Thanks to the perks of being Yelp Elite, I received 2 complimentary classes of my choosing. I'm not a fan of cycling and LOVE that this place has strength classes as well as a whole smoothie bar. My first class was the Back,Biceps & Legs class. What a crazy class (in a good way). I've never experienced a workout so intense yet so thorough. Not to mention the instructor was hot! My second class was Body Sculpt. Just as crazy. The instructor was fun, personable and knew how to make you feel every muscle. I have another class scheduled called Stallion Summer:Abs & Ass. Definitely looking forward to that. If all their classes are this good, I'll definitely be signing up for membership. I feel great and I know I'll look even better if I keep coming here. Solid spin studio! They have 2 studios - one for spin and one for strength (think Barry's boot camp style workouts in the other room). I personally prefer spin but tried out both and the instructors were great! I went for one of their late night party rides and it def felt like a party with Jell-O shots at the end of the ride? Lol good class though and great facilities. I'll be back when visiting Dallas! read more

If you love a good sweat-dripping, fun cycling class with amazing music & instructors, look no further. Neon Cycle + Strength is one of my favorite cycling studios to attend and I always get in an amazing workout every time I go. The cycling classes are high-energy and with the upbeat music, it is impossible for you to not get in a solid cardio session with the tap backs, pulses, and pushes as you ride to the beat of the song. All the instructors are great but my personal favorites are Chaeley and Chelsea. They always play a great selection of music and motivate you through the entire ride. They also have their strength classes which incorporate cardio on the treadmill and strength training. Debi is a great instructor for this class if you want to try something other than cycling. My job sponsored a ride for us and I of course signed up. The ladies were extremely helpful with setting up my bike. They have free lockers for your stuff, and the locker room was really more a bathroom with 1 shower stall. So I suggest you change before you come or maybe I missed the area for changing. The young lady that led the class was amazing. She was very engaging and supportive throughout the workout. She was sweating just as much as all of us in the class. I got a great workout from cycling and to top it off we had a glass of champagne afterwards. I thank you for everything and if you're looking for a good cycle spot I highly suggest you try this spot. read more

Neon is a great studio here in Plano! They offer both HIIT and cycle classes - both of which I've done. The HIIT classes are in a smaller studio but the instructors are super helpful demonstrating the exercises! The class is jam packed with moves and you definitely get a sweaty workout in! The first time I tried the cycle class, they were helpful getting the bike set up and the cycle environment was top notch! They turn the lights low and play some of the best music! This studio is great!! Right now, they're offering a free first class. I've tried their spin class and the hip hop chest class. Spin class was tough for me, but it was fun. The darkness of the room makes you feel comfortable. I loved their strength class more than spin because you do the reps a little more at your own pace while still pushing yourself to finish. I love cycling, so I'm trying to check out as many cycling studios around me that I can. I got a flyer in the mail for a free first class so I had to try! The studio is large with two different classes that are offered. One studio is dedicated towards strength training so there are treadmills, the other cycling. I went in for cycling around noon, but I was running late and should have arrived 10 minutes before to get the scoop on how to use the bike and set it up properly. The girl at the front desk was still really nice and showed me around the studio. She also mentioned that if I wanted a shake I could order and it would be ready when class was over. Lockers were spacious and you didn't feel crammed like other studios I've been in (I definitely forgot which locker I put my stuff in after class and they were so nice to help me unlock and find mine!) Class was great and the music was loud and upbeat. It took me some time to get used to the bike and to find the right seat settings but someone was in the studio at the beginning of class helping. The instructor was great and motivating, although I did have trouble understanding what she was saying at times. I had no idea what setting I was supposed to be on but I was sweating!! After class she made time to introduce herself since I was new and it made me feel really welcomed. I will be back during the summer when I'm able to dedicate more time for consistent classes! read more

I have been doing cycle for a couple of months on and off at different locations, but nothing beats neon cycle! I took the 7:30 class with Ruston it was great!! He is literally THE BEST cycle coach ever! If you love edm and nice beats take his class! He has great energy and encourages you all throughout the ride! He also gave a little bit of affirmation during the cool down and it really pulled on a heart string! Overall the staff was amazing especially the African American guy at the front desk! I've been searching for a fun and welcoming workout facility for over 2 years and I can finally say I've found the place. I've been a member for a little over a month now and absolutely love it. I've taken both the strength and cycling classes, been to multiple instructors, and have loved ALL of them. At first, I only was going to do 8 sessions a month but quickly realized I had to have unlimited. Thankful for this studio and the people who run it. There isn't enough amazing words to say about Neon. When I first took a cycle class 2 years ago at another studio, I didn't like it and told myself spin wasn't for me. 6 months later I tried Neon and I have never felt more welcomed, inspired and motivated during a workout. The class was SO much fun and I immediately became addicted. The light show, loud music, and enthusiasm from the instructors make you almost forget you are working out! It's like a giant party! Another great thing about Neon is they offer a variety of workouts. Cycle, Strength (a HIIT weighted workout), Yoga, Sculpt Pilates, and even hip hop dance classes! It is always good to switch up your workouts and Neon makes it easy. Plus their prices are INCREDIBLE. The staff is so friendly and the smoothies are the best way to refuel after a workout! I'm in the area for work and I always try to find fun studios when I travel since most hotel guns are trash. I took a Full Body Strength class with Amanda, and it was such a good workout! I consider myself a pretty in shape person but I had to take a few breaks because it was challenging at times. I got in a great workout and I'm sure I'll be a little sore tomorrow. If I come back to this area for work I will definitely go to Neon again. read more
