I've never had someone put so much care into my nails. I went in unsure if what I wanted was going to be executed as well as I was hoping, and I was blown away. I payed $55 bucks for a French pedicure. I didn't notice at the salon he horrible of a Job this woman did. I was at Nordstroms trying on shoes when I noticed not only do I have dead skin all over my toes. But on my left foot she painted over the white tip with pink coating. My heal looks like it wasn't even touched with dry broken skin. HORRIBLE quality. Definitely NOT worth $55 dollars. read more

This is still my go-to salon but most of my issues lie with their process of making appointments. I have had issues on multiple occasions - and to be honest they should take down their online booking system because it's never actually followed. One time I called and made in appointment well in advance only to find out my nail tech was double booked and the other client showed up RIGHT before me . Another time, I booked with a tech and was given another newer tech who did a subpar job, and most recently, I made an appointment online for after new years that was not only confirmed but that I received a reminder for a day prior only to find out they were closed to celebrate new years . Because of this, I had to seek out a different salon. I will continue coming here but this is a major inconvenience and their management needs to do better . read more

I've tried different nail salons in the area but always come back here. Just had the nicest manicurist do a polish change for me. It gets busy in the evenings so I try to come in the mornings. Most of the young folks are college students and aim to please. I tip well since they are working hard to pay for tuition. They have gel X now so I'll try that for an upcoming Christmas party. Tried this place for the first time. I got dip nails for my hands and regular pedicure for the feet. They really took the time to nicely do my nails and feet. They have a huge range of color options. i just moved in this area last September so first time ever here. Went for eyebrow wax. lady was on her phone when coming into the room, no hello when entering. picked up a mirror to look at herself after letting me look at my brows when service was done. again quickly back on her phone. very aggressive with her hands when switching sides of my brows when she was waxing, tweezing, and when putting oil or aloe when she was done. usually they ask me which one or if i want any at all. will not be returning. read more

We had a work event here and had 6 ladies. Made an appointment and they were ready for us when we arrived. It did take just a bit for all of us to get worked on, however, we all sat together and got to chat with feet soaking and massage chairs working. The pedicure itself was AMAZING. We did the $69 one and it included aloe, lemon, brown sugar, honey and the massage was 20 minutes! I think the one person who got a manicure could have been a better experience. I thought manicures involved a hand massage (which she didn't get), but, I haven't done one before... so I am unsure. Everyone was really happy with their nails and we had a great time. read more

First time coming to this location. I had a manicure and a remnants of what was supposed to be a pedicure. - Pedicure: The main issue came with the pedicure. I have calluses and the tech (I believe her name was *Mimi) did not remove any callus at all. I gently explained I get pedis really often and I can tell the callus scrape was too dull and the removal was the main reason I'm here. She said it was not dull and something about applying Vaseline.... I have No idea what she was talking about. I have gone to countless salons and have NEVER HAD AN ISSUE receiving the callus treatment I paid for. I asked her if I could leave, no massage no anything she did polish only. If callus removal was subpar I am sure the rest of the service would be a waste of time and oil to cover her lack of callus removal. I notified management as I left. I mentioned I did not want to get her in trouble and he responded "no one is in trouble, no one is babysat here" and proceeded to charge me what I am estimating is half price for the "pedicure" + full for the manicure. - Manicure: Initially the tech doing my manicure kept commenting on how I bite my nails, how's it a bad habit etc. After the 3rd time you commented, Thank you ma'am I didn't realize my lifelong issue would be magically fixed by your repeated comments. Paid because the manicure was done regardless. -Overall: I really despised this experience as a busy mom I never really get time to have a moment and this was a complete waste of time and energy. IMAGE ATTACHED: how she left the bottom of my feet with her dull callus scraper. This was after she used it and the purple pumice stone. My entire bottom of my foot look likes this. That completely changed the way I view this business. Offering an additional service with a clearly stated price is one thing. Privately discussing how much more you think you can get someone to spend because of their profession or perceived wealth, while assuming your customers cannot understand you, is something entirely different. After hearing these conversations myself, I no longer trust their billing or upselling practices. If you choose to go here, I would pay very close attention to exactly what you agree to and what you are ultimately charged.

I will say it is pretty pricey, even more so since they went up on their prices, but it's cheaper than some other places that do Russian Manicures. Ellie always does great work and perfects the shapes I'm looking for so at least it's worth it. She is very precise and very sweet as well. Each appointment takes an hour+. The salon itself is extremely clean and the ladies at the front desk are always so nice! I book online, appointments always seem to be booked out a few weeks so be sure to schedule early! They do offer sodas or water but another plus is the salon is right next door to Summer Moon which has amazing coffee if that's your thing! When I pointed out that there was white polish left around my nails, he told me it was my skin. However, I had just gotten white tips, so it was clearly polish, not my skin. I ended up having to go back to have it fixed. He did apologize, and I appreciate the apology, but the experience was still very disappointing. When you're providing a service, especially one people are paying for, you should give your client your full attention and take pride in your work. If you're unhappy doing the job, it may be time to consider doing something else.

There was a very kind doctor who was also a regular customer, and I repeatedly overheard staff specifically discussing the fact that she was a doctor and using that as a reason to upsell and charge her more. They would encourage more alcohol, extend her massage, add hot stones or other extras, and then increase her bill. From the conversations I personally overheard, it was clear they viewed the fact that she was a doctor...and therefore assumed she had money..as an opportunity to get more out of her. That completely changed the way I view this business. Offering an additional service with a clearly stated price is one thing. Privately discussing how much more you think you can get someone to spend because of their profession or perceived wealth, while assuming your customers cannot understand you, is something entirely different. After hearing these conversations myself, I no longer trust their billing or upselling practices. If you choose to go here, I would pay very close attention to exactly what you agree to and what you are ultimately charged.
