Trainers Elite is the real deal! My husband searched all over the Dallas area for a gym that offered different martial arts programs. After 2 months of searching, he came across TE and he knew he found the right gym. Ron showed my husband around and talked to him about 5 different techniques taught to his students. He was invited back for a free boxing/kickboxing class and Tabitha put him through "the ringer" as he says. I started watching the classes and was very impressed with the professionalism and yet fun that was had by all. Ron and Tabitha explain the "physics" behind the moves, while keeping the class moving along at a good pace. I was wanting to join with my husband but having several past injuries, I was concerned about the physical stress that may be caused to those injuries. I started working out in the 15 rounds class 2 weeks ago, but my boyfriend has been doing privates and the class for about a year. We both love it. Tabitha is awesome! The gym is always clean and it's enjoyable to be there. The boxing class is fun, challenging and never boring. I feel more energetic and my self confidence has already improved. I really like the fact that tabitha changes up the work outs so it's not boring or the same thing over and over. Ron is also very inspirational. They both only want to help out all their clients. Trainers Elite is a great place to train! I've been attending their ABS Kick Boxing class which is offered 5 days a week! I travel a lot and that played a very big factor - the flexibility to go when I can. I like the classes because they make me sweat like a pig and every single class is always different. Tabitha is an excellent instructor! This is NOT like a chain gym where you do "kick boxing/dancing" to music and wear your sneakers, this is the real deal. Here you learn muay thai kick boxing techniques from real kicks to real punches and combinations and you use good form. If in doubt, ask to attend an introductory class and see if you like it. The BEST trainers and school on the Planet! I have studied martial arts for years in dfferent styles and had the honor to train under several great instructors. I have to say that Ron and Tabitha Van Browning is at the top! The school is AWESOME! I began kickboxing with Tabitha at the age of 50. I was not extremely active prior to that time, but she worked with me to increase my stamina and flexibility. She also spent many months working with me in private sessions to rehabilitate a shoulder injury. She pushes you to be your best, but is also aware of your limitations. When needed, an alternative means of performing an exercise is suggested. Tabitha and Ron are very knowledgeable and passionate about their sport and it shows in the way they direct their classes and manage their gym. TE is an absolutely great place to learn. If you want to get in shape, learn self defense or take your training to a new level, this is the place. Grandmaster Ron is just full of knowledge and Tabitha is an amazing teacher as well. Together they make a great team. This is no doubt the best gym in DFW! I have being going to Trainer's Elite since September 2011- and have loved every minute of it! In the group classes, you are doing something different each day- so there is no chance for you to get board of the same old thing. This has been the best workout of my life- I am down 20+ pounds since I started! The trainers really take the time to make sure you are learning the correct forms and push you to your best. I have been working out at Trainers Elite since February 1st, and I can truly say that I'm in the best shape of my life now. This place is great! They have a lot to offer. Their kickboxing class is a good combination of self defense, body toning, kickboxing, boxing, and muay thai. I do both the kickboxing and boxing class and everyday its different. if you want to tone and loose weight this is definetly the oplace to go. You definetly work up a sweat. This is a true martial arts gym. Ron and Tab are very educated and live by the arts that they teach.
