It's super easy to get in and out of the parking lot which has plenty of parking. This gym has more of a luxe ambiance with it being a newer build and lighter colors. The women's dressing room has an ample amount of lockers. There are 5 toilet stalls which don't seem like enough but I never had an issue. There's another 2 stall restroom upstairs on the gym floor. In the women's locker room, for women only, is the spa experience with a hot whirlpool, cold plunge, sauna, and steam room. This is the most important one for me because I absolutely hate the co-Ed amenities in the other locations, such as Plano, Allen, ands Flower Mound. I could literally spend an hour or more here just relaxing. The 25 minute drive makes it totally worth it. The sinks and counters in the women's locker room are two huge areas with plenty of space for ladies to wash hands or beautify themselves in the mirror. Lifetime provides razors, makeup remover, Q-tips, & other items. Further down, there is a large room with two rows of showers. Maybe about 20? In the showers, they have shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and shaving cream. The water pressure is perfect and you can make it as warm or cold as you like. Large towels are provided and so are small ones for anything else like the gym floor. The Life Café is huge! There is plenty of seating and lots of options for food and snacks. Behind the front desk is the stairs and elevator to go upstairs. As you go up the stairs, you can immediately see how this is a Luxe gym with the beautiful chandelier above the stairs. Once at the top is the GTX room with a divider. This room is kept a little dark, which I prefer to the brightly lit gym floor. Opposite of that room is the gym floor with all the machines and equipment in an open floor concept. The massage chairs and recovery station is to the far right and up into another room. The Pickleball courts are closed in and always full. The pilates and barre room are off to one side and then there is a cycle studio and another studio on the other end. I love that the alpha section has mirrors in front of the racks with the barbell. I still haven't seen the outdoor pool, I know it's on the roof or something. I still need to check it out. I've seen the indoor one, which is your standard lap pool. This gym gets super busy during rush hour so plan accordingly.

In many areas, the club shines - its strength and conditioning equipment, instructors, and health programming are unmatched and, most importantly, I've met great people. As good as the club is, and no doubt, great things are happening there, it's really expensive - and the last several months I have constantly been questioning if I should be paying what I do. I mentioned in my first review in July I felt the club was slipping. No question I have, and deserve to have, the highest expectations for this place but that comes from them. They promise us an "athletic country club" experience and charge for it - so I expect them to deliver. Over the last year, this club has been dealing with a serious member trend related to its big ticket item - the men's rejuvenation suite in the locker room, consisting of a hot tub, cold plunge, dry sauna, and wet sauna. Quite often, it's a wreck - as are other sections of the locker room. Wet towels and trash crumpled on the floor and in seating areas and in corners around this section of the club. There's sludge on sections of the floor at night after the big rush. Many of the men members of this club are acting like slobs - and Life Time isn't keeping up. I feel like the maintenance crew tries hard, but I've also seen them blow past the suite without even sticking their head in for a status check - as if they have other priorities than one of their biggest competitive advantages when it comes to amenities. I really feel like Life Time without this is mostly a four- or five-star facility - but this issue knocks it down several pegs. It's exhausting.

The location is very convienient, right off of 121. The gym is stocked with plenty of CF equipment and the amenities are on point (multiple showers, a/c, heater, etc). My favorite is the coaching and programing! I always feel the coaches are attentive and helping me improve. The programing always varies to include different movements that keep me challenged and motivated! I love it here!!

From minor one to the end it was constant movement. I do like switching between treadmill and weights. I run a lot, so the treadmill was great and felt so good. The weights part was sssoooo good! I never do weight workouts, and this one got me! It's the best kind of pain! My muscles were sore for the next two days, which is exactly what I want in a workout. I like that the lights are red in the classroom, but I will say the music was deafening loud, I had to cover my ears at one point. Next time I know to just bring my loops. I never attended a regular class, so I can only review pt and the location itself. My trainer and I focused on endurance and strength training. We never did long distance running. Since I had little/no running experience it ended up being a bit of an experiment. We focused a lot on nutrition as well. One of our sessions was even at the Sprouts market. It sounds kind of silly but ended up being super helpful. I took part in the Whole 30 challenge during this time. The location isn't the best. My workouts were primarily at night, and since it got dark early after time change it made me a little nervous running at night. It's not well lit down that street. I ended up asking Niki to go through and watch me run on the other side of the building for safety. I always felt encouraged and supported by the trainers and other cfers. There's lots of excitement built up around the CF community and my experience here coincided.
