False advertising. I was looking for a personal trainer as I am new in town and stumbled across this "free" service. Truth is I was not looking for free but if there is one- why not? I called and asked "is free really free? Like $0" and told i need to speak to a coach. First red flag. Why not answer a simple question? I sign up for a coach to call. The coach texts and refuses to answer question until we meet. We play phone tag and I get another coach. Phone consultation and at end of call they want me to Come in. I say "I've seen ur negative reviews online. I need to know if free or not." She had ignored the question several before and that's when she tells me it "CAN BE" free. Whoa! Then why the false advertising I ask? O- I heard we had a wrong flyer out there with an error. "I have nothing to do wuth advertising. I just answer the phone." She proceeds to lecture me on the fact that I must not be ready for transformation if I don't want to pay. Just horrible!! The other coach that we had been playing phone tag with me also texts me some elaborate story on why they lie on their advertising. Sickening! No need to be deceitful if you have a good product/ service! I literally was looking to pay a trainer and if they do 1/2 of what they claim it's worth it. Take ur business elsewhere. Would rate 0 if I could. My wife and I signed up for the "Free" 6 week challenge and had to put down a deposit with the hopes of successfully completing the challenge in order to get out deposit back, thus making it "free". We were told during our consultation that this challenge and the accompanied meal plan would help build muscle, lose fat, and we'd have a dedicated trainer personally meeting with us to go over our goals, keep us accountable, and answer any questions we have throughout the 6 weeks. We were also told that in order to successfully complete the challenge and get our $1,00 back ($599 for me, $499 for my wife) there were a few requirements which were explained to us by the employee leading the consultation: - Attend at least 3 classes a week and check in with our key cards to keep record of our visits (due to traveling plans we had already made 1.5 months out we even joined a 6 week schedule that had already started instead of waiting for the next program start date just so we'd be able to do all 6 weeks of at least 3 visits before going on our trip without missing out on the last week or so of the challenge and disqualifying ourselves) - lose either 25lbs or 6% body fat (we chose body fat) - Do our weekly weigh ins on their fancy scanner machine to keep track of our progress Okay fine, we could use that as motivation to hit our goal. Because why wouldn't we do everything possible and required to get our refund back? Now during the 6 weeks we had questions about who our trainer was, because no one ever reached out to introduce themselves and see if we had any questions or guide us like they were supposed to. We also had questions about the meal plan and when we asked the employees at the front desk they seemed more confused by the meal plan than we were. Finally after 6 weeks of sticking RELIGIOUSLY to the meal plan, coming to 5 classes a week, buying the gloves and heart rate monitor they recommend to help you to reach your goal, I was able to lose more than 6% body fat, unfortunately my wife was just below 6% so she didn't successfully meet the requirement. Which is a bummer because I know how hard she worked but hey at least we get my refund back right? Apparently not. After weeks of trying to get a response from them, of me sending the multiple emails, text messages, and phone calls, I finally get a response that they won't give me my refund because I didn't complete ALL the requirements. Seems in the fine print where they had us initial there is a line that requires Facebook check ins for each visit. Now i know for a fact that was never discussed in our consultation. We were told of the 3 requirements I listed earlier. Which I successfully completed. And yet they say "well you didn't actually complete all the requirements because you didn't check in on Facebook" WHY WOULD I DO ALL THE DIFFICULT PARTS OF THE CHALLENGE BUT REFUSE TO DO THE EASIEST PART IF THAT HAD BEEN DISCUSSED AND EXPLAINED TO ME?? Considering how long it took to even get that response from them and how difficult it's been to get any kind of communication from this company this seems more like a Money Grab Scam rather than a legitimate Fitness Challenge. First they bring you in with "Free 6 week Fitness Challenge", then blindside you by asking for the deposit, only to leave out VITAL pieces of information about the challenge. Seems like they're hoping you won't actually pass the challenge and they get to keep your deposit. Oh but hey they offered to roll our deposit into a membership, where they can apply it to give you a discounted rate for a 12 month term. So in order for me to feel like money wasn't wasted I have to spend MORE money with the company for membership? After I've had to work so hard to just get a decent response from them? Why would anyone be willing to do that? TLDR: the program isn't free, even if you pass the challenge it'll be like pulling teeth to get your deposit back, and that's assuming they don't find some way to keep your deposit. Save your money, or find a gym with actual honest programs. read more

Place has gone downhill. The turnover for staff here is ridiculous. I'm assuming the Owner is not great to staff since 7 of the 8 staff members quit this week. I pay a lot of money for a membership to a gym who treats their employees like garbage. Not sure I would like to continue to fund the lifestyle of someone who has no regard for their employees. Best part about this place was the amazing instructors such as Jessa, Jessica, Eric, Alyssa, Dani, Sydney, and Stephen. Very disheartening getting close to instructors and building relationships with people during your weight loss/fitness journey and then see them disposed of without the blink of an eye. Be careful with this place! They will tell you one thing during the consultation and say that the contract you're signing just goes over everything that you discussed but READ THE FINE PRINT. Because they will use that to refuse you your deposit even if you lose the weight or body fat percentage and pass all the requirements that were discussed with you by the employee in the consultation. They keep replying on other reviews saying they have tried their "best" to work with us, but they haven't or I would not be commenting this. It took weeks for them to even message us back saying they were not going to reimburse us. Please save your money and go else where. They do not keep their word. read more

My best part of the day is when I come here and throw some punches and kick the bleep out of those bags. Great instructors, they've all taught me to improve my form and I really like that I can choose different times of day to come to class depending on my schedule. read more

Kick-boxing is an amazing and fun way to get a full body workout! I love how they incorporate other workouts off the bag. You truly get a great workout. The instructors are great and very knowledgeable. There have plenty of classes available, so you can work out mornings or evenings, whichever is more convenient for you! read more

This is my favorite place to be. I started coming regularly 7 months ago and it has become the best parts of my week. I burn so many calories in a class and have met several milestones; I feel accomplished and energized whenever I leave. The people here are so friendly. I absolutely love this gym I've tried a few other programs, but this is one that I actually enjoy coming to. It's a great stress reliever. This boxing workout is amazing. The 6 week challenge here is a great way to kick off your fitness goals. If you dedicate the 6 weeks you will see results. If you want to kickbox, lose weight, and enjoy yourself while working out, Fit Theorem is the place to be! During the pandemic, Fit Theorem made the studio a safe environment to workout. The facility provides a website and app to sign up for classes that works with your schedule, the punching bags are spaced out, temperatures are checked at the door, and wipes are provided to clean the bags after classes. Also, the instructors use a cleaning device to sanitize the studio. Not only does Fit Theorem ensure your safety, but they also make it their mission to help you meet your weight loss goals. They offer a 6 week challenge, monthly advanced classes (must be a member for at least 3 months), and who can forget about Hell Week! The Fit Theorem is a welcoming place that is full of healthy fun and great playlists that you can jam to while working out. In the past at other gyms, I felt like going to workout was just something on my checklist and it was the same boring routine all of the time. I look forward to coming to Fit Theorem. The kickboxing classes are different everyday; you never know what is in store when you arrive and it keeps you on your toes and your mind sharp, the instructors make working out enjoyable, and you will always leave sweating, but feeling accomplished!
