Went here for an introductory trampoline class last Saturday and enjoyed myself. The outside of the building is a little sketchy to be honest, but as soon as you open the door you are welcomed by the scent of lavender, comfy seating, and modern decorations and flooring. First impression upon walking in: cold, dark, uninviting and ominous. The lobby feels like an old payday loan building. There are bars on the windows, it's dark and closed off. Not what I was expecting at all. I hate to be so harsh, but there really was a moment where I considered leaving because I was uncomfortable being there. There wasn't anyone at the front desk to instruct me where to go. My class was scheduled to start at 7AM, but at 7:05 there still wasn't anyone at the front desk to check me in. I could hear an instructor in one of the many closed doors in the hallway teaching another class, but I honestly didn't know which one and if I should open them to find someone. It was pretty bizarre. Around 7:10 the instructor, Carol, came out and greeted everyone and got us checked in. Class started around 7:15. The class room was small and cluttered. The equipment was dated. I typically struggle with two red and one blue spring on the reformer, but it was a breeze. I'm wondering if thats because they were worn in and old?Idk. The class itself I did not find challenging. Carol, who was very friendly, did not pay attention to the entire class, but instead made small talk with one participant who attends her classes regularly. Carol didn't even keep count of our reps! She was constantly asking the same said participant "what number are we on?" resulting in in uneven numbers on different sides. At one point Carol started to straighten the crooked pictures hanging on the wall, forgetting how many reps we were doing, then left the room and came back a while later and said "ok, let's do the other side now!" as if she knew exactly where we were! I must have done 30-40 side angle dips on my left and maybe 10 on my right. It felt very thrown together. Like she had no idea what she would have us do next. It wasn't fluid and it wasn't good. If I had paid $25 to attend this class I would want my money back. And if I wouldn't have been charged $20 for missing the class (through ClassPass) I would have left. read more

Very shady! I went today because of their FB post for a 16 week challenge. The coach Cody was rude and every time we were talking about my health goals and history he kept walking away and doing other things. The contract was very misleading and when I asked questions he seemed upset. He said if there were more people in the room I would be screwing things up and he would ask me to leave. The gym was small dark and like know gym I've even been to (dumpy really). Please beware of this place or at least thins program through Cody. He isn't a good guy and the contract is very misleading and you will end up paying $600 at least. read more

LOVE Carol and she is so informative and helpful!! I did Reformer Pilates before I was pregnant and then after! Had the easiest birth and know it was thanks to the classes! She's very good about correcting your form and teaching you. She really helped my over all tone development. AMAZING place close to downtown!! read more

FITNZ 360, My official 16 week challenge is over. Personally I want to thank you Carol Wilson and staff for making the sessions I was able to attend a "safe haven" for us that were physically out of condition. The benefit I got from the sessions was my stamina, I'm no longer huffing and puffing just walking from the car to grocery store. This means THE WORLD to me. I will continue to KEEP MOVING. I signed up for a 7am reformer class with Carol, and when I first walked into the studio, it was not what I expected at all. The studio was extremely outdated and dark, and there was no one to welcome me. I felt very uneasy about being there and I couldn't agree more with the previous reviewer, Claire G. If it wasn't for the cancel fee, I would have left. Once class started, Carol paid little attention to what students were doing after she gave her initial instructions. She looked like she wanted to be elsewhere, and she kept checking her phone. The class itself was not very challenging. Too make it even worse, the air conditioner was not even turned on and it was 85 degrees in the studio (I checked the thermostat when I left). The machines were also outdated, and the studio wasn't clean and had a musty smell. The oddest part of class was that 2 other people walked into the class half way through and Carol basically gave them another class on the side. I normally do not write reviews but I felt strongly that other people should know what they are getting themselves into when they go to Fintz360. read more

I came to Fitnz 360 because it's one of the many studios included in my Studio Hop membership. I agree with other reviewers that the front desk area isn't the most inviting, but I stuck it out and waited for my Saturday Zumba class. I'm so glad I did because it was great! I was nervous at first because I was the only one there, but I got up and at em on a Saturday and I wasn't going to chicken out just because I was the only one there. The instructor, Kourtnei, was friendly, fun, and very approachable. Another girl showed up late, so it was just the 3 of us, but I really enjoyed the intimacy of the smaller group and though that would usually be very intimidating to me, it just wasn't here. I left super-sweaty and I'll try to make it back on Saturdays for the same class! read more

All of the classes and instructors are amazing every time! I'm so glad that I joined here for the 16 week Commit To Be Fit Challenge and decided to join for the entire year. Everyone is so nice and very helpful with our fitness journey. Carol, Marquis, Beaux and CJ are all very good trainers and help keep us in shape, motivated and encouraged. I really like this place. For pilates, it's very low key and not pretentious which i like. The trainers are helpful and the class size is very small so you get enough individual attention with them correcting your form as you go. They push you to get out of your comfort zone. Sometimes I feel like the instructors could focus more and not be checking cell phones, etc. I like this place a lot. read more

