Got a great workout here this morning with class pass! The facility is very clean and organized. They offer complimentary cycle shows for renting, towels, and lockers! There is plenty of space and they move efficiently. I hadn't done a cycle class in about 6 months and it was definitely hard, but I got through it. Neon was my home away from home for nearly three years. When I first joined in May of 2021, I had never experienced a gym like it. I loved the community, the instructors, and the members who have become life long friends. 650 classes later and the story had changed. Unfortunately, the owners have continued to allow an incompetent, immature, deceitful, and vengeful person to manage their business under the guise that she's upholding a positive brand image. The very one she's ruining one day at a time. Morgan and Adam - only you can stop the hemorrhaging she's causing. Avoid Sara Underwood at all cost. Save your hard earned dollars and your CP points. Take them somewhere that the manager of the gym won't talk poorly about you behind your back to other members and employees. Sara has chosen to spread lies and say hateful things about me as a member because I have asked her (repeatedly) and the front desk manager to not illegally park in the two handicap spots in front of their business. They seem to think disability is a joke and not something that needs to be honored or respected. Feel free to drive by and see for yourself. read more

I love Neon!! I have cycled at three different studios, and Neon is my favorite for a few reasons: 1. They get my body moving in a way that's always surprising. The instructors do a good job of changing it up so that class is never boring or repetitive for those who go often. The instructors are all super fun and really high energy, especially Jenn!! 2. They have more than just cycle. They also have strength classes and I think they started dance cardio as well. The strength classes are great and Josh is really kind and fun to work with. 3. SHOWERS IN THE LOCKER ROOM. They've got them, and that's something important to me. I need a locker room with a shower. Their pricing is pretty normal for any cycle studio. Comparable to Cyclebar, maybe a little less than SoulCycle. read more

This place is pretty cool. When I arrived, I was concerned where we all were going to fit but you register and they cap class size so there was enough space for everyone. I took a strength class and it was amazing. It felt like indoor Camp Gladiator. The decor is very modern with chalk walls and bright neon colors. Helpful information: 1. The waiting area is not huge so it is best to come right before your class starts 2. They have showers and a changing room. 3. You can get cycle shoes from them 4. They have a water machine to fill up your water container 5. The lockers are locked by a code you put in yourself so you don't have to bring a lock. 5a. The lockers are small. read more

I've really enjoyed this studio - the employees are super nice and the instructors are really motivating. The light effects are always cool, and they offer a lot of awesome themed classes or challenges to encourage attendance. Overall the community is great! Unfortunately I had to discontinue my membership because of how loud the classes are. I leave every class with a headache and an earache that lasts for days. I've read some articles that cycling classes can cause permanent hearing loss because of toxic decibel levels, and earplugs can only block out so much. read more

All the strength instructors are amazing. They are all so encouraging and all of their classes are challenging in the best ways. Just as an example of how great they are... A few months ago I had a stress fracture on my foot and they all helped give me modifications for exercises during that time. They have checked on me since that time to make sure no movements cause discomfort for my foot. read more

I'm a mom of two toddlers, so I don't have a lot of time in my hands. I love Neon! So far I've attended a cycle & strength class. The cycling is high energy and the instructor (Sara) was amazing! They do have lockers and provide shoes if needed. There is no screen on the bike which is nice to purely focus on your movements. I also attended a strength class. Beth was super helpful and I can't wait to come back for more. Finally was able to redeem a free class here after so many months of waiting. I was able to easily book a "gentle" yoga class online. And yes the quotes are indicating that there was nothing gentle about the class at all-smile. However, it was to my advantage as I needed to have a class challenge and reward me at the same time. The teacher was so kind and gave us positive reinforcement throughout. Also, the beat bumping above our heads to techno helped alot. Because of COVID-19 there was only four of us in the class and we were able to keep our distance. The class again was a challenge with the room being very warm, having to hold poses for longer than at times seemed humanly possible, and my hands slipping because of sweat; however I was smiling all the way through and was so glad I came especially at the end. The instructor encouraged us during shavashana to take care of ourselves, to not be afraid, and to challenge ourselves as well. That hit super close to home as I made a challenge to myself to follow through with coming to the class and I am glad I did! I will be back for more yoga and a spin class. read more

