I'm very particular about my nails, and she exceeded my expectations with her attention to detail, shaping, and overall quality. My Gel-X set turned out exactly the way I wanted. The salon itself is beautiful--very clean, modern, and welcoming--and everyone was friendly and professional. It's such a relief to finally find someone I trust with my nails. It felt completely rushed from the moment I sat down. Another lady had to come glue my nails on while I waited for the actual nail tech to even start. I told her multiple times that my middle finger nail looked huge and nothing was fixed. One of my nails was also crooked, and instead of correcting it, she laughed in my face and started talking to her coworkers while they all laughed too. It honestly made me feel embarrassed and uncomfortable. I paid way too much money to leave unhappy. The nails and toes I asked for look nothing like the inspiration pictures I showed. This is my third time here and honestly every visit has been worse. The first time I came for a kids birthday party and it was great. About 8 kiddos got mani pedis and it was great, fast and made me want to make this my new nail salon. The second time I came solo and got the basic pedicure; the front staff wasn't so friendly and the guy I got was ok. I felt like he really didn't care about giving quality pedicures. The third and more than likely last time was earlier today. I came in with my daughter. She got a polish change, her lady was great. I got an older gentleman; he was nice but with the signature pedicure I was hoping for a really good scrub and massage. It was ok. My services were decent. What really got me was that the young curly haired girl at the front counter was loaded out her mind on some sort of drug. She was on the phone, eyes rolling back, slurring looking like she was gonna pass out booking appointments. She definitely did not need to be working. You could tell she was not right. I just got a bad vibe from her being at work like that. I pray they sent her home. The place is very clean and some of the staff is very nice; it's just not my vibe. Customer service is a big part for me and I just feel it's not up to par here. Maybe I've gotten the wrong techs. read more

We have been anticipating the opening of this nail salon since it is a two minute walk for us. We called today and made a six o clock appointment for two pedicures. We arrived about 20 minutes early to our appointment and they took us right in for our pedicures. Our nail technicians were Talia & Brian and they were absolutely great! They had small talk, offered us drinks from their menu, and laughed with us. The vibe was absolutely phenomenal. We will for sure be going back for our monthly pedicure date! read more

I had an appointment scheduled for 1pm on yesterday and waited 42 minutes before the receptionist approached me to let me know they didn't have anyone that could do my nails however they can still do my toes. I asked them why did it take so long to let me know this and she informed me the owner just told her this and they only have certain people who does certain things. I personally think that you should not over book or take appointments if you know you dnt have the staff to accommodate them. I've been a regular here and generally happy with the service, but I've noticed the salon doesn't always seem to stay up to date with newer nail trends. For example, when I recently asked about "soap nails," the staff hadn't heard of them. It would be great to see the team more in tune with current styles that are trending online--it would really elevate the experience for clients who like to try new looks. my nail tech was very careless. i left the salon with eight out of ten fingers bleeding from how rough she was with her work. when i requested that she be more gentle, she nodded and continued to be rougher than before. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

Went in for a manicure which I haven't had in years. Got a man! Peter. Didn't like the shape of my nails, he didn't spend much time trying to get my nails filed evenly. Told him like rounded nails, not pointy. Asked him to refile both little fingers and still didn't get what I wanted. Polish job was terrible, am thinking about another salon tomorrow for a polish change. I had to come home and refile my nails, which I paid him good money (and tip) which completely destroyed the polish at the tip of the nails. I got a pedicure there a couple of weeks prior and got Kaycey, she was great! Won't be back, looking for another salon. Don't get Peter. read more
