I had a huge…read morecostume gala to attend back home in NYC this weekend and knew I needed to get my tan done while I was still in Plano (no one does tans like TX). After a brief google and Yelp search, I decided to try out The Bronzetique and I was not let down! The studio was super easy to find w the helpful directions given, and I was even able to be seen a bit early which was fab. Stefani was extremely thorough w the airbrush and we had a great conversation too! After showering, I could immediately tell that this was one of the best quality tans I've ever had, the color was perfect and exactly what I was looking for and it was SO even throughout! I had my event last night, and the color hasn't faded at all (got my tan on Tuesday morning so it's been about 3 days). I'm so so happy with my results and know that this will definitely last me through my events for the rest of the weekend. The only downside is that she's not located in NYC! I'll definitely be coming back whenever I'm in town!

I tried to cancel my membership and miraculously the "internet" went down and told me to come back 45 minutes later however he just checked someone in a second before me and before I said I wanted to cancel asked which bed I wanted? Then I was clearly frustrated leaving walked out and he made a snark comment. It's evident he just didn't want me to cancel and to upgrade so he could make a sale of me, but the attitude and behavior from an employee on multipul occasions it's ridiculous. There is another location down the street on Payne. I bought an unlimited package for me and my daughter. We both tan easily. He never lets us used the full time (which we pay for - it is called an unlimited package). My daughter went three times and he never let her go more than 6 minutes!!!! Yes, 6 minutes. She said, "Mom, just go to the other PBT on Payne. The girls are actually nice there and they allow you to go the full time on any bed." Today was the last straw. I asked for 12 minutes in bed 12. He said to me, THAT IS NOT AN OPTION. He gave me no reason why. He did not say it was occupied. He did not say the bed was broken. He just said NO WAY. He said I could do 12 minutes in another bed that has a maximum of 16 minutes. Does this sound like unlimited package to you? Or is it just unlimited attitude? Also, when I came in today. The door bell rang, but no one acknowledged me or came to the front desk for 5 minutes. So I nudged the door again to make sure someone heard me. When he came up front, he passively agressively "thanked me" for ringing the door twice. He was basically accusing me of bad behavior. He is always adversarial and passive aggressive and I doubt he lets anyone go the full time. He says he does not want you to burn. But I think he has a power trip with minutes, because he hates his life and people. I don't go to tan for an argument about how many minutes my body can tolerate. I pay for unlimited tanning and my body does not burn. I am sick of dealing with this pathetic excuse for a man. It is a shame, because I love the location and the franchise. He just ruins the whole experience. This is information was gathered over a dozen experiences between myself and my daughter. His manager should retrain him and put a camera on him. I bet he fights every single person about minutes.