The worst fitness group ever! I had signed up to participate in their 16-week weight loss program without knowing that I was pregnant. Now that I am pregnant and can't lose the weight - so I can have a healthy baby - they are telling me that I can cancel my membership only if I continue the 16 weight loss program. How am I supposed to that? I don't mind working out but I can' t lose weight under the circumstances. In addition, they then said please provide a doctor's note to prove you are pregnant and can't participate in the program nor use the facilities until Nov. 2019 ... mmmm well, I'm delivering at the end of August, how in the world do you expect for me to have my doctor sign off on this? Huge scam artist and disrespectful machista organization that does not respect a woman's body. I hope they provide their female employees a much better way of treatment than what they do to their so-called clients. read more

I do meditation every Wednesday evening and leave feeling like all worries and pressure have floated away. It is educational, enlightening, and completely relaxing. Hali is a wise and wonderful person, plus I meet some of the most interesting and amazing people there. There are so many wonderful things going on here that I can't get to because of scheduling, but is well worth the drive from Grand Prairie. Everybody loves Hali. read more

I love Fitnz 360! I attend Pilates 2x a week and it has improved my overall well being. I was dx with MS 7 months ago, Pilates has saved me! I began classes in January 2014 and I have not had a fall since I began. Marquis and Carol are excellent instructors. They guide you through all the basic and advanced moves and when you attend class you are free to choose which moves you want based on your needs/limitation/strengths that day. I feel blessed to have a female owned and operated business that fits my needs near my residence. This aint your basic tight assed studio; it is friendly, accommodating and opened to YOUR needs. Love this studio! Tried Aroma Yoga with Ava and Hali. Relaxing and challenging, and I walked out of there floating and smelling like peppermint. Great Pilates class too. The reformers are brand new and Carol Wilson knows her stuff, she's a legend in the Dallas fitness community. I'm going back Friday! read more

I like this studio because it's straight forward...there isn't any bells and whistles. You walk in, get a great stretch/work out and you're done. Carol is nice and helpful! I find this to be one of my favorite classes if I'm sore and needing to stretch from another workout. read more

Agree with the other reviews on cold, dark, and uninviting, with outdated equipment. Will add that Carol the owner is not reputable. She did not honor a deal posted on her own website!!!!! She called it an internal glitch and encouraged me to continue paying her more money for individual classes and quickly processed my original payment. Why would anyone pay this thief after not honoring what was purchased on HER site? A real business person would have honored the deal, given the 1 class gratis if it was REALLY a mistake on her site, etc. You can go anywhere for $20+ a class; no reason to use this outdated equipment in a dingy studio Have caution if using any packages here. I signed up for a 7-8pm class that didnt start until 725pm. At 745 the instructor said we were now done with the warm up. Super disorganized. I ended up walking out at 750pm, as I had only planned on being there until 8pm and everyone was just doing their own stretches after their "warm up" before the work out. No idea how long the work out was supposed to be. Very lacking in organization and structure, I won't be returning. The three male employees leading the class were very nice, if they just had some structure and organization it would not have been so bad. read more

Unprofessional business. Bought a groupon for 5 classes. After 3 classes, was not able to book classes online without paying extra. Left messages and never heard back. Instructors are unprofessional. Love this place, Carol and those in my classes. It's not a fashion show, it's a solid work out. Carol has been great about helping me with my specific limitations post injury and I am improving because of her help and insight. Everyone in the classes has been friendly and it's nice to laugh while you're getting a great work out. Movements and proper alignment are explained, the class is a good pace (not so fast you can't keep up and not so slow you feel like you're not doing anything), modifications are given (it's nice that Carol knows you and your body and gives you exactly what you need even without asking....she's paying attention and can see what you face and body say when your mouth isn't). It's a relaxed atmosphere, things are a bit looser. I like that...you get something new and something familiar with each visit. I'm happy paying for a comfortable atmosphere and attentive instruction and not at all concerned that the building is not fancy, but then I go for the work out and not the facade. read more

I love Carol! I take her pilates reformer class and look forward to it every time. She uses an approach that is athletic and hands on. She emphasizes classic technique and proper form so that we get the best out of our exercises and protect our bodies. Her class is fun, diverse, and based around our specific needs for that day. This is a great studio! Their yoga and Pilates classes are fantastic! Carol is the best Pilates instructor I know of in Dallas/Fort Worth. She works with each client individually--even in a group session-- and makes sure they get the best workout possible. I highly recommend this studio. read more
