    Went there without an appointment to get my NexGen nails redone. I was only there an hour and Danny did a wonderful job. Great attention to detail and lots of choices for colors. Prices are very reasonable. Owner was helpful and very friendly. Definitely would go back.

    One of the best nail salon experiences I've had in a long time. The owner was sooo warm and friendly and accommodating. Almost felt like family or something. I got a dip full set with French ombré and the ice cream pedicure. Tim was super quick and did a fantastic job on my nails. They turned out exactly how I wanted. And Kim...OMG best pedi evarrrrr. Not only did she give the most thorough foot/leg massage ever, but my toes look so cute! I was literally in foot massage heaven. She took her time and used the perfect amount of pressure and her technique was amazing. I will go here from now on if and when I have time for a mani pedi. I felt so pampered there. Highly recommend. Definitely TREAT YOURSELF to the ice cream pedicure. You'll be so glad you did.

    Have to update. As nice as the owner was, the nails did not hold up. Several broken nails and that's never happened to me with any salon after only a few days. The tech did not get all of the color off my nails and now it just looks like there's dirt under my nails. The nails that needed length look nothing like my natural nails like she didn't even try to match them. I paid $80 for something that didn't last a week. I do not recommend. They are overpriced and do not use products that last. I was very disappointed and cannot recommend.

    I have had two appointments here since covid and both times ive gone my nails come out BEAUTIFUL. They are strong and stay on for a long time. Im currently expecting so i dont get them done very often... but i am frequently washing my hands and most the time dont take it easy on my hands or nails. However they still seem to last at least 3 weeks before needing to be redone or filled. Wonderful staff and customer service. I highly recommend them to anyone i know.

    Hands down always the best experience here. They know exactly what customer service is and make you feel so welcome every time you come! The 2 owners, a couple who grab your bag, get you a drink and ask how you are doing. What? The owners......... they care and it really shows in their nail salon. Oh yes, and my nails always look great! It's great to see people smiling, laughing and caring especially right now. Huge kudos to this team!

    Hands down the best place to get Nexgen nails in the area. The owner is super friendly and remembered me after i went about twice. She knew my name and who I'd want as my nail tech. Ask for Alex! She's the BEST. The owner and my tech would also remember my favorite color since I'd only get purple nails lol. They're pretty flexible for walk-ins. You have to wait a bit usually cuz they're always pretty busy, but not bad of a wait. If you make an appointment it's much faster. Reasonable pricing- i dont think it's much different from other places. They also have a rewards program so you can get a discount after ur 5th visit or so (or every x amount of $ spent)

    Horrible horrible horrible. Would not recommend this place to my greatest enemy. First off, it's the weirdest and creepiest decor inside. It doesn't even look clean. Secondly, they used real orange on my legs. Who does that? And third, the lady who did my toes butchered them. I now have an ingrown due to her. Also, the polish wore off in a week or so. I can typically go over a month without it chipping. I expressed my dissatisfaction and they gave me a gift card to return. Haha, no thank you. I will go back to Luxe -- my tried and true salon. The only reason I left was that my lady of many years quit. But Luxe is clean, well managed, and friendly. Steer clear of this place. Their reviews are more than likely fake as well. --- Upon sharing my honest review and experience I was sent the nastiest message from the business owner. Here is the response down below (for the record, I never signed up for their loyalty program and never gave my number because I had no desire to ever come back or be spammed by them--never have I been asked to do so at any nail salon): Very sorry to hear those things about our place. No trace of your presence in the tracking system or in our payment statement. There would be the possibility of having used a different name or simply being a fake profile. In any case, as the owner of Nail Trends, I admit that I am interested in the reviews. When these are constructive, they help us to progress and improve ourselves. Unfortunately, Your criticisms are of no use to me. First creepiest and weirdest are enough to give me an idea about the ugliest one you are. Secundo Nail trends never offer gift card as compensation. We have a different way if happened. We definitively want to know more about your experience. You have to understand that Denigrating behind the screen has become a national sport with no real interest. The few crazy data about our place you bring is more like the disgusting delirium of a hater than the unpleasant experience of a customer. The many clients of our salon are the first referents of our seriousness. If, however, your role is to denigrate on social networks for commercial purposes, which are widespread these days, know that you are wasting your time. A Contrario, If you are a real customer, you just have to give me the last 4 numbers of your sign in to help me to resolve your case.

