Please stay away from this spa!!!…read more Updated: I have irritant contact dermatitis and cutaneous trauma from the facial I received - per my dermatologist. I also requested a full refund which they said they would. Hey guys I just want to share my terrible experiences that I have suffered from Merum Face Bar on Watters Creek, Allen. I came in on Friday for a relaxing facial massage which supposed to be gentle - no harsh chemical peel or laser. During the facial, I did notice a burning sensation on my face so I immediately told her and she took the pumpkin enzyme off and it calmed down. It was over an hour facial and they should have noticed my irritation during the process and could have stopped the facial. I also communicated with them clearly about my skin type and the products I have been using. I have combination/oily skin and my skin is not sensitive at all. I never had any allergic reaction to any skin care products I have bought from Sephora/Spa/Clinic etc in my whole life. I also get facial at different spas once in a while but this never happened before. Now they are telling me to seek professional help as there is not much they can do. I am traumatized looking at my face right now. I could not see a dermatologist on the weekend and still do not know if anyone can squeeze me in next week so my anxiety is crazy right now.... Also, They don't even offer me any post facial cream to help with the irritation. No offer to issue a full refund on this traumatized experiences. Just very disappointed on how the manager level handled this.

So I finally got around to making an appointment with them today. I was informed that they are using a new system now and that none of my credits transferred over. Her skin was damaged due to sun exposure. They were able to see us on short notice. They explained everything to dad and we agreed to start the program that day. We are not expecting to see major changes after the first treatment, but it was quite noticeable within a two weeks. We are very pleased with the results. The daughter is ecstatic. The recommended sunscreen is light weight and works incredibly well. It held up to a week of Caribbean sun. The office/spa is beautiful. Everything was new, the finishing is top notch, and it smells incredible in there. Should the need arise, I would go back. I give Elite Derma a very strong recommendation.

We've now had two injection sessions under the eye, which is such a delicate area. He took so much time to check the angles that were right for my face and left me perfectly refined. In my two week follow up he noticed after swelling went down we needed to do a small touch up, and we did it and even that was wonderful. I'd consider myself hard to please, a lot of companies do not care about experience anymore, and I do not ever leave reviews. But they've been so wonderful, I'm beyond thankful for them. I'd recommend Aymen for injections to anyone.
