Lana is highly skilled and pays a lot of attention to the structure of the nails. They always look thin, elegant, and natural instead of thick or heavy. I'm always happy with the results and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality nail work!

I came in for acrylic and she took the time to educate me on why Gel X is healthier for my nail than acrylic and since I am big on healthy nails I was sold immediately. I got a Gel X mani and pedi with cat eye design and left feeling like a brand new woman. Elaine was friendly, patient and super detailed (which I love because I am very type A and don't play about my nails lol). She really took her time shaping and prepping. The almond was shaped to perfection and natural looking, which is exactly what I wanted, and the gel polish lasted me 4 weeks and did not chip at all. I've gotten so many compliments (even after 4 weeks of grow out). The pedicure was so relaxing too - she got rid of all the crust off my feet. If you're picky about your nails like me, Elaine is where it is at. I highly recommend her!

I have been here a few times. Nice salon. Very clean…read more But it ends there. My first visit was good. Manicure. My second visit ok. Mani pedi. My pedi was good. Except the owner let a solicitor in to go chair to chair to sell cheap holographic artwork to support a mission group. I was not interested. Annoyed to be interrupted while trying to relax and don't believe she had anything to do with a mission and was trying to earn money for a trip. My mani was not good. Very rough. . Even after I said I am arthritic and to take it easy. Tech was digging at my nails and caused quite a bit of pain that lasted days on my finger tips. But the fool I am I went back. Third time has to be the charm right?! Made an appointment this time. It's my birthday I am treating myself. My daughter in law is with me. Her pedi was good. I opted for mani pedi again. Mani was ok. The tech was attentive. She was kind. My pedi. Well it has left me pissed off. The tech sawed at my heels with that stone. I am now suffering with abrasions and scratches. Did I mention I have arthritis? The tech was trying to lift my legs to heights that are not possible. Add arthritis to the mix. And now I have back pain. Heel pain from the scratches she caused. I told the tech I have arthritis I cannot lift my legs the way she needs. Nor should I. And after 30 years of pedis. Never had this issue. She was annoyed with me because I couldn't move my feet where she needed. Remember. I am getting a mani. There is a pillow on my lap. I can't see my feet. I have never had tech be so frustrated and rude. Insult to injury! I paid for a 10 minute massage. Never got it. The mani tech did my massage that is included in the price of the manicure. The tech doing my pedi did not. I should have spoken up when checking out. But I was so annoyed. My back hurting. My heels hurting. I just wanted to go home. Never again. And warning to others watch the attitudes there. Also watch because the tech doing my pedi was shit talking me! I have a translator on my phone. As we all do. Never ever again! So tired of paying money for attitude and half ass care! Wish I could get my money back for every visit! Terrible service!

I hadn't had my nails done in a long time, so I was really excited for this appointment until the…read moreexperience took a turn. I chose a red French tip. The base was done nicely, but once the French tip was started, it looked uneven and lopsided, with one side noticeably thicker than the other. After two nails on each hand were completed, I politely spoke up and apologized for not saying something sooner. Unfortunately, the nail technician responded in a very hostile manner, telling me, "You should've told me sooner," in a mean and dismissive tone. I understood her point and apologized again, simply asking if the French tips could be made a bit thinner. From that point on, her attitude became increasingly hostile. It was also very obvious that she was talking about me to the nail technician next to her, as they both looked over at me and my nails while speaking. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I no longer felt at ease addressing any further concerns. She continued working on my nails, but her frustration was clearly reflected in the final result. My nails are uneven and not worth the amount I paid. A young woman I believe to be a supervisor came over and spoke to the technician, and it appeared she had already been informed of the situation, as she also looked closely at me and my nails. Due to how I was treated and the uncomfortable environment, I did not feel safe or comfortable speaking up to anyone at the salon. I am very upset not only with how my nails turned out, but also with how I was treated as a customer. I would not recommend this nail salon as a French tip full set is proved to be a complicated request.
