If you've received a good service from YooSoon Park, I am VERY HAPPY for you!!!
If you are thinking about it, think twice about going there! Once you pay YooSoon Park cash or sign the credit card receipt, YooSoon Park is home free whether you've received the service you've paid her for or not!!!
My sister and I went to Prima Diva Skin Care for mole removal and permanent make up on 3/28/15. The director YooSoon Park was very nice (and let me remind you that it was the one and only time she was nice so she can get you to come to her shop!) and calmly led me make an appointment to come in. I explained to her that my sister and I will be driving down from Oklahoma (a 5 hr drive each way). It seemed like YooSoon Park was very understanding and said that she is more than willing to work with us on the appt dates/times because she understood the long drives and etc.
On the ad, the place looked like the state of the art so on our first visit/consultation, the first thing we noticed that the rooms didn't look at all like the ad. Then YooSoon Park looked at the number of moles and gave us an exorbitant estimates ($580 to remove moles from my face and a few on my neck alone which I could've gotten all of this done at my dermatologists office for 1/3 of YooSoon Park's estimate) and explained that bigger moles cost more... I was taken aback but because we made up our minds to go there for that purpose, I asked my sister to get an estimate for her, too. Her estimate wasn't cheap either. When I asked for a bit of a discount or to reduce the number of the moles because the estimate was much more than we expected, YooSoon Park got very upset and started yelling and spoke very fast, and her face turned red (this while my sister was still laying on the table) with Do you want me to remove your moles or not? kind of attitude. My sister stood up abruptly and asked YooSoon Park, "We could leave if you're upset and don't want to do this." YooSoon Park and her assistant profusely reassured us that YooSoon Park was not upset. Even with uneasy feeling, we continued & reduced to remove fewer moles than the initial $580, paid her full asking price (no receipt with details of services rendered; just a credit card receipt was given to me), and even bought her way over priced patch to put over where our moles were removed. YooSoon Park said that we should return in about a month; however, YooSoon Park made an appointment for 4/18/15 that was only 3 weeks out.
It had been only about 1.5 weeks and all of our moles were coming back and the permanent makeup was fading fast too which meant we needed the touch ups for sure. Things happened so I called YooSoon Park on 4/7/15 to reschedule our appointment to a week later (4/28/15) which is within the month as recommended time frame by YooSoon Park herself. Well, YooSoon Park misunderstood me on the appt date change, first of all, and then proceeded to yell at me over the phone (What kind of person yells at a customer for an appt change when someone calls that many days ahead?). I tried to calm her down but that didn't work, and the conversation boiled down to that if we couldn't make the appointment she set for us then she, under no circumstances, absolutely would not finish her services. Our phone conversation ended after approx 5 min because she refused (yelled at me the whole time) to give me an alternate date for the touch up that was the 2nd part of the service I paid for my sister and I. That was one and the only time I called her.
As of today, 8/6/15, YooSoon Park has never tried to call me back to remedy the situation. I had never dealt with a rare breed like YooSoon Park ever, especially in her line of business!
