Terrible customer service. We have always gone here in the past, both myself and my girls. I also recommended to others. Never again after how I was treated today. My daughter had a piano lesson and needed a dip removal. We didn't have time for anything else today. I went in and asked if they could do it as I have had them do this in the past. They would charge me $10 and I would leave a generous tip. Today she asked if I wanted anything else with the removal. I said not today and she told me fine then it's $20. When I said no thank you she literally waved me out the door. I went down the street and received excellent service from another nail salon. Guess that is where I will be going from now on. Giving 2 star because I was a walk in. The manager speaks barley any english. My nails.3 of them were lose after 1 week. I called.once I got back totown. 9 days after my first visit. I started going to this shop the week they opened. I am allergic to many products. They had a solution to my problem. I now have beautiful nails with no pressure for additional services. The staff is friendly and you feel like family from the time you walk in the door, The shop is beautiful and extremely clean with music playing and first rate equipment. I'll be honest, my first trip there was amazing. The last trip not so much. The lady working on my nails was so distracted by everyone else she didn't make sure my gel polish was dry even so when I washed my hands it was coming off. She totally forgot the top coat prior to that too. She filed it down a bit and repainted but unfortunately they just look terrible. They're lumpy, crooked, and two days later the polish is coming off and I look like I got em done over a week ago due to gaps.she literally was up and down non stop and looking at everyone else but my hand while she was doing them. I think she may have been the owner the way she was so worried about everyone else. Unfortunately my husband tipped $40 because I hadn't said anything to him. I won't be back. read more

I visited Eternity Nail bar for the first time a couple of days ago in hopes they could redo my nails for an upcoming event after a terrible nail experience done at another salon (Magnolia). Jamie, the nail tech, took his time, and did a fantastic job. He even gave a recommendation to jazz them up a bit adding a small hint of glitter, which to be honest, I was nervous about. This rating is just on my personal experience. I understand this place is somewhat new and probably is still working the kinks out. My friend and I popped in Friday around 2:30/3 ish.... I realize now I should've picked a slower day to come for the first time. We were quickly greeted; it looked busy, we asked if there was a wait. They said about 10 min. Which was fine. They sat us about 5 min later. Both of us were getting mani and pedis. I'm super basic; I don't do anything fancy. I asked for the basic pedicure no polish and a basic manicure with polish. We sat for a minute; the gentleman working the front came by with a drink menu and offered us beverages. I loved the picture menu they had for it; we both got mojitos. It was a tasty pre made mix. Minutes after we sat a family of 4 was sat and they're water basins were being filled. Ours still hadn't. And then when the lady realized ours hadn't and we had been sitting there she came by to turn it on. The water was super hot; one of the techs had to tell her to come cool it because she just walked off after turning on the water. Looking around they were understaffed with tech vs the amount of customers waiting. We finally had our techs come... mine came first; it was a lady, she seemed nice, did an ok job. It just all felt so rushed the massage was just light rubbing, nothing relaxing. My friends tech came about 5 min after mine started; and she got a more expensive pedicure.... But her tech went way faster than my tech. She wasn't very happy about that because she was paying more for more time. She asked for him not to use the stones (because she doesn't like them); but he kind of talked over her and used them anyways. My lady did a nice job on my feet... but it just all felt rushed because of how busy it was. My manicure was nice; but the polish job wasn't anything special; but it may have been the polish. I chose a vegan brand they had and well it dried all layered. I should've stuck to OPI. My friend changed her dio fill to a basic manicure just because of time constraints; she honestly wasn't happy with her service at all; mine wasn't bad but it wasn't great either. I'm going to say this again; they had too many customers and not enough techs and I just feel they were rushing to finish to get to the next person. I overheard one tech tell his customer he was so sorry for the wait and that it was confusing for him because they'd tell him to go to this person and it was the wrong person. Again... they're fairly new.... So maybe their system isn't running smoothly yet. The place is very clean very nice.... If I do come back it'll be a few months just so they can work the kinks out. read more

I always come here, they are so welcoming especially the owner. But for the past 2 times I've gone, I've notice the owner has her favorites and she treats them better than her regulars. And as well as very discriminating. I have an incident where I was the first to arrive. And as always I thought "first come, first serve" well wrong it's more like "my favorites get the best treatment" I sat down waiting to do my pedi and 4 ladies come in and they got attend right away and I got attend 20 minutes after even though I was the first to arrive. She offered the 4 ladies drinks, if they are okay, if they need anything, but not me. And I was thinking to myself maybe it's because I'm new here but I've been coming here for the past 4 months. It is mothers day so I went for a mani/pedi to relax. Pedicure was amazing as always. Tiger is AMAZING! This post is NOT A REFLECTION OF HIM OR HIS WORK. For my manicure I always go with the same person (Vincent) he does an amazing job! But this time I decided to venture out because he was busy. I should have just waited. I went with a female today & It was the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The shape was HORRIBLE. It was crooked & super skinny. I asked for almond shape. NOT WHAT I GOT. I asked if It could be fixed and the answer was no you paid for fill in and not a full set. Then why mess up my actual nail shape? Then I asked how this could be fixed and the response was "you would have to cut your natural nails, put a fake tip on and then they would have to retry". Which of course costs more, even though the mistake wasn't mine! They are always in a rush. Always up charging. My thought has always been, charge all you want IF YOU ARE DOING A GOOD JOB. I have always paid, with zero complaint. I have been here multiple times and even despite my satisfaction and the fact that my nails are destroyed I still had to pay full price lol. I got home, and now have to redo my nails. Safe to say this wasn't the relaxing outing I was hoping for. Moral of the story, if you have a regular person you go with- STICK WITH THEM. & if a manicurist doesn't know how to do a particular shape- please be honest. read more

I usually don't write reviews, but today was my nerves were tested by the owner. I have been getting my nails done there since March 2023. My nail person has always been Vincent!! He does a wonderful job. When, I started getting my nails done, I was quoted $60.00. The next time I came in the owner said the price changed to $80.00!! I was frustrated and express that to Vincent. He explained it was the owner. I decided to pay the $80.00 because I don't like changing nail salons if I am satisfied!! Today, March 12th I was getting my nails done by Vincent and the owner approached me and told me the next time I come in my nails would be $100.00!! I politely said to her, thank you for your services!! There will not be a next time!! I can get my nails done all day any day for $60. Why would I pay $100???? I agree with one of the other customers, I believe it could be a race thing!! I have observed she does treat customers differently!! Have a great day!! You have just lost a loyal customer!! I've been going to a different nail salon, but passed by on Hwy 121 & noticed Eternity Nail Bar for the first time a few days ago. It's closer to my home, so I called and scheduled an appointment for a mani-pedi. I arrived a few minutes prior to my appointment; chose my services from their menu, & then selected my polish & "dip" Nexgen colors from their large selection. Upon making my selections, I was directed to the massaging/pedicure chair where Tiger was waiting for me. Tiger was wonderful and he gave me a great pedicure. Christina did my manicure with Nexgen color and she made my nails look SO pretty; she shaped my nails just as I had requested. I definitely recommend Tiger, Christina, & Eternity Nail Bar.
