Except the owner let a solicitor in to go chair to chair to sell cheap holographic artwork to support a mission group. I was not interested. Annoyed to be interrupted while trying to relax and don't believe she had anything to do with a mission and was trying to earn money for a trip. My mani was not good. Very rough. . Even after I said I am arthritic and to take it easy. Tech was digging at my nails and caused quite a bit of pain that lasted days on my finger tips. But the fool I am I went back. Third time has to be the charm right?! Made an appointment this time. It's my birthday I am treating myself. My daughter in law is with me. Her pedi was good. I opted for mani pedi again. Mani was ok. The tech was attentive. She was kind. My pedi. Well it has left me pissed off. The tech sawed at my heels with that stone. I am now suffering with abrasions and scratches. Did I mention I have arthritis? The tech was trying to lift my legs to heights that are not possible. Add arthritis to the mix. And now I have back pain. Heel pain from the scratches she caused. I told the tech I have arthritis I cannot lift my legs the way she needs. Nor should I. And after 30 years of pedis. Never had this issue. She was annoyed with me because I couldn't move my feet where she needed. Remember. I am getting a mani. There is a pillow on my lap. I can't see my feet. I have never had tech be so frustrated and rude. Insult to injury! I paid for a 10 minute massage. Never got it. The mani tech did my massage that is included in the price of the manicure. The tech doing my pedi did not. I should have spoken up when checking out. But I was so annoyed. My back hurting. My heels hurting. I just wanted to go home. Never again. And warning to others watch the attitudes there. Also watch because the tech doing my pedi was shit talking me! I have a translator on my phone. As we all do. Never ever again! So tired of paying money for attitude and half ass care! Wish I could get my money back for every visit! Terrible service!

The base was done nicely, but once the French tip was started, it looked uneven and lopsided, with one side noticeably thicker than the other. After two nails on each hand were completed, I politely spoke up and apologized for not saying something sooner. Unfortunately, the nail technician responded in a very hostile manner, telling me, "You should've told me sooner," in a mean and dismissive tone. I understood her point and apologized again, simply asking if the French tips could be made a bit thinner. From that point on, her attitude became increasingly hostile. It was also very obvious that she was talking about me to the nail technician next to her, as they both looked over at me and my nails while speaking. This made me extremely uncomfortable, and I no longer felt at ease addressing any further concerns. She continued working on my nails, but her frustration was clearly reflected in the final result. My nails are uneven and not worth the amount I paid. A young woman I believe to be a supervisor came over and spoke to the technician, and it appeared she had already been informed of the situation, as she also looked closely at me and my nails. Due to how I was treated and the uncomfortable environment, I did not feel safe or comfortable speaking up to anyone at the salon. I am very upset not only with how my nails turned out, but also with how I was treated as a customer. I would not recommend this nail salon as a French tip full set is proved to be a complicated request.

It's difficult to figure out which nail salon you should go to. What's the difference between all of them? Which ones are clean? This one is 100% sanitization for each client, they have each sterilization package seal for each one. Which ones have technicians who are friendly and skilled? They all get trained. I've been going to my closer nail salon for years now, but lately they been nipped off my cuticles so I wanted to try out this new place "NAIL CARE" and I can tell you with confidence that they deliver on all fronts. It's not a super fancy place, but it's nice, clean, comfortable and most importantly: consistent. When I say "super fancy place" I mean something like Polished Lounge, Tiptoes or even the high high end like Highland Park. This Nail Care is definitely not that, but it's on the upper end of your standard nail salon. They have a nice selection of polish, candy, drinks and tons of magazines as well, and the manager(s) are extremely conscientious about the comfort of their customers. She's really care for you and detailing your nails. I am definitely recommended her for you. It's relaxing music and no rushing. read more

I have been there 2 times total so far. First time I was really impressed and pleased for their service. They did a great job, both madi and pedi. I was so happy I found a right place. However, the second time wasn't that satisfied from my point of view. The same girl did my nail but this time I felt she was kinda sloppy on cleaning my nail, rushing the whole time and painting too many coats of the color (one of the finger is up to 4 coats, very hard to dry completely). I messed up a few right after I got in my car ready to leave. Maybe i came in a little late they were rushing to get out the work. (I came in around 6pm they closed at 7PM.) Or I just built up my expectation too high from the first time. Anyhow, I would say I will come back for my third time just maybe a different nail technician. Overall, The price is fair. Their salon is not the fancy kind but do the work. Customer services are really great. FYI, I just think one thing i was worried tho. I didn't see they cleaning or sensitizing their tools during performing the services not even spraying alcohol. I have to ask the owner next time I go. read more

