Had that been communicated clearly before the delay, I would have declined the service, as the total would have exceeded $50. My concern isn't with the fee itself but with the lack of transparency. I didn't see any reference to an after-hours charge on your website or booking confirmation, and it wasn't brought up until after the wait. That lack of clarity made the experience feel frustrating and avoidable.
