I am a HUGE fan of this gym. It's a great husband and wife team along with a great staff of instructors. I have tried several classes including Pole 1 & 2, Belly Dancing, Boxing, Snatched, and flexibility. The boxing was by far my favorite class and I wish I could take it there every day. It's an intense full body workout, but taught at every level. The pole classes are taught extremely well and their classes truly build upper body strength and for me as a woman that is a struggle. I do wish they wouldn't intergrate Pole 2 into Pole 1 and Pole 3&4 into Pole 2. It makes it a little difficult for those who are still learning. They do well incorporating fitness goals into each program. I am very pleased with the instructors and the music played during classes. This is a very energetic gym and remembers names whether you go every day or once a week. You feel held accountable. I look forward to joining this gym in the near future. The staff is very friendly and concerned with your overall health and well-being. It's not just about the money at this gym. I truly feel like they care about making you a better you. The lack of professionallism shown by the 'gentleman' at the front desk has completely soured my experience about ever deciding to give this Company MY money. I decided it would be FUN to participate with my group of friends in a pole class. We found a Groupon and Choice Training was on the list of highly recommended. I was beyond disappointed by my experience as soon as I walked in and saw my friend in tears because she was so disappointed. My understanding, a Groupon is how you get your new clientele IN THE DOOR...you usually have on your best face because you are trying to get new business. If that was mr 'friendly-front-desk' man's best face...I can't imagine how we would be treated once signed up with a package and he had my credit card on Auto-Pay. I've always been told - you decide who to give your money to. Sadly, I will never have the great experience I've read about on this page, because the face of the company has soured it for me and I will never come back. It was a $39 Groupon, that could've turned into a long term relationship well over that amount. Aside from that, it shouldn't matter if I come in spending $5 or $500 - treat me like you need or like your job and not like I'm an inconvenience to you. On to the next pole!! read more

I came here after having a Groupon gifted to me for this studio for 8 classes of my choice. I've always wanted to try pole fitness, and I figured this would be a great way to try without having anything to lose. My first class was the Friday night Intro to Pole Fitness class with Kim, and I was hooked from then on. Fast forward two months; I purchased a membership that was VERY reasonable on price (I live in Frisco, and the studios up my way are much more expensive), and I'm getting fantastic instruction. I love Kim, Toy, and Victoria. They are fantastic instructors and are very caring and take the time to get to know all their students. They push us to do our best and break through our fears and try new things. Try a pole class! It amazes me all of the things my body is capable of. When I started classes here, I was a bit overweight with no muscle definition. I now have some visible muscle definition in my arms, my clothes are loose, and I'm starting to feel the formation of abs under my fast-fading belly flab. This is THE BEST fitness studio in the DFW area, period. I signed up for a waistline challenge for next month and am excited to try the other fitness classes offered (Zumba, Step, etc). read more

