Our coach was great & I had zero issues booking on class pass app. The vibe was totally me . club lighting , stations , fun equipment , hiit mixed with strength , showers , amenities, the "boujee towel "area was funny , coffee station , lockers , water station and more. If I had to compare this studio to other franchises, I'd say it's got elements of F45 , BFT , Rumble boxing , rock box & even the lighting vibes of Orange theory . The stage for the coach made instruction seamless & the loud music was on point . Sadly , I did injure my knee during the double box jump station on round 3 ... Ughhhh but I did enjoy the workout otherwise and got a good sweat sess .

My son now loves going too and it's perfect for his using the free weight area. What keeps me going to this gym and keeps me working out: 1. Easy no appt or class time necessary... just jump in 2. The fun tabata-style circuit is changed out daily and focuses on different body types 3. It's an all-level workout so you make it as challenging as you want and let's face it some days I don't feel like doing it but that brings me to this next... 4. It's only 30 ish minutes! You DO have the time and it feels great to workout even on those days that are tough 5. Last but not least Adam has a vast amount of knowledge and is a trainer so he or a team member will show you how to do the exercises properly or how to modify if you have an injury. 6. Actually I lied and one more :-) This is a locally owned gym in Allen so I'm happy to show support and EVERY time I walk in they greet me by name and are all so incredibly friendly. I have knee pain, and the coach made sure to help me with modifications so I could still work out, but not hurt my knee. The staff is very friendly and helpful! You go through all the stations, and each one has a video for you to follow. Very little thinking is required. Top notch for me personally. I haven't had to use it yet, but there is a key fob system that allows members to come workout during non-staffed hours. Firmly team no kids, but they also have a little kids area to sit your kiddo. I know this is unusual as my sister complains often about not being able to workout at a gym. My only wish is if they had a sauna but it's not enough of a want for me to not go. I'd much rather have personalized service. It was clean, friendly, and i had a great workout! I am excited for my membership, and highly recommend checking them out!

It was almost ten months before I had the nerve to sign up for a 10-session membership. Although I had been working with a trainer for a few years, this was a faster-paced group workout, and I was afraid I might be viewed as too old to join in. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcome. The trainers asked my name, explained the setup, and cheered me on through my first workout. I like strength training, so I chose to attend T/Th. The workouts rotate daily. The trainers demonstrate the day's training routine, lead you through a warm-up and assign you a partner and a place to start. You are not competing against your partner. You're challenging yourself during the 45-minute workout. Sometimes I forget that I have a partner; I am so concentrated. According to my Fitbit, I average 36 zone minutes, with 20+ minutes in the Fat Burning zone and +-10 in the Cardio & Peak zone. I have made some workout buddies at F45, and I love that the trainers all know my name and give me a fistbump when we finish.
