As stated above I'm a total noob when it comes to yoga, I'm such a noob that I honestly knew zero of the terminology and I had to contact them to ask what to bring bc I had no idea what to expect. I have been to multiple classes now with multiple different instructors. Each instructor I've met has been awesome, they demonstrate the moves and seem to really have a passion for yoga and mental health. As a total noob in a class full of yogis (I now know that means people who do yoga, not people who like frozen yogurt, haha little dad joke for you all). The whole class moves mostly together and I really appreciate the feedback the teachers provide. For example, there's a move where your in a wide lunge facing forward and you have to rotate to a wide side squat (I now know that is called goddess pose) the instructor noticed a lot of people doing it as two different moves so she demonstrated how she wanted us to stay in the same level knee bend, (no bouncing- just stay in the deep squat the whole time) the moment she corrected us all you could see most of the class started to get legs shaking. I really felt the difference as it made my legs really activate and get that good workout burn. I really appreciate that feedback. I see that the yoga veterans benefit from the feedback just as much as the new people who like me have no idea what a downward dog is... well, now I know bc of these great teachers. I've seen all body shapes in class and all ages, men and women so if your thinking of trying but worried you won't fit in do not let that stop you, you can always find me and we can make each other look good, I'm a great hype-man haha (I'll be the one that has to keep looking at the instructor to see what's going on) rofl. I'm having fun doing a work out I've never done before, I love learning new things and this is a very positive place to do that.

I haven't had the need to but you can rent or buy equipment or snacks from a vending machine on-site. I like the weights area for a post hiit workout session. It's easy to book sessions via the app. I also feel safe being there during non-staffed hours.

They each bring something unique that makes this place unlike anywhere else: * Holly has taught me the power of breath. I don't want this to come off negative but I'm writing this review to give honest feedback. I purchased a class for my little sister and I to start her birthday off with a positive environment (she's new to the area). We are both familiar with pilates as we take classes weekly but I believe every instructor has their own style and this was our first time at this studio. We weren't welcomed by the instructor nor did she introduce herself to us which felt a bit awkward and unwelcoming. My confirmation email also said nothing about needing grip socks (the studio that I frequent doesn't require them as you can choose to be barefoot or use grip socks) so I wasn't prepared to spend additional money to purchase their socks on top of our class fee. There were certain movements that we didn't quite catch on to as fast as the instructor was telling us to move and it didn't seem like she cared to take the time to explain anything, repeat anything, or encourage us. The instructor very much so focused on about three of the other ladies in the class and talked with them throughout the class. It wasn't until I finally just sat on my reformer until one of the sequences was through that the instructor came over and asked if I wanted a modification and by then it was the end of the class and we felt very unwelcome and uncomfortable. I'm pretty dissatisfied with the service and I really wish I would've spent my money elsewhere for my sisters birthday. It's a cute place but to feel unwelcome because we aren't regulars felt really wrong to us. I don't know that we will be back.

Prior to finding this magical place, I was nervous to return to my asana practice due to life circumstances. It had been 4 years since I was on my mat. It's like those obstacles poofed into thin air! What I love most about Keller Yoga is the diversity of classes and instruction they provide. Every class feels consistent, yet different. I've finally found a studio where my practice doesn't feel like sport or competition. Another added bonus is my family gets to join me for community classes on Friday's. My daughter is 3 years old and can't stop talking about yoga! My heart can't get any fuller. Thank you to all of the special instructors who have made us feel at home. Each and every one of you have changed our lives. We love you!

My wife started going to Keller Yoga, loved it, and invited me to a class. It was wonderful. Now, we are both members and I'm going a few times a week. Here's what I like: all of the instructors I've worked with are welcoming, supportive, and fun. They encourage you to focus on your own practice and what feels right for you, which helps quiet my inner critic. They give clear cues so it's easy to follow. There is a focus on mindfulness and breathing that starts and ends sessions with calm. And there are people of all ages and backgrounds. It's just a good environment.

I recommend you come at least 20 minutes early because parking sucks, even in the garage. plus you need time to sign in, get to your machine, get everything in order for your workout etc. Inside is very clean, modern, bright and so much airflow. There are fans and air conditioning going constantly so there's no stagnant air in a room full of sweaty people. ew. Ashley was my instructor and she was so kind. I've never used one of these machines before and she knew that I was new, so she helped me with my form, attaching springs, moving equipment etc. I liked that she was really helpful. I didn't feel lost during the class. The classes can be pricey, but they have specials through yelp, class pass and on their social media platforms.

Aside from that, she still had to find parking. She was LITERALLY barely a minute late. And they didn't let her in because apparently "the boss is in there" and someone else entered while she was discussing why she couldn't be let in none of which were reasons that applied to her. I don't write reviews but 1 minute late is actually crazy and for the boss to be scary enough for an employee to enforce it so hard is also insane for pilates.
