After class, Rachel gave us a tour of the facility and was incredibly welcoming and friendly, just like the rest of the staff. The gym itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. I especially loved the white and tan interior design--it creates a bright, upscale atmosphere. The women's locker room is impressive, featuring lockers for personal belongings, a sauna, and a cold plunge. There are also convenient water refill stations throughout the gym. One of the most unique features is the slide, which definitely adds some personality and fun to the space! There's also an outdoor workout area in the corner for anyone who prefers exercising outside. Overall, Recess offers a great combination of high-quality fitness classes, excellent amenities, and a welcoming community. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

One of my favorite features is the dedicated glute-focused room (yes--glute girls, this one's for us ). The amenities really seal the deal: a hot jacuzzi, sauna, and an extremely clean women's locker room. While the sauna temperature in the women's area runs a bit on the lower side, the cleanliness and overall experience more than make up for it. If you're looking for a gym that's modern, motivating, and stacked with amenities, EōS Fitness is absolutely worth it.

They offer a variety of classes from hiit, cycling, and sculpt. The classes are high energy and the instructors are really helpful. I tried going in to see the gym and make sure it at least had the basics, I live a block away so I can make it work. Dude has me stand there waiting while he does some other stuff, about eight minutes. Then says before he will allow me to look at the equipment I have to let them take a picture of me. Of course I say no because that has nothing to do with safety or anything that wouldn't be illegal. So the guy just tells me I can't look. Now, in a similar situation I once heard of from a buddy in law enforcement, people were using pictures and IDs to make fake passports and IDs for some trafficking. Doubt that is what the kid was doing, but it still creeped me out that this young man was collecting pictures of people. I ended up going to Lifetime and it felt safer.
