I followed Mind Body & Soul Fitness for years before finally walking through the door. I told…read moremyself I'd just sign up for one month--just long enough to get back into the habit--then go off and work out on my own. That was over a month ago, and I haven't been able to stop going. I never thought I'd be someone who actually looked forward to the gym. But in such a short time, I've felt a real shift. My body is stronger, yes--but the bigger change has been in my mind. Showing up, pushing through, and doing the work has helped me face fears I didn't even realize I was carrying. It's been grounding, empowering, and healing in ways I didn't expect. This gym isn't just about workouts--it's about growth. Ladominick, the owner and trainer, creates an environment that feels supportive, intentional, and motivating. He completely changed how I see gyms and trainers. This place has been genuinely good for my mind, body, and soul.

I am fairly new on here and working with Ladomick has been an incredible experience! In just the first month, I've lost 3% body fat and gained 3 lbs of muscle mass, thanks to his customized and structured workouts that keep me challenged and motivated every single day. The first week was tough--my body felt sore and tight--but with his encouragement and guidance, the workouts gradually became something I genuinely look forward to. What started as effort turned into enjoyment, and now it's a highlight of my day. This journey is also teaching me to keep up the momentum, stay consistent, and make time for myself even on the busiest workdays. I'm learning to put my health and well-being first, and that's been the biggest mindset shift of all. Thank you, Coach, for your mentorship, motivation to us all and belief that small, daily progress creates lasting transformation. Your energy and positivity are contagious! As I like to remind myself now -- "I'm addicted to the feeling of feeling good after a workout." Best, Nivea

This will probably go down as my my personal review ever. When I found this place I had decided my…read morelife needed to change. Looking at me most people would never guess the pain I deal with every day. I look normal so what could be wrong?! Well, I have complex PTSD and my insides constantly feel like they are battling to not explode. The thought of any kind of violence or conflict in my life rendered me immobile and terrified. I called and spoke with Zach. He was so kind taking time to explain everything. I was still worried and explained I needed sometime to think. No pressure was put on me at all. I waited the weekend and called back the next week. This time I talked to Abby. She literally cried with me on the phone with so much concern and love. I took my first class with Zach that Wednesday and had a full mental break down. While still running the class, he came and took care of me. For the first time in my entire life someone comforted me while I was scared. As painful as it was I knew I found a place that could help with my growth. I've been to a few classes now and I will not be stopping soon. I love these people and this class. Every week I look forward to class and become the strong powerful women I am.

However with my kickboxing background from taking the class at the gym + my TAE BO days (if you know you KNOW holla Billy Blanks) I knew it would be something I would probably enjoy. I have a coworker friend that would rave on and on about this place so I decided to give it a try. Pro tip - at the moment, some of the class times are listed on Class Pass, so my fellow insiders can get up on it and sign up! I took the 6:30pm class and got there right on time to jump in. If you're super new I'd recommend that you get there 10-15 mins early to get your wraps and gloves and etc. Wraps are $5 and you can keep them (brand new) which was nice. They also have a ton of super cute merch! Okay back to the workout. There is 15 minutes-"ish" of dynamic stretching and warm up which is nice and will get you sweating. The instructor of the day broke down each movement and focused on technique which was very helpful. They also will correct you if you are doing something wrong which as we all know is helpful in injury prevention and etc. I was pretty tired from teaching classes at the gym all week so I appreciated the corrections. I would however prefer to see more modifications during the dynamic warm up phase. We jumped into a lot of the dynamic movement without any modifiers and with tight hamstrings (endurance sports will sure do that to ya) I NEED options baby! Otherwise it is a booty kicker for sure and you will be tired afterwards. My hands/arms were shaking from taking out all of the week's stress on that punching bag! So come here, check it out, release some stress and you will enjoy. I'll be back to try more classes for sure.

I was nervous going into my first (free) class but excited. Arrived early and they helped me wrap my hands and showed me how to stand. It was quick! They are used to helping new people and do not make a big deal about it. During my first class I learned to throw basic punches (kind of). Manny is the kind of trainer that wants to motivate and makes sure people don't feel lost. What surprised me was that he accomplishes this without overly correcting or focusing too much on one person. This was a great experience for me because I did want to learn but I also did not want all the focus on me. Correct me and move on please! I signed up with Title and was surprised at how much more confident I felt going into my second class. Since then, I've been attending classes 4 to 5 times a week. Each trainer has his/her own style. I've taken classes with all of them and have my favorites. My most frequent classes have been with Lauren - great motivator, creative combos, tough in her own way (beautiful singing voice ). Manny - engaged, funny, and truly committed to the success of each person. Chris - engaged, creative, tough routines but easy to follow- always brings something different. Buddy - fast pace - tough workouts (lay off the coffee Buddy!) - you'll discover muscles you never knew existed. Each trainer is excellent, they know when to correct and when to back down. They don't over correct because they understand that we are all at different levels. They make themselves available for questions and feedback. Title Boxing - Dallas Uptown has managed to create a judgement free zone while also pushing its member to reach for their highest performance levels. I highly recommend!

Long time TITLE customer in NYC visiting Dallas and decided to keep upy workout while out here…read more I was impressed by the space and cleanliness. The bathrooms was large and offered deodorant hair spray hair ties and makeup wipes. Additional lockers inside. The staff was very friendly especially to a visiting TITLE member from another state. They allowed me to take the class free since i already had a membership. No hassle. Instructor and class was very intense. When i had a question about a movement he showed me. He also practiced with me with foam rollers (punching), i guess bc i was new and to check form. He did this with one other person, the rest of the ppl must she been regulars. I will say the class is fast paced and there is not much checking on form throughout just telling out of combos. But this is pretty standard to TITLE gyms I've noticed. You get instruction if you ask questions. They have additional weights and machines you can use as well. Chris (instructor) was awesome. Very professional and taught and intense class that had me sweating. Modeled almost every movement he wanted us to do. Also introduced himself after the class and stated when he taught other days in a professional manner. Overall glad i came here and that they allowed me to continue my workout routing while away from home.
