One of my favorite features is the dedicated glute-focused room (yes--glute girls, this one's for us ). The amenities really seal the deal: a hot jacuzzi, sauna, and an extremely clean women's locker room. While the sauna temperature in the women's area runs a bit on the lower side, the cleanliness and overall experience more than make up for it. If you're looking for a gym that's modern, motivating, and stacked with amenities, EōS Fitness is absolutely worth it.

They couldn't figure out why until I went up there one day and asked if maybe I had a second account. Which then they found it ,would it not pop up when I checked in?? Anyways they canceled it and said I would be getting a refund of what was charged. That refund 'was processed' on their end ACCORDING TO THEM December 12th 2025. I have YET to receive my refund and they have now stopped emailing me back. When they were answering (before they stopped) they would just say there's a high volume request and because of holidays but that it would be resubmitted and sent to me within the 3-7 business days. It is now February 2nd and I still have not received my refund. This is unprofessional behavior from their end. I love going there but this is irritating :/

We cancelled well within the 1st month trial period & according to contract info emailed when we signed up in spring of 2025, a very different picture of what cancellation entailed unfolded (opening was with repeated delays but I was willing to wait.. wish I had taken that as a sign of the Jerking Around, yet to come). We were charged $171 for the cancellation. Isn't a trial period just that: a TRIAL period? To add insult to injury we were again charged $65 for another month in December, and it has now been almost 5 MONTHS, over a dozen emails, 10 total calls between the local franchise and the Corporate office that repeatedly insists this is a local matter and has essentially washed their very bloody hands of the situation. As they say in the Business World, 1 bad review = 100 good. The $236 dollars won't break the bank for me, and I figure this review will do zero in the way of resolution so why not get my money's worth- money that is already gone with little hope of recovery. I have dealt with 3 other gym entities in my many years of working out and have never encountered this situation- the Gym Membership horror stories are apparently alive and well in Mesquite. So take this as a warning when considering this business and don't let the shiny, new equipment blind you: CAVEAT EMPTOR. I attend the fitness classes, which combine strength and cardio work, without the more complicated barbell lifts found in CrossFit classes. If you're already in a healthy place, you should be able to jump in and go immediately. If you're more like I was a year ago, the coaches can help you understand how to ease into an exercise regimen in a healthy way that won't get you hurt. The Gym has a friendly atmosphere/culture. Everyone is encouraging and kind. The coaches are exceptionally helpful and unless you have extensive experience (and even if you do), I believe the coaching/help is worth the extra cost relative to what you'd spend at a mega-gym.

The class sizes are small, so there is a lot of personal attention given, which makes it an excellent value. Before a bike accident I was a competitive off-road athlete and my fitness achieved at the gym helped me to advance further and ride faster than I thought was possible. After the accident and starting over with fitness and mobility, the gym and coaches were great at helping me modify the workouts so that I could participate and rehabilitate. I love just being able to show up and have a plan ready to go, and the group workout environment is great whether you like it for competitive reasons or to just be around some friends. Whether you are a beginner or have years of experience, there is something for you at this gym!

In the late morning, the place was barely occupied. There was no one joining me on the 30 minute circuit so no distractions, just lifting and twisting and stepping. Back to the locker room and a shower. This is where it went less than ideal. As my shower continued, the hot water cut out. That was disappointing. As for the physical components of the shower, I love the glass door partition. That was pretty awesome but there were no hooks and nowhere to put my stuff. I ended up dragging over a chair from one of the the changing rooms. Not sure I would return to this one. It needs some help. I've been going here with my partner for over a year, and the quality has markedly declined…read more Machines are starting to show neglect, loose worn belts on the treadmills, cracked upholstery on machines with almost half the timers and counters on each are not functioning properly or not at all, dirty bathroom floors with hair rolling up in dust balls, and staff too busy chatting to give a rip. Along with the giant bucket of tootsie rolls on the front desk as you check in was a large new sign declaring "no gym bags or backpacks allowed in gym floor". Ok, makes sense, but what did I see? EVERYBODY carrying one as they worked out. What does that say, I wondered? They have a theft problem! Many of their small lockers were unable to be used, open but someone put them in lock mode without shutting the doors. Hmmm... Then, in the larger lockers where you can use your own lock, a bigger sign strongly suggested that no valuables should be kept in them! WTH. No wonder everyone kept their "luggage" at hand! Then, silly me, I left a sweaty hoodie with holes, empty pockets and a broken zipper on the treadmill. Checked at the front desk if they had it? Nope, not a clue! Gone! Pretty bad when a stinky worn out hoodie gets pinched. Lmao! Yes, they have a BIG theft problem when two staffers don't have a clue what's going on, but then again, they do have master keys to the wall lockers. Sad. Maybe they should pay more to hire better? I don't know, but it looks like it's time I need to find a better gym. I do not feel safe here anymore.

They work WITH you as an individual and demonstrate all routines, showing how to move up a level if you need that and how to move down a level if you're not quite ready. it is a SAFE environment. I don't know how to describe it fully, but if you ask a member or a trainer they will say Peak Zone is a family. We work together, we groan together, we laugh together. And you are ENCOURAGED all along the way. Peak Zone is an all-inclusive program that includes education, healthy diet plans, routines that are supervised and easily learned. All this in a positive, welcoming atmosphere where you feel you're part of a special family (and you are!). Give it a try. It will change your life. It changed mine in 2013.

Warning About This Gym Contract…read more Do not sign a contract with this gym without reading it thoroughly. If anything happens to you--such as an injury, illness, or personal emergency--they will not let you cancel your membership. You will still be obligated to pay all remaining fees, and the owner has made it clear they do not care about individual circumstances. Even if you stop going, they will continue to charge you and will not cancel your membership unless you provide proof of permanent disability. This is the only acceptable reason for early termination according to their contract. Please read everything carefully before signing. Don't get trapped in a contract that offers no flexibility or compassion.

I had a very disappointing and humiliating experience at the Mesquite Fitness Connection location…read morethat needs to be addressed by management. When I arrived with my 3-year-old grandson to use the kids club, the supervisor named Silvia immediately told me they would not watch him because she insisted he was not three years old. I calmly explained that he was in fact three years old and even provided his birth certificate as proof. Despite showing her the official birth certificate, Silvia continued to question me repeatedly as if I was lying. Instead of apologizing after seeing the documentation, she continued to argue and treated me in a very dismissive and accusatory manner in front of others. From the moment I walked in, her attitude was hostile and unprofessional. As a paying member, I expect to be treated with respect. Being repeatedly challenged and embarrassed even after providing proof was unacceptable and made me feel singled out and discriminated against. Supervisors are supposed to resolve issues professionally, not escalate them or make members feel uncomfortable. This experience left a very negative impression of this location. Management should seriously address how customers are treated at this facility. No member should have to go through an experience like this simply for bringing their child to the kids club. I hope corporate reviews this situation and ensures better training and accountability for staff moving forward.

Another reason for us canceling was when I brought my friend with me to work out on a pass the front staff guy gave me too much trouble and was being racist and mean toward my friend couldn't believe it. He said supposedly he was the manager when I asked for someone else to speak with and he still couldn't act right that's hilarious. At least learn how to address things correctly and kindly if you're gonna have a manager position!
