The team at the front desk was super accommodating and even recommended additional services that complimented my sugaring. Bailey was kind, polite, and--most importantly--professional. That might sound small, but in my experience, a lot of skin and body studios put more emphasis on attitude than expertise, when really both should matter. I'm not coming in because I need more friends; I'm coming in because I value skill and service from an industry professional. Since then, I've been back to S+B twice, including once at the Plano location, which I loved (but forget the esty's name). My third visit was just "okay," but I'm so glad my first experience was with Bailey because she really set the bar. Thanks to her, this is now my new go-to spot.

As a client, what I witnessed and learned about the treatment of a tenant at Salons by JC Casa…read moreLinda was extremely concerning. I was present during an appointment when another tenant confronted/harassed my service provider. As a client simply there for an appointment, I should never have been placed in the middle of a dispute between tenants. More importantly, I was disturbed by how the situation involving my service provider appeared to be handled. My service provider shared with me that she had repeatedly reported problems with this tenant to management and felt her concerns were not being taken seriously. I also later became aware of allegations involving the use of a racial slur and concerns that a personal friendship between management and the other tenant influenced how complaints were handled. I cannot speak to conversations or incidents I did not personally witness, but I CAN speak to how uncomfortable and unprofessional the environment felt as a client. I witnessed enough during my own appointment to be concerned about how conflict was being handled. Clients should be able to attend appointments without being pulled into tenant disputes, and business owners leasing suites should feel confident that complaints involving harassment or discrimination will be handled fairly and professionally. Based on my personal experience as a client, I would not feel comfortable returning to this location.

He was friends with the owner of this location so every time I told the owner about an issue she instantly would choose sides. He harassed me and my client during her appointment. He made up issues and the owner did NOTHING to him. I was THREATENED by the owner to terminate my lease or switch suites to accommodate him when it was ME BEING HARASSED BY HIM. After this, I begged to be let out my lease INSTANTLY. She admitted to me that she let her friendship get in the way of her business and also admitted that IF IT WAS ANYBODY OTHER THAN HER FRIEND ( TENANT ) THAT SHE WOULD HAVE HANDLED THE SITUATION DIFFERENTLY. This harassment went on for 2 months straight. I even told a person part of management that I overheard this tenant using the N word and again, nothing got done. This racist establishment is not the friendly place they make it out to be. Please do not lease here. There are amenities that aren't even up to code that the owner knows about and doesn't care enough to get it fixed and inspected. She's putting every tenant at risk of their business by not having this place up to code every day. I will never come back to this place due to the way I was treated by this racist owner and racist tenant that constantly harassed me. After I left, they created several lies about me when I have a letter written by the OWNER that I'm leaving in good standing. A week later I get more threats by the owner that I'm stealing due to their misplacing their own master key. They pretended to file a police report against me when I've never stolen anything from anyone. I can't make this stuff up. My experience was HORRIBLE. EVERY TENANT HAS SAID THAT THE OWNER DOESNT CARE ABOUT THIS SALON ANYMORE as it shows by the lack of responsibility from the owner. AGAIN, DO NOT LEASE AT THIS RACIST SALON SUITES.