Never has a Groupon been more worth the value! A girlfriend and I bought a Groupon together to try out pole fitness, and boy was it hard! We got the 10 class group on, so far we are LOVING this. Not going to lie, pole is freaking HARD, but honestly i see myself improving, and the classes here are fantastic! Toy has been fantastic, I love her energy, and she is a great instructor, she def. makes he class incredibly fun. I love the pole class, and the pole bootcamp, oh lordy, that is KILLER. (In the best way possible.) I have also tried out the Bellydance, and Zumba class, but pole and pole boot camp are def. my top faves. I really, really, really want to continue for a membership, and am seriously considering it, but if you see this Groupon, I super recommend you try it out . Get the 10 class, you are allowed to try out all the other classes with that Groupon. The facility is small, but everyone is so friendly, if you live in Addison this is a hop and skip away. Toy was a great instructor always had great energy! I will say I am upset that they are still trying to charge my account even though my 3 month membership has ended. I was told my account would be closed out but I still get emails everyday that my bank has blocked them continuously from trying to take more money from me. A friend of mine introduce me to the Trainer Toy Lastor about 3yrs ago and I signed up for one of his boot camp I will say my oh my that was a CHALLENGE for me. I never knew my strength until that outdoor boot camp class. Secondly I participated in their Pole Fitness class and enjoyed every bit of it. Lastly I recently attended the Self Defense class as it similar to ( kickboxing) and those that know me I me some kickboxing. The boxing class with T is freaking awesome! My coworker invited me out his treat (even better) to try the class back in June of this year. When I went I didn't know what to expect. It was an intense workout with personal attention to every attendee. T teaches you the stance, how to position your hands, how to throw and land punches and a variable of techniques. I was so overly thrilled with the class and workout not to mention I was oh so sweaty lo (I normally don't sweat working out) Thereafter, I've attempted to make every Saturday boxing class at 10am. I first heard of this studio through Groupon, and so GLAD I had purchased the deal! I drive 40 minutes each way just for Pole Fitness with Choice Training! I LOVE IT! I've taken several intro to pole classes at S Factor Studios in Los Angeles & Encino, and another pole class at a studio in Culver City. None of them were as good as the classes here. I've been to 2 OK studios, 1 not so great, and when I came to Choice Training, I knew this was THE studio I want to practice at. Toy is one of the best pole instructors I have come across. This is the first studio that I've visited in DFW, but I don't plan on going to other studio for pole. It's really worth the drive. I just can't rave enough about their pole fitness. They offer Intro and Levels 1-4. Cost is super affordable compared to S Factor. (S Factor has 8 weeks series classes from Level 1-6, each series costs about $500- the last time I looked it up in 2010.) The GREAT thing about their pole classes is they don't overbook students, so everyone has their own pole. You get to utilize the time you pay for by actually practicing, while other studios have people share poles (so they spend half the time waiting). The studio is so nice. Women's bathroom is lovely, and has a shower. There's 2 massage rooms. There's a group fitness cardio room that's always playing upbeat music. They have boot camps in the mornings. I know they offer classes such as Zumba, mix yoga, burlesque, and of course pole fitness. People here are so nice, from the staff to the students. I wish they were located closer to me, and offer at least Level 1 on Saturdays. I just may have to change my work schedule around to work around their pole classes. I may also postpone my move back to LA because I love it here. read more

We took a boot camp pole group fitness class, it was fantastic and a great workout. No matter what level fitness you are you will feel the burn. I purchased the Groupon for the pole dancing classes and my money was well spent. I absolutely love the staff and the classes.

I am sooooooo excited about their personal training programs! $200 for 4 sessions with unlimited pole, boot camp, and boxing with a nutritional plan!!! That is a steal compared to other gyms!!! Plus they offer a buddy program where you can workout with a buddy/significant other for only $80 extra a month AND they give unlimited fitness classes IN ADDITION to nutritional plans for both fitness partners! An amazing deal if you know anything about personal fitness or speciality fitness classes!!! Toi and Tabora are also consummate professionals and extremely friendly...which was surprising to me given the select few negative reviews which can cause a consumer to be weary; yet I experienced absolutely none of the complaints that were mentioned previously and neither have may of my classmates...I'm actually shocked by previous comments after my experiences which honestly makes me question the integrity of the few comments below. I say this because all of my experiences with both the male and female co-owners were consistently friendly to me or anyone else who walked in the door for that matter - even the lost and confused elderly lady that had no interest in classes but instead needed to use their phone - I've only seen them handle everyone with the utmost respect. Their support, expertise, and patient in approach to my fitness goals makes me seriously consider switching my current gym membership here and allowing them to handle both my personal training and everyday cardio routine - if I was not in a 12 month financially taxing monthly commitment I would absolutely switch - I must also add that they are both flexible and understanding to both my job and my previous gym membership when it comes to my personal training plan which is extremely refreshing! Choice Training is a refreshing experience in a world that often lacks both professionalism and customer service. Choice training was my fav place up until today. I am very disappointed by the way the manager handled my voucher purchase. Long story short, I bought a couple of vouchers through group-on and amazon local, and I ended up breaking my foot this summer which didn't allow me to do anything. With the seriousness of my injury, the last thing I was thinking was to call them to extend my 60 day window of use. After fully heeling I was excited to come back today and bring 2 friends along, to only find out I was SOL. After explaining my situation to the manager, there was nothing he was willing to do.
