All I wanted to do was get on the treadmill and walk, so I just left because I didn't feel like complaining Over I like this place, but how foolish is it to tell paying customer they can't wind down on the treadmill for the last 20 to 30 minutes when they have no energy left

The workouts are challenging and the infrared light and heat is an added bonus I can say the Infrared light has lowered my high blood work numbers!! They have Hitt classes and other virtual instruction classes as well. One of my favorite parts is they're never closed. It's a 24 hour a day seven day a week. You have to have a code to enter so you're safe even when staff isn't present Come, give them a try. They'll give you a free week.!!