    Willing to give this place another try because they did a great job welcoming me & w their offerings. My nexgen nails weren't the best I've ever had done but, I'm willing to give this place another go. Price wise it's about the same as most other places so that doesn't deter me. The pedicure was great and I have no complaints about that! The owner & techs were super friendly and welcoming. They carry on conversation and, offer suggestions on your nails. The middle finger (in my pic) also has a clear spot where the nexgen was buffed off. I intentionally did not say anything about this to see if the owner or tech who both looked at my nails would notice it. They did not which led me to believe there isn't a lot of QA when it comes to the final product. It was a busy day but, we're all paying for a product.

    I have only been here twice and I have gotten Lindsey both times. I can honestly say that I am more than pleased with my outcome. I typically am a big tipper, but even I feel like I don't tip them enough for their great service! The owners are amazing and VERY hands on. They know everyone on a first name basis and keep a watchful eye on their customers to make sure everyone is in good hands! As for my nail tech Lindsey, ASK FOR HER!! She is amazing and is sooo sweet! She takes her time and doesn't rush. The set I got today is pretty simple, but my last set from a few weeks ago was more on the "trendy" side of things and she NAILED IT!! I will forever go to Lindsey! If she happens to not be there, I trust the owners have hired amazing people anyway! Oh, and they have complimentary drinks!

    Very cozy and welcoming Salon. I had Tony do my nails. He greets every customer by name with a warm smile.He is very professional and meticulous about his work. He wants to make sure you leave his seat happy. I came in looking a particular dark gray/ black design with a glittery accent. He was able to execute my idea perfectly. We already have ideas for my next visit.

    Broken nail 2 days after service and others cracking!

    I don't like to give bad reviews but I had a bad experience here! They were in a hurry to finish up and messed up my hands. I asked to fix it and then they rushed again and messed up again. After I left and waited one hour to dry my pedicure, I changed my sandals and my nail polish come off! I've never experienced this ever in my 30 years of getting nails done. I should also mention they were not wearing mask or asking their customers too. Seems like they have no courtesy to others that expect everyone to wear a mask and that too properly. What a bogus response! I waited over 30 mins for the nail polish to dry so stop lying to me and people. I do have a regular salon and recommend everyone go there. Oscar Nail Salon on McDermott. Don't come at me with your "recording" and that I was rude. I wasn't! I tipped even though it was the worse service I ever got! Update: two days after my nails, already two nails broke! Horrible Horrible! Worse place ever of 30 years of getting nails done and being a nail polish distributor I know you were just spewing non sense

I pre-bought a package and was basically paying $40 for just a Brazilian. I asked her twice (last time right before Rona) and she couldn't tell me how many I had left, nor was she available due to weight loss surgery. I wish her all the best but I like communication and a thorough job.

But the door to the building was locked -- you have to go up the stairs in the back, there isn't another way in to the spa suites. I was standing out in the rain for a minute waiting for someone to let me in. Thankfully, one of the girls in one of the suites had just arrived and unlocked the door. What was interesting is that she was the first one there. Like she had to disarm the alarm and turn on all the lights in the waiting area. For a 10am wax appointment, I found this odd. Doesn't your wax have to heat up? I was trying to give Tonayia the benefit of the doubt....Lord knows emergencies happen. I waited nearly 20 minutes and tried calling Tonayia's 972 # that's on her confirmation email. It's the same # that's listed in her Yelp posting, too. What was weird was that the phone didn't ring. I just got a message stating that this number wasn't accepting phone calls. No way to leave a message. So I emailed her by responding to her confirmation to tell her I was leaving. At this point, I had been waiting over 20 minutes with zero communication. Again, I tried to give her the benefit of the doubt. I have a small business and I know things happen. But 2 1/2 days later, still no response to my email. There's nothing worse than when someone wastes your time. If she does go into business again, I'd highly suggest calling before you head to your appointment to make sure that she's really in the office. Fortunately, Peace Love Wax in Plano (who has a no tipping policy) was able to get me in the same day. I'd suggest going there instead.