My father and I went in for perhaps the most relaxing mani-pedis we have ever experienced. We were both very impressed with the service. Smelling fresh and free of toxic chemicals, it was also the cleanest nail salon we have ever been to. Instruments were treated with the same care as medical implements; sanitized and sterile repackaging after each use. Upon our arrival they offered us complimentary wine and tea. The music was soothing and appropriate for the setting. All three who worked on us were very attentive and concerned with our comfort. They explained everything they were doing and which products were being used. Often times when visiting nail salons, it is common for the employees to chit chat amongst one another, ignoring the client, but they did not do this. They communicated with us and were very professional. My dad was apprehensive about visiting another salon after a substandard experience last year. We highly recommend this nail salon to anyone wanting a quality experience. read more

I just have to brag about TIA! She is absolutely amazing and confident at what she does! I had the worst ingrown toenail hurting me for about 3 months during this whole quarantine, i had no choice but to see a foot Dr to get it removed! Long story short, half of my toenail was removed. I went though the most excruciating pain went back to this Dr numerous times because i still felt the ingrown there. Finally after TIA reopened i decided to give her a try and see if maybe she can figure out why my toenail was still throbbing. After soaking almost instantly she knew exactly where the ingrown was just by looking at my toe. If i tell you guys where she pulled out that lil piece of nail that had been giving me hell for so long from you would never believe me! I am so grateful for her and she is seriously a foot genius! i recommend her to everyone! read more

Great nail salon! Tia really spends the extra time to make sure you get a perfect manicure. She was careful, took her time, and my nails looked perfect. It's kind of old school here - no sparkle or glam, but it's cozy and relaxing. Instead of sitting on a regular chair, you're almost falling asleep on a recliner. It is that comfortable and relaxing - perfect for a stressful day at work or just having some peace and quiet to yourself. I also love the fact they don't do acrylics so it doesn't have the chemical smell. The salon is clean and maintained very well. I will definitely come back and bring my friends! read more

Because I also had to remove dip and apply extensions, we started half an hour earlier so there would be enough time. Although I texted in English, I was greeted in Mandarin--as a Chinese-American, this made the whole encounter feel like I was being reprimanded in Chinese school or something. Dip removal and extension application was done systematically and skillfully. This design must have been difficult and too frustrating, because I was given excuses--I was told it was winter style and not fitting for a summer wedding. Absolutely shocking since everyone else treats brides nicely. I was also told this was completely out of style and that I should download xiaohongshu for more recent Chinese styles. (My parents worked way too hard to leave China, and I'm definitely not about to download xiaohongshu.) I stated that I don't like recent Chinese styles, and this was the style I wanted for my floral-themed wedding. Only then was I told this design was too difficult and we were running short on time, but I asked them to try their best anyway. Sometimes speaking Mandarin helps to build rapport, but on the other hand, I don't think I would have had such an awkward exchange if we had only spoken in English. Although it was allegedly out of style in China and although it doesn't look like the inspo photo, I like how it turned out. I received many compliments for my wedding as well. I might go back for another special occasion, but next time I might try someone else.

Honey was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable. She took the time to educate me about my nails and explain the different services they offer, which I genuinely appreciated. My technician, Tia, started my appointment right on time. She was quiet but checked in with me to make sure she understood what I wanted. While the service itself wasn't bad, there wasn't anything that stood out. At other salons I've visited, the experience typically ends with small finishing touches--like applying lotion or a brief hand massage--but this service felt very basic. I still tipped Tia 20% because Honey worked me into the schedule during what would have been Tia's break, and I appreciated that accommodation. Unfortunately, once I got home and removed my contacts so I could see my nails more clearly, I noticed several details that became more apparent over the next few days. It appeared the polish wasn't properly sealed, and one nail had missing polish along the side before I ever left the salon. Since my nails were completely dry when I departed, I believe those issues should have been caught before the service was finished. That said, based on my interaction with Honey, I genuinely believe booking with her could result in a different experience. She made a great first impression, and if I were to return, I would specifically request an appointment with her.
