Pro-tip: It's best not to wear make up at all because you'll likely sweat it all off, but if you do, make sure you bring make up remover to clean it off after class and your make up to redo it if needed.

I assumed it would be a nicer studio bc of the location but it's the worst yoga studio i have ever…read morebeen too. Classes were super overcrowded, literally no space to do a few of the moves. They charge enough, but i think they are trying to squeeze every dime; they should limit the classes. The instructor was not visible from the middle to back of room and so not only could you not see her, you had to follow the person in front of you and often then not she was doing something different than the person next to her. The music is loud and their mic speakers are not, so you cannot hear anything the instructor is saying, leaving you to just guess for the entire class. (They have enough people, why doesn't management invest in some update mics for her trainers???) Instructor walked around a lot, but never to correct anyone's form; I honestly don't know what she was walking around for. But she hardly did any of the moves so it was poorly instructed. C45 (their main offer) is definitely not a yoga class either it's more like a HIIT class. They really need to take just a few seconds and add descriptions to their classes. It's really not that hard and several people have suggested this in the past from what I can read. But the worst thing? The smell. It was absolutely disgusting in there. It wasnt so bad standing up but as soon as you laid down, the smell was overpowering. Im guessing they used dirty mop water or never mopped at all and everyones sweat was layer ok the floor. I literally had to leave during the stretching part bc i could not stomach lying down in that gross stench. I am not sure why the location is so popular, maybe because some of these young girls don't know that there are better studios that offer more elevated experiences. But definitely would not recommend this studio. It is just disgusting.

It is a small building and before you enter the building you have to remove your shoes. The yoga area is one medium size room with no mirrors and a bathroom in the back. They even have a lunch time yoga, which is a nice balance between the gentle and advanced yoga. They also have meditation classes available. The three classes I have been too have been amazing. Particularly the lunch time and gentle yoga. The lunch yoga was a relaxing way to spend 50 minutes. The teacher was very gentle, warm, and welcoming. He offered various options for us and there was never any pressure to look or be like anyone else. I recommend getting to class a few minutes early as the room is small and space can fill up quickly. You do not need to RSVP for class, just check the times on their website and show up. It is a very welcoming place.
