NOT this place! After the first class I think everyone that worked there already knew my daughters name. We started with my almost four year old. She LOVED it from day one! The teachers are absolutely incredible! After my two year old watched our oldest enough times, she started wanting to take dance class. She in VERY introverted so we thought there was no way she would do it. They held an open house one Saturday, and we took our two year old. Literally one of the instructors scooped up our two year olds hand with a huge smile on her face, and started teaching her. She LOVED IT. We signed her up but we still weren't sure if she would like it. Well she didn't like it, she LOVED it! So now our almost four year old and two year old both go here. Everyday they wake up asking if they get to go to dance class today! I've even had text conversation with the OWNER helping me sign up or answer questions. That's unheard of these days. There are MANY studios in the Keller/Southlake area, but I can promise you, this is the best one!!!

I told her no that I've been texting with someone, Erin, and set it up with her. She got my name and pointed me to the door and that was it. Very rude and unpleasant, made me very uncomfortable. Then they have a tiny little window you can look through to watch your child, but all the moms are surrounding it. Only one mom was nice to me and knew that I was trying to see if my little girl was even interested so I could peek through the window every now and then. I will not say all families/dancers have that same attitude, but that's normal. The actual management and owner do a great job of making students and families feel valued and they give back to the community through food drives, etc. The song selections are always honorable, the attire chosen respects the body God created, and the quality is not compromised. It took them a few days to message me and my friend until today when they said that the class we selected was full, but they had hip hop available If we wanted that. To which I said yes that would be great. I was starting to think I got passed, then the messages stopped.. I waited and again got no response. so when I called my friend and I told her what happened she said I'm still messaging them. They're helping me with my daughter getting her on the schedule and she said I will tell them that you're interested.. so a few minutes later she asked me if they ever reached out to me that She gave them my information and I said no. So I called them three times and it went to a voicemail. So rightfully frustrated. I told my friend forget it, I don't want anything from them. I should not have to beg a company to let my child try something. This all was very unprofessional. I know several families who have their children at this location and today was a great disappointment when I've heard and read nothing but great things about this company. My child has grandparents who are willing to pay for her to go here if she liked it, but after this I told them no I'd find another place. The school offer classes every weeknight. Every other Friday, they host a themed dance party. The instructors are so amazing. Super nice and amazing dancers. They are so helpful and so understanding. They are both such amazing teachers, so patient and kind and made us feel like we could do it, even though we were in our fifties with no experience at all. Now almost 10 years later we are still taking lessons and love to dance. Matt is so patient and good at explaining things as well as figuring out where the problem is when a dance move doesn't work. It is so satisfying to work through new moves and new dances and master them. Matt and Marina are not only good teachers and choreographers, they are excellent dancers.
