The class itself was challenging (definitely going to be sore!), upbeat and the perfect mix of incorporating core, arms and legs. Delaney was a great instructor and made things fun. It seems most classes have a virtual option too. Met the owner when I arrived. She was really nice and showed me around. There are several studios and lockers for your belongings. The studio we were in for the class was really chill. Not what I expected. The lighting was dim with blue and yellow tones. I didn't feel as nervous after entering the room and not feeling fully on display. The Nia class was 30 minutes and I thoroughly enjoyed it. I will most likely look at the calendar and pick some other classes here and there. I notice they do Pilates, yoga and things like that too. Lots of options!

I love the class and Alisa's coaching style. (Alisa is very knowledgeable in her field and always ready to answer questions about exercises, groups of mussels that should be used, and after-class habits such as proper food diet to feel healthy and full of energy.) I feel very safe during workouts and have much fun between exercises. It is always super clean in the room and on the Pilates machines. Also, there is always cold water in the fridge for after class, small lockers for phones and small items (such as jewelry and wallet, for example), and cute little things that are easy to forget on the way to class (hair bands, socks, etc.).
