all of your goals and starting numbers CORRECTLY. I don't believe I got a clear starting point at the beginning of the 6 weeks challenge because there were so many of us starting that my BMI was overlooked and not properly recorded, so when it came to weigh out I missed it by 0.2% which kinda stunk because if it had been recorded correctly at the start I think it would have been different.... but overall I did lose 11lbs in 6 weeks and very happy with the team over there. read more

Okay, I'm a newbie at this point, but I am super impressed with the program Pursue Performance offers already. It covers all the key points, exercise, nutrition, and accountability. There was no pressure to sign up, no pressure to buy the protein they stock (for ease if you need some) and everything was explained in full detail as to how the program works. The excitement, and encouragement is amazing and I can't help but feel motivated. You have the choice to sign up or walk away, but there is no pressure. Absolutely Love this Place! The owner and Coaches have true compassion for what they are doing. They make the workouts challenging, fun, and do friendly completions, to help you push yourself a little harder for bragging rights. They are wonderful accountability partners. They check on you throughout the week to make sure your good, eating right, drinking water and just encouraging words and quotes. They have private social media pages, so members can check in, share recipes, give pep talks, celebrate our wins in our physical wellness journey. You don't get that anywhere else for sure. My daughter has been going to this gym for a little over two weeks now. I have never seen her this happy to wake up at 4am to workout in a gym. I believe in what the trainers there are doing. She is always telling me about how they push her and continue to adapt exercises to fit her level of fitness. Overall best group of people to be around with to getting back into shape. I noticed results within 2 weeks into the bootcamp! I love the motivation and encouragement that the trainers provide.