Came to Neon Cycle for the yelp event and I choose to use for the boot camp class and wouldn't do it again. I wore biker shorts and got bruises on my knees from the outside grass - they need mats here. I like the lights dark and music blasting but I didn't feel motivated by the instructor or guided on correct form. It seemed more like they want you to come finish and leave and not really interested in motivating you. The prices are cheaper than orange theory or CrossFit but it's still not cheap. They are doing good job at having everyone clean their stuff and sanitizing. read more

I had been driving past the bright large Neon marquee everyday after work for months before finally checking the studio website to see what it was all about. At the time I was a dedicated member of a similar concept strength studio, but the other studio is closer to my home in Downtown Dallas. I didn't realize Neon offered the same format I loved from the Dallas studio, but at half the cost! I signed up for my first free class and walked out of the class really happy. I wasn't sure if it was a stroke of luck that I enjoyed the first class, but now after 8 different strength classes with different trainers, I can confidently say I love Neon! Their strength classes are 45 minutes long and the perfect challenge. Unlike the other Dallas studio and most "HIIT" style studios, Neon puts more emphasis on strength and doesn't always incorporate treadmill or cardio. Instead, you get your heart rate up with heavier weights or pushing yourself beyond your comfort zone. As someone who got accustomed to having a personal trainer and limiting cardio in favor of weights, I've seen what good strength training can do for a body. I wish more studios emphasized the strength portion of class over excess cardio. Neon has TONS of equipment and their trainers are always keeping things interesting. I've noticed they do a great job of varying the classes so different exercises or equipment are incorporated each week. So far it has been far from routine! The music is BUMPING and hits all the genres to get you motivated. The lights in the studio transition all different black lights and neon lights to keep you energized as well. I absolutely love that the strength class isn't packed/fully booked a week in advance so you can actually schedule yourself the night before or morning of a class (at least I can vouch for the 6:30a classes - not sure about the rest of the day). It's great for anyone with an unpredictable schedule because you don't have to commit days in advance or risk forgetting to cancel before a cancellation fee hits. Bottom line - Neon is incredibly affordable compared to other boutique studios for a top notch experience! read more

I've been coming here for a couple months now with friends and my experience here has been phenomenal!! I was so nervous to try cycling for the first time initially, but the staff are so sweet, friendly, and welcoming to beginners. They walked me through the whole facility and got me feeling comfortable and confident on the bike, making sure I knew how to use it, adjust it, and clip in with confidence. The instructors have such an amazing, uplifting energy that really sets my week off to a good start. They're so encouraging and hype! The music and the lights are also so fun and so cool. It's such an extremely fun time. I love how there's a mimosa after class for the community to enjoy, too! The facilities are so clean as well and I love the whole vibe of the place. Their locker system is really great, too. I always feel comfortable leaving my stuff, knowing it'll be in a secure spot. Additionally, the area that this spot is located in has a TON of options for brunch nearby! Perfect spot to workout in the morning then have brunch with your girlfriends! All in all, I really love this place and it's definitely become a regular spot for me. This is a small studio with two rooms - one with weights and treadmills and the other for cycling. I tried out the abs and ass class that involved strengthening and cardio. The room was too small to fit 16 women as we were shoulder-to-shoulder. The music was so loud that I could not hear the instructor, but the music set kept me hyped and energized. The workouts consisted of 45 seconds on and 15 seconds off for four sets through eight exercises. The session was fine but nothing extraordinary. You can pre-order smoothies and they will be ready by the end of your workout. I believe they are $8 and I think that's a bit pricey. They do have bubblies on the weekends sometimes. read more
