I've never had someone put so much care into my nails. I went in unsure if what I wanted was going to be executed as well as I was hoping, and I was blown away. Ken did an AMAZING job and I'm beyond thrilled with how it came out!! Definitely go, the quality and care and all the customer service was amazing. & don't forget GIVE GOOD TIPS FOR GOOD WORK !!

The service was okay until she put the powder on. At first I was okay with the powder but then I looked at the nails they were different length and thickness. I had to turn right around and have them take off the nails.

I payed $55 bucks for a French pedicure. I didn't notice at the salon he horrible of a Job this woman did. I was at Nordstroms trying on shoes when I noticed not only do I have dead skin all over my toes. But on my left foot she painted over the white tip with pink coating. My heal looks like it wasn't even touched with dry broken skin. HORRIBLE quality. Definitely NOT worth $55 dollars. read more

This is still my go-to salon but most of my issues lie with their process of making appointments. I have had issues on multiple occasions - and to be honest they should take down their online booking system because it's never actually followed. One time I called and made in appointment well in advance only to find out my nail tech was double booked and the other client showed up RIGHT before me . Another time, I booked with a tech and was given another newer tech who did a subpar job, and most recently, I made an appointment online for after new years that was not only confirmed but that I received a reminder for a day prior only to find out they were closed to celebrate new years . Because of this, I had to seek out a different salon. I will continue coming here but this is a major inconvenience and their management needs to do better . read more

I got super cute almond nails with pink french tips. I love how clean it is inside. However, I didn't appreciate my nail tech's attitude. He kept complaining to himself about something, replied with a rude tone, and it took 2.5 hours for it. read more

i just moved in this area last September so first time ever here. Went for eyebrow wax. lady was on her phone when coming into the room, no hello when entering. picked up a mirror to look at herself after letting me look at my brows when service was done. again quickly back on her phone. very aggressive with her hands when switching sides of my brows when she was waxing, tweezing, and when putting oil or aloe when she was done. usually they ask me which one or if i want any at all. will not be returning. read more

We had a work event here and had 6 ladies. Made an appointment and they were ready for us when we arrived. It did take just a bit for all of us to get worked on, however, we all sat together and got to chat with feet soaking and massage chairs working. The pedicure itself was AMAZING. We did the $69 one and it included aloe, lemon, brown sugar, honey and the massage was 20 minutes! I think the one person who got a manicure could have been a better experience. I thought manicures involved a hand massage (which she didn't get), but, I haven't done one before... so I am unsure. Everyone was really happy with their nails and we had a great time. read more

According to their menu, even the $25 Deluxe Manicure includes a 4-minute hand massage. I was charged $50 for the base manicure (Royal Manicure) and opted to add dip gel, bringing my total to $80 plus tip. Despite this, I received only a cuticle service and dip gel, no hand massage and no collagen gloves. When I checked in, I was clear about what I was looking for and asked about pricing in person. That's why I was surprised when none of the listed services were included. When I asked about it at the end of my appointment, I was told I had received "special pricing," which felt misleading and dismissive, especially since this was never explained upfront. This review has nothing to do with the quality of the nail work, I truly love how the technicians do my nails. However, the lack of transparency, explanation, and professionalism at the front desk left me feeling undervalued and disappointed. As a result, they have lost me as a loyal and valuable customer. I would also advise others to carefully review what services are actually included and to ask very specific questions before agreeing to any pricing. Clear communication and integrity matter, and unfortunately, this experience changed my overall impression of the salon.

Very well maintained place & the staff was amazing. Upon arriving we were asked do you want anyone specific but since it was our first time here we just went with their recommendation ( I already informed them about our needs) . They assigned Tara & Chen it was a great choice. They also asked our beverage choice upon seating. We selected Delicate Pedicure package for us. I thought the prices are very reasonable compared to other salons. We both were very happy with Tara & Chen they were very caring & friendly. Since my husband is very sensitive Tara was extra careful & regularly checked on him & even checked with me if I am satisfied with her work. Chen was very professional regularly checked on me with every step. They both had good experiences of handling various clients it shows in the manner of their working style. Very easy to communicate with both which we really liked. Overall wonderful experience & satisfied with their service. Will definitely come back for our future needs.
