They keep the mop buckets (with dirty water) in the bathroom and they haven't got a privacy curtain for the women's dressing area. It's been a month and they have given nothing but excuses. I don't normally write bad reviews .... But this has been stewing like the mop water in the restroom entry ...

I recently visited the gym for a class with Stacey, and I had a great experience from start to…read morefinish. The class was challenging, fun, and energizing, and Stacey was an excellent instructor. After class, Rachel gave us a tour of the facility and was incredibly welcoming and friendly, just like the rest of the staff. The gym itself is beautiful, modern, and exceptionally clean. I especially loved the white and tan interior design--it creates a bright, upscale atmosphere. The women's locker room is impressive, featuring lockers for personal belongings, a sauna, and a cold plunge. There are also convenient water refill stations throughout the gym. One of the most unique features is the slide, which definitely adds some personality and fun to the space! There's also an outdoor workout area in the corner for anyone who prefers exercising outside. Overall, Recess offers a great combination of high-quality fitness classes, excellent amenities, and a welcoming community. I would definitely recommend checking it out.

Poor management, apparently I had a second account with the company (unsure how that happened) I…read morewas getting charged randomly multiple times a week from amped fitness. They couldn't figure out why until I went up there one day and asked if maybe I had a second account. Which then they found it ,would it not pop up when I checked in?? Anyways they canceled it and said I would be getting a refund of what was charged. That refund 'was processed' on their end ACCORDING TO THEM December 12th 2025. I have YET to receive my refund and they have now stopped emailing me back. When they were answering (before they stopped) they would just say there's a high volume request and because of holidays but that it would be resubmitted and sent to me within the 3-7 business days. It is now February 2nd and I still have not received my refund. This is unprofessional behavior from their end. I love going there but this is irritating :/

After showing them that I was still getting charged monthly, nothing changed. I brought it up multiple times and NEVER got my refund as promised and still got charged a year later. (They don't have a customer service representative). When you call, they'll always say that a manager is either busy or you'll get a call back, but don't. Even go as far as blaming it on new management. The email address they provide for "customer support" doesn't even work or will never get a response. Report it to the BBB You're better off going to a different gym and cancelling your credit cards and set a fraudulent claim for a full refund.

One of my favorite features is the dedicated glute-focused room (yes--glute girls, this one's for us ). The amenities really seal the deal: a hot jacuzzi, sauna, and an extremely clean women's locker room. While the sauna temperature in the women's area runs a bit on the lower side, the cleanliness and overall experience more than make up for it. If you're looking for a gym that's modern, motivating, and stacked with amenities, EōS Fitness is absolutely worth it.

The one I switched to has easier parking, easier 24 hour access, much more open space inside the gym, more machines, less oppressive music, for one tenth (1/10) the cost. Because of these factors (not easy to park, not easy to get 24 hour access, cramped space, minimal machines, heavy loud music, very wimpy infraed sauna, and very high cost) I cannot recommend Paradigm Gym.

Recently went to gym and my key fob would not open door...I was greeted by a female employee that…read morewas far from welcoming. Despite being the first person to walk in and having two other members behind me in line, she asked me to step back and wait for assistance and proceeded tom assist the other members while i was basically told to "hold on" some 10 minutes later when done with the two members I was finally told that I was in the system but she was not able to understand or explain why I was unable to open the front door, regardless she was vert rude and when asked what the solution is, and or could I workout that day and the issue get sorted asap after - She got attitude and told me that I was unable to continue and I was told to leave. I immediately called my home town club manager and owner and inquired as to what the issue was, they told me there was no issue and they would call the Mesquite location and speak with them, to which 5-7 calls were made and no answer was ever made despite the employee being there just minutes before... All in all, i was not treated to my standards and could not believe the inability and unwillingness of the employee to make a member feel welcome etc. (esp as a visiting member) The whole reason that anytime fitness is attractive to me is that they are open 24/7 and have multiple locations for their members nationwide. But as demonstrated, not all are equal....!!!!! Needless to say, the whole experience was "less then expected and could be improved upon greatly...

My friend lives in an apartment in the village and she has access to this gym, so while I was…read morestaying with her, we decided to come and work out together. The area where the gym is located is extremely nice, the commons where all of the shared village grounds are (including restaurants and coffee shops, along with this gym) is extremely upscale. My friend told me that in the past, it cost five dollars to bring a guest to this gym, but when we came on a Sunday morning, they told us it was actually $20. We went ahead and went for it since it was just one day, but in the future, just be aware of that. The gym itself is very nice, the facilities are very clean, especially in the locker rooms, and there was a plethora of equipment. Walking in there is a check in desk, and just to the left there is a big staircase next to the indoor space housing a basketball court. If you go up the stairs, there are a lot of machines up there along with free weight /free space areas with kettle bells and yoga mats etc. There's also a small outdoor area with some machines, including a battle rope and a few others. If instead of going up those stairs on entering you keep going towards the back, the locker rooms will be on your right, and there's some additional equipment under the staircase adjacent to the basketball court. Around the corner, there is also a lot more freeway equipment, including a Smith machine (my personal favorite) and free bars for squatting/benching as well as Dumbbells and things of that nature. I noticed also an outdoor area with like maybe a parkour area? I wasn't sure exactly what it was but looked like a grown up jungle gym. And just behind that, there was a large (and busy!) tennis court. On the other side of the gym itself, there were also some large fields that looked like maybe they're for soccer or some other field sport? I didn't see any soccer goals though. There's also a pretty long sidewalk surrounding area that would be nice to walk around, but just be mindful it's not a very shaded area and in the summer in Texas it's pretty hot so I would be careful about that. If you're living in the village, the location of the gym is really great because it's so close by. My friend and I were running late so we actually did drive (took 1-2 min from her apt) and parked in the parking garage underneath the village area; on the Sunday morning that we came it was just free to park there and we didn't even have to take a ticket, the bars were just up when we came in when we left. However, I imagine that if it wasn't a weekend, you may have to get a ticket and pay or validate. Last thing to note: even though it was a Sunday morning, there was a pretty decent number of people in that gym. I never had to wait for anyone to use any equipment or any machines, but I did see some people talking to each other about that. My friend told me that it was basically "empty as far as she was concerned," compared to how it is during the week when apparently it's much busier and you do sometimes have to wait for equipment. Overall, this place is really nice, and given im thinking about possibly moving to Dallas in a few years i am quite strongly considering this area because of how nice it is, and because of the presence of this gym! I wish they hadn't increased the price for guests (or had a fee at all), but for those living here and just using the facilities complementarily, this is a really nice place.

But weeks later, his stepson told me it was a fine area, no worries! So off I went to check it out. Nice clean parking lot and many places to park right in front. The attendant wasn't very attentive when I walked in, didn't acknowledge me. But I stopped instead of simply showing my barcode and told him, "This is my first time here. Where is the ladies locker room?" He pointed it out to me and I bought a water. He told me to have a good workout. I surveyed the place as I walked thru. Nice, very organized and machines in good shape. Good lighting, the music was just right. Plenty of machines, also. And my favorite - the 30 minute circuit. All machines are in good condition there, also. If I ever can get back into my routine, I will make this spot my go-to spot!
