This was my first experience in a spin class and my friend encouraged me to join her since she goes pretty frequently. To add context, I'm a new mom who is 8 months post partum and haven't really worked out since high school. Going in I felt really nervous but once I was set up on the bike, it was like joining a fun party. The movements themselves can be a difficult to grasp (especially if you're uncoordinated like me) but there's not pressure to get it on the first, second, or third try. I stayed in the last row which allowed me to really take my time in adjusting and by the end of the class I felt like I had gotten more comfortable with the whole experience. I'm already planning my next trip! I believe the leader was Katrina (I apologize if I'm wrong) and she was so encouraging and the vibes she gave off were IMMACULATE. i never thought I would be the type of person who would enjoy this type of workout but I can say I'm super excited to continue on this journey! read more

This place has easily become such an important part of my day. When I first signed up, I didn't expect to become as obsessed with the studio as I have. They have Both strength and cycle classes. Don't be scared of the bike like I was you can easily catch on thanks to this team. If you want a beginner friendly class, SARA is great at teaching fundamentals and technique. TONI's classes are my favorite. YOU HAVENT LIVED UNTIL YOU'VE TAKEN A TONI CLASS! They are a bit more advanced, but the energy is UNMATCHED! Neon has it all. The combination of having both spin and strength training makes Neon pretty unique. All the instructors are awesome and have great energy. All spin studios are expensive, and Neon is no exception. But because they have two different formats and a locker room w/showers, they stand out. Keeping in mind the pricing of places like Cyclebar and SoulCycle, Neon is a fair rate. Spin is not for the faint of heart, but Neon especially is really intense. I have done spin for a while and I really struggled at first, and then got used to it. Definitely give them a try, and if it's too much, just keep going! You'll get stronger! read more

Joining Neon has been the one of the best parts of my life so far-- big exaggeration, but also a fact! I moved to the Frisco area at the end of May and one of my best friends convinced me to try a cycle class. One class and I was hooked. I've since tried almost every class they have to offer and am a regular at the studio (4-6 classes a week). The instructors are all uniquely wonderful and I can honestly say I've grown in strength, endurance, and self confidence with their help. I love Neon! I was going consecutively for about 8 months to help with the postpartum blues and weight gain I had after having my daughter. It changed my life. I took a little hiatus for the last 4 months but just went to my first class back and I'm never leaving again! I used to be in love with cycling and soon the environment I was in turned into something i didn't like. Coming into neon today was the best choice i have ever made. I love Neon Cycle + Strength! I came consistently when Texas reopened following COVID lockdown. I moved away from the area about a year in, and moved back fall of 2023. Coming home to Neon, I found the gym had only grown in community and instructor talent! Best workout place in town! I love the community and the fact that you can do both cardio and strength! The instructors are also super passionate and so welcoming. Did my first ride at 9 AM on Monday with Tyler! She was so helpful getting my bike adjusted and telling me how to use it. When I told the people at the front that it was my first ride, they were so helpful and nice! No need to buy cycling shoes because they have some for you to borrow. I will be coming back! read more

Can't say enough good things about this beautiful studio, the owners, and the incredible trainers!
