The spray tanning was so safe and stain proof that we even put the tanning booth on a Persian Rug and had no transfer whatsoever. I highly suggest you request and use Lauren. After-Hours Fee Communication…read more I wanted to share some feedback regarding my recent experience at your Dallas location. I arrived at 7:50 p.m., knowing that your posted hours indicate an 8:00 p.m. closing. I was informed by the front desk (Grace) that walk-ins were cut off at 7:15 p.m., but she kindly offered to accommodate me if I was willing to wait. I appreciated the flexibility, and I waited until about 8:15 for the spray. However, I was then told there would be a $15 after-hours fee--a charge that wasn't mentioned upfront when I agreed to wait. Had that been communicated clearly before the delay, I would have declined the service, as the total would have exceeded $50. My concern isn't with the fee itself but with the lack of transparency. I didn't see any reference to an after-hours charge on your website or booking confirmation, and it wasn't brought up until after the wait. That lack of clarity made the experience feel frustrating and avoidable. I'm sharing this in hopes that you'll consider updating your communication practices so customers can make informed decisions before committing to a service.

This is a straight-up Bailey appreciation post…read more I came to Sugared + Bronzed after my main sugaring studio relocated without notice. The team at the front desk was super accommodating and even recommended additional services that complimented my sugaring. Bailey was kind, polite, and--most importantly--professional. That might sound small, but in my experience, a lot of skin and body studios put more emphasis on attitude than expertise, when really both should matter. I'm not coming in because I need more friends; I'm coming in because I value skill and service from an industry professional. Since then, I've been back to S+B twice, including once at the Plano location, which I loved (but forget the esty's name). My third visit was just "okay," but I'm so glad my first experience was with Bailey because she really set the bar. Thanks to her, this is now my new go-to spot.
