They have servers that come around to take drink or food orders on occasion. Sometimes you have to flag someone down or go order at the bar because they aren't great about coming around regularly. You can charge things to your room or use your member number if you're a member at TPC. Food is ok here. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get your food after placing an order. Drinks take anywhere from 15-20 minutes to receive after ordering. The basil smash, frozen lemonade and frozen sangria are some of my favs. If you have a food allergy they are able to cater to it. They have gluten free bread available upon request. If you come on a holiday weekend be sure to get your name down on the chair reservation list ASAP or you'll end up waiting hours for a chair to free up. It's a good mix of people here so it's great people watching. Overall a decent pool to hangout at. The pool isn't chilled like the members pool so in the summer the water does get to feeling like bath water. But warm water is better than no water!

Andy Brown is a beautiful space, from the pond to the open fields, the sidewalk/bike path, multiple large pavilions, and fun playground. There are large, mature trees surrounding the park. We parked in the wrong lot and had to walk alongside the gym in order to get to the playground and I couldn't believe how beautiful the pathways were with all the trees and the small creek running alongside. Not what I expected from a city park! The playground itself ("Kid Country") is almost fully enclosed and is a sprawling assortment of things to climb up, swing on, and slide down. There is a play area in the toddler section with storefronts to spark pretend play. The ground is bark. There are large trees in the center of the play area that provide shade and make the play structure look more natural than your typical playground. Almost like a tree house. There are benches scattered throughout the play area and a large covered pavilion with multiple picnic tables underneath. The city of Coppell provides free WiFi there and there were multiple moms with laptops out, working, while their kids played. The only big negative is the distance from the playground to the bathroom. I understand that they probably built the bathrooms more toward the center of the park, but the wise choice would have been to also put an additional small restroom right next to the playground. It's too far of a walk for me to feel comfortable sending my younger kids over there alone and it's kind of a bummer to have to wrangle together the entire group every time one kid has to pee. Otherwise, a fabulous park. LOVE IT. Hats off to you, Coppell!

I've been a Life Time member for years and have trained at multiple clubs across the country. My experience at the Las Colinas location was a serious deviation from the standard I've seen elsewhere. In August, I had a confrontation with a trainer over a minor policy issue that escalated far beyond what was appropriate. The trainer got into my personal space, spoke aggressively, and attempted to escalate the interaction in front of other members and a client. That behavior should never occur in a professional fitness environment. I immediately escalated the incident to the training manager and later to the club general manager. Rather than implementing effective mitigation, both relied on procedural responses and repeatedly stated the issue was "handled" without taking practical steps to prevent continued interaction or escalation. Months later, I continued to encounter the same trainer regularly, including unnecessary proximity while I was actively using equipment. Despite multiple follow-ups, the training manager and club general manager treated the matter as closed while the situation persisted in practice. This review is not about Life Time as a brand overall. It is about a specific club where leadership failed to meaningfully address a serious staff conduct issue. When management prioritizes procedural closure over real mitigation, it creates avoidable risk for members. read more

We stopped by this LifeTime location in Las Colinas while in town for a conference, and it quickly became one of our favorite locations we've visited nationwide. The facility is spotless and modern, with a welcoming and professional team. The LifeCafe stood out with its unique open-concept kitchen and a thoughtfully curated menu--perfect for a post-workout bite or quick healthy meal. The pool area was also a highlight, with a beautiful layout and relaxing atmosphere. It's located on the second floor of a shopping complex and it is very easy to get to! There are stairs as well as an elevator. Parking is also very easy as there is a huge lot right in front. The studio has 10 reformer machines along with spring boards and mats. I really like how intimate the size of the studio is, as it allows for great community building and personalized instruction. There's also little cubbies to put personal belongings in the check-in room. There is one bathroom that is fantastic and always so clean. They also have a rack of clothes, accessories, and other items for sale. Classes range from 6 AM to late evening evenings, and are daily, including Saturday and Sundays. I think I've attended eight classes so far, including the stretch and flexibility, beginner Pilates, intermediate, Pilates, and jump board Pilates. All of them have been fantastic! Some of them also turned into semi privates because nobody else had signed up for the group session. I really enjoyed the intermediate Pilates with Amber! She is super patient, kind, and motivating! And she pushed me to challenge myself. I also really enjoyed my stretch and flexibility class with Lexi, as she was willing to target specific areas, such as back stretching, since I was the only one in the class! I also really enjoyed her jump board class, as it was something super new and intense but very rewarding at the end! She has been so sweet and motivating! Overall, the instructors have been so welcoming, and I really appreciate that they greet everyone by first name when they walk in the door! All of the attendees are also really nice! I am excited to try more classes from the other instructors as well, as I've heard only positive things about them and their classes!!
