If I could give this nail shop NEGATIVE 15 Stars I would! I never leave reviews but here we go! I got there at 4:00pm and walked out on the service at 7:40pm leaving a $50 bill on the table. I came in to get what was on the last photo. She originally quoted me $130, I told her no and tried to walk out. She said okay okay $85 come back! I should have RAN AWAY when she quoted me $130! But silly me believed the IG Hype and thought they did great and beautiful nails. NO THEY DONT!! Their pics online are lies lol she cut up my cuticles, they all bled. Got acrylic all over my skin and it peeled off after washing my hands and ripped my skin off my fingers the nails SUCK! They have dips, lumps, uneven, some are skinny and slim, some were fully filed all the way crooked, I have HAIR in my thumb nail under the acrylic. Omg gross and it's stuck! the owners husband spilled acetone on me and my baby, she's 18 months old and it got all over her toy and on her skin and he tried to tell me hurry and give him my hand when I was literally cleaning my baby girls hands and arms with wipes. He did all French tip when clearly the design I wanted didn't have all French tip and I was like what are you doing? Then the paint is spotty and doesn't cover my nail. He kept saying I'll fix it, I'll fix it. I was there for 3 1/2 hours. You've tried to fix enough! Nothing is being fixed. Look how your paint job looks. It's terrible, not even and every single nail looks different and it's NOT what I want or what I'm paying for. In the middle of drying one hand a lady came and moved the dryer and it hit all my nails and messed up a hand and they wanted re re re re re do that hand after redoing it a million times and this was when I called it quits. I said that's enough, I wanted to leave and took some money out and paid more than half and they didn't even deserve that $50. But I paid it so they wouldn't chase me out and say anything and I left. This was the worst nail experience of my life. I got my nails done better in Panama at a market off the side of the road with one single nail filing board and they gave me a beautiful design lol this was horrid! I washed my hands like 9 times. I better not get an infection! They had nail books called "Honey Nail Set" I believe that was what the name was but clearly in Fairview with a new name. I bet they filed bankruptcy under that name and got a new one and moved to Fairview. -35 Stars for this business now I have to go get them fixed somewhere else tomorrow and pay more and have this hair removed out of the acrylic. I booked online with Nancy for a French Dip and the price was $50 but when I got there Nancy said it was going to be $60 when I got to the register it was $65. I showed her the online price and she said they needed to change it. She messed up on my nails which took longer to fix, she removed another lady's nails while also doing mine and didn't change tools which is unsanitary and also went and cleaned off pedicure chairs (which included tissue) while doing my nails and was about to touch my hands again. Again, unsanitary. First and last time at this place. I don't see how they have so many good Google reviews it must be the $10 gift card they give you for the review. read more

I really don't even want to leave them 1 star. HENRY is the absolute worst human alive. He literally threatened my 6 year old daughter saying "you better watch out for your daughter". I waited almost an hour to get our services started and by the time they started I no longer had enough time to complete my services. I requested a discount because they didn't do everything included with the pedicure I selected. Henry would not accommodate the price at all. He began yelling at me and telling me my 6 year old daughter (who barley even spoke while we were there because she was so bored waiting so long) was a horrible child and I need to watch out for her. This place is so dirty and understaffed. Even with an appointment, it took almost a full hour to start our services. If I could rate this spa more than 5 stars I would. Around 3-4 years ago, my mother and I had terrible experiences with the old owners so we stayed away from this place. Alittle over a month ago, I gave this spa another chance.. I had the total opposite experience with the new staff as I did with the old owners. The building is clean, beautiful, and does not have an overwhelming smell like most nail spas do. It's all natural lighting and is what it should be; relaxing! You're met with, who I believe is, the manager and she is just so sweet and genuine. She offers you a drink, sits you down, and is interested in what you're wanting to get done. Now, I do have my favorite tech BUT I want to make a huge note that every single nail tech here is great and has their own specialty. They never rush to get through your nails. See something you want fixed on your nail? No problem! They see a little mistake on your nail? They fix it! They provide their own opinion when you ask about details and provide recommendations. They give you 100% of their attention and they all seem to be like a family. 0 judgement, 100% satisfaction. Their pricings are very good and I love my FLAWLESS nails. I stopped in here about a week ago on a Friday and the salon was completely empty. I asked for gel color change and was berated about my nails. The lady asked if I had acrylic and when I said no she looked under my nail and asked what was under my nails. It was my skin!!! As if that wasn't enough a man walked up behind me and grabbed my hand and started examining them. Who lies about their own nails being natural? Even after this I still allowed a different lady to do my nails. HUGE mistake. The gel on my nails was thick in some areas and the top coat wasn't even smooth. How do you mess up the clear top coat?! STAY AWAY!! WORST SERVICE, TERRIBLE QUALITY! I wanted to buy 2 Next-gen sets, and have the length shortened on another set that was brand new. On the new set (the photo with blue nails) he took a Dremel and shortened them unevenly, and just LEFT THEM! When she requested to have them straightened, he said, "You will have to have a new set." Unbelievable! He's only concerned about making more money!! He completely ruined a new set, and wants us to purchase a new set because he ruined it! Then, the other set was crooked, uneven, and was terrible overall. When I showed him the mistakes, he blamed it on the customer for washing her hands! Really?? He TOLD HER TO WASH HER HANDS! NOW, I get to pay another place to pay for the mistakes! The manager, who did the terrible job on shortening the blue nails was rude, and condescending. Appointments aren't honored- I waited over 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment for the tech to show up. I kept getting she is on her way. This happened 3 times- shame on me for the 3 strike rule but now I know. The prices are ridiculous when there are so many other salons that are much nicer and do quality work for less.
