When I was first looking for a primary care office to set up with I initially searched online and called around to various practices to ask questions and figure out which practice might be right for me and my family. Some places I called either didn't want to take the time to answer my questions, didn't know the answers or just didn't seem very friendly/caring. When I called here, the person on the phone was super friendly, didn't make me feel rushed and patiently answered my many questions. I then decided later that day to make an appointment (but at that point it was after hours on a Friday) and was able to do everything online, while they were closed - including scheduling my own appointment - I didn't have to wait for them to reopen after the weekend. It was amazingly convenient and easy to do. I've seen Megan approx 4-5 times now, I love the convenience of self scheduling online and I've never had to wait more than 5 minutes. You can do in-person or online (depending on what you need) and I've done both so far, both were on time and easy to do.
