When we…read morearrived, we were greeted by security (checking bags) and then on to the counter to get the run down. The staff were very clearly in how everything worked from ordering at the cabanas to the access we all had. A couple of us did a spa experience and really enjoyed it. I did the immersive sauna experience, and let's just say it was an EXPERIENCE that's a little hard to explain aside from using the word "intense." We ordered food and drinks. Everything was delicious. I do wish that the bartender would have been in a bit of a better mood and greeted us with a smile, but maybe she felt overwhelmed with it being a holiday weekend. Nonetheless, she made an amazing margarita. I will definitely be back!!!

We arrived about 15 min prior, checked in, and found the locker room. The locker room is spacious with plenty of locker space, restrooms, and changing area. They have a bar area where you can order drinks and food with seating around. There were also water stations throughout. It was a hot day so definitely welcomed. You are also able to order drinks at most of the spring soaks using a QR code which we did. We got our towels and went to our first area - water temps ranged from 49 (Cold plunge) to about 104, I believe. I did the cold plunge for about one minute, lol. Definitely keep your hands out and breathe. We relaxed in others and chatted with a few friendly folks in each. Several had canopies above when to help block sun. I also did the immersive sauna experience which was my first sauna experience ever. I made it the 10 minutes - start hydrated, close your eyes, and relax. Overall, we enjoyed our time there and looking forward to the next visit.

Katie checked us in gave the forms to fill in & we were seated in the waiting area. We were asked for beverages hot/cold we took some water & waited for our massage specialist. It was a couple massage so it was done in a private room which was made ready for us & everything was explained in advance about our massages also they asked us for any special areas to be given extra attention while massaging ... we loved that the bed was nice & heated also neck support was provided during the massage which was a plus . Our therapist was nice & caring paid attention to every detail & once finished they waited outside for us to ask about the experience which was very thoughtful. Overall we liked the place & the massage experience. Please don't expect any frills like mimosa or big lounge area for relaxation or pools. Most of the high priced hotels have that kind of luxury services . This place is specifically for quick massages or couple hours of relaxation from your hectic schedule. They also offer various services like facials , body rituals, foot massages....

The Only feedback I would have is the communication in what's required when you're getting packages. My reflexology was supposed to be 20 min just feet and that didn't happen. We've had our fair share of massages in life especially at resorts and out of everything this has been AMAZING! Firstly, booking was easy and they have plenty of availability! We were interested in add-on/enhancements so we came early to discuss and Kai was awesome at explaining everything. We booked a Couple's Wellness Massage and my husband added the Apricot Oil and I added the CBD and we were offered a promotion for the Himalayan Hot Stones. The massage was a combination of Swedish and Thai that included stretching plus our add-ons and I've never felt better. We had dinner afterwards or I would've also gotten the scalp + face massage. I'm coming back to see Yoshi for it all...she was fabulous! My only issue was that at the beginning when we were changing someone knocked and opened the door immediately. Not sure who it was and not happy about that part cause I wasn't ready. They offered us drinks at the end and even took our pictures! The front desk receptionist is a photographer per Kai and he did got a great shot!

An excellent way to spend a day relaxing by yourself or with a friend. The renovations are nice…read morealthough there are still some jets in the pools that don't work or the opposite, they blast out water to the point it almost drowns you! The indoor spaces are all really nice. I loved spending time going through all the sauna rooms & then taking a nap in the relaxation area upstairs when I got tired. The sushi place on the second floor was surprisingly good. FYI ramyun is the cheapest thing on the menu at the Korean place on the top floor & while it was good, it was clearly just instant ramyun that they charged $12 for. Next time I think I will just spring for something a little pricier. Couple of tips: It's both cheaper to go on weekdays & much less crowded. I would bring a change of clothes to wear under your robe. That way if you decide to go to the pool first, you can change out of your swimsuit to do saunas later. (Although plenty of folks just wear their swimsuit to the sauna!) Some folks say to bring a towel, but know they do provide full size towels & you can get fresh ones as needed in the locker room. If you plan to be there all day, I also recommend bringing a charger!

I NEVER expected a relaxing spa day to end with me crying in public and then crying again in my…read morecar. Today at Spa Castle, a woman was recording videos throughout the second floor. I realized I was being included in her recording and asked her to please stop because I did NOT consent to being filmed. Instead of simply respecting my request, she told me that I had an "attitude problem." She then went to the concierge and apparently received permission from a staff member to continue recording. She actually came BACK to where I was, started recording me again, told me, "I can keep recording," and called me "Karen." At that point, this no longer felt like someone casually taking a video at a spa. I felt deliberately targeted and humiliated. She also made a point of telling me that she gets "millions of views." I honestly don't care whether someone has 10 views or 10 million. Being popular on social media does not make another paying guest's discomfort irrelevant. What makes this experience especially disappointing is Spa Castle's response. I spoke with management and was told they could not make her delete the video. I understand that management may have limitations regarding someone's personal phone, but I cannot understand why a guest who had already been told directly that I did not want to be recorded was apparently allowed to return and continue filming and confronting me. I paid to come to a SPA--to relax and feel comfortable. Instead, I felt exposed, embarrassed, and completely unsupported. I was so overwhelmed by the entire interaction that I cried there, and then sat in my car afterward crying again. I can't remember the last time a business experience made me feel this humiliated. Spa Castle seriously needs a clear filming policy. There is a huge difference between taking a photo or video of yourself and deliberately continuing to record another guest after that person has specifically asked you to stop. People come to a spa expecting some level of comfort and relaxation. Nobody should have to wonder whether they're going to become unwilling content for somebody else's social media account. I'm incredibly disappointed with how this was handled.
