I cannot put into words how much of a welcoming, peaceful and precious experience I've had practicing at Keller Yoga. I began my monthly membership after 1 week of attending! Prior to finding this magical place, I was nervous to return to my asana practice due to life circumstances. It had been 4 years since I was on my mat. It's like those obstacles poofed into thin air! What I love most about Keller Yoga is the diversity of classes and instruction they provide. Every class feels consistent, yet different. I've finally found a studio where my practice doesn't feel like sport or competition. Another added bonus is my family gets to join me for community classes on Friday's. My daughter is 3 years old and can't stop talking about yoga! My heart can't get any fuller. Thank you to all of the special instructors who have made us feel at home. I'm a 40-something guy who works at a computer all day. Not what you might think of as someone who goes to a yoga studio. I had never been to a yoga studio. My wife started going to Keller Yoga, loved it, and invited me to a class. It was wonderful. Now, we are both members and I'm going a few times a week. Here's what I like: all of the instructors I've worked with are welcoming, supportive, and fun. They encourage you to focus on your own practice and what feels right for you, which helps quiet my inner critic. They give clear cues so it's easy to follow. I got a Groupon for this place. I attended a couple of classes and enjoyed it every time. The instructors are great! You can tell they have good relationships with their students and are active in the community. I loved doing yoga here. I would've joined if it was a little cheaper. I ended up joining a gym that had yoga instead. read more

I joined Keller Yoga a few weeks ago. I am brand new to yoga, not young and not in shape. I was pretty scared to try this challenging new thing. The instructors at Keller Yoga have been so warm, welcoming, patient and helpful with gentle guidance. I especially get a lot out of the "basics" classes designed to help people learn, but the more advanced classes have also been wonderful. This place is truly amazing and the experience is one of a kind.After searching a lot for prenatal yoga classes,I chanced upon this yoga studio and I must tell you it changed my life. I met wonderful people, Awsome instructors and a great community life here in Keller area.This yoga studio with dedicated and wonderful instructors,strives to give you the real experience of practising all forms of yoga like Hata,Vinyasa, power yoga, Etc to name a few.The prenatal yoga was really helpful to keep me fit during my pregnancy. I also used to go for the Hata yoga during my pregnancy and Shanti was so accommodating and gave me postures which I could do so easily and I used to go till the very end of my term. I started again post the baby and the child care they offered made sure I got some time for myself while the baby was being taken care off.You can even be a newbie and the yoga instructors will make sure that they personally assist you in correcting your form and posture.To talk about the new studio space which they moved into...What a serene setting, so comfy and spacious with beautiful wooden floors(no mirrors is a major plus!!).I just moved from here and I am missing my yoga classes every single day. I am not been able to find a class even closer to my experience I have had at Keller yoga.Shanti is an amazing person and a great friend and her classes are relaxing and rejuvenating.
