When she informed me of how panicked she felt having to do this after over a week of already trying to cancel, I decided to give them a call. They were extremely unpleasant to speak to and adamant that MY ELDERLY MOTHER, riddled with panic over this situation, would still have to come in person to cancel. After hanging up the phone, I informed my mother to call her bank and block payments, i will add, this was after multiple attempts by Hotworx of trying to charge her card after she had begged them not to. MY ELDERLY MOTHER, BEGGED them not to charge her card. Today, writing this review, it is months later at this point and my mother is still being harassed by this company. They finally JUST canceled her membership after letting her know that it is not due to 'Lack of Payment', but "due to violation of MEMBER RULES, NOTICES, DISCLOSURES & LIABILITY STATEMENTS. Workouts kick your butt and they are FUN and well thought out. Every single coach was intentional, attentive and helped with everything from technique to pacing, etc. I was able to become more confident in new skills just in one week. I really like that the stats show how you improve over time and the entire system gives you accountability But the biggest thing about Flower Mound Studio is both the Coaches and the Members. All of the Coaches do a great job to push and encourage you, making themselves available if you have questions or concerns. From a member perspective It is VERY much a non-intimidating environment and you will feel comfortable attending and participating as much or as little as you like. Weekend sessions do get busy, but I have had a 100% success rate in clearing any waitlist and joining a session. All I can say is come give it a try - and there isn't any bouncers at ROW House
