Walked in today for a dip color. Was seen immediately and Moon did my nails. I did my own cuticles before hand so that I would not be charge for a manicure or cuticle trimming. Moon was efficient and thorough. The salon was very nice and they have all their services (including prices) right when you walk in. First time here and the experience was pleasant. I usually go to another salon, but this was closer and I was in a rush to get my nails done. The salon is clean and they sanitize the seats after a customer leaves. I got a manicure and pedicure with extensions and coffin shape and it was around $80-90 which is not bad. They are very up front about extra charges which is nice. I am giving a 3 star review because I kind of got the French tip I had asked for but not really (although I showed a picture). There are also some small imperfections I didn't see until I left but they are very minor. These are mistakes my usual nail place wouldn't make. Also the nail techs didn't know I am Vietnamese and said some stuff that made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that, everything was great. I came in today after looking at the reviews. Liz did my nails and not sure who did my pedicure. Liz didn't dip my whole nails, or file correctly. I feel they were rushed i was in out quick. The lady who did my pedicure barely put any pressure while scrapping or massaging my legs and feet. My nails were $38 and pedicure was $30 not worth it. Scheduled an appointment an hour before and had a wonderful service. Deluxe pedicure with gel by Kim and acrylic full set with gel by Angie. Both ladies were so sweet and did exactly what I pictured. The salon is very clean and had tons of colors to choose from. I stuck with a simple set per usual, but sometimes at other salons even simple doesn't come out right. They NAILed it! **THE PINK AND WHITE NAILS POSTED WERE NOT DONE HERE, ONLY REMOVED** Went in for the 3rd try of this place. I have a nail tech in Garland , she doesn't do soak offs so I was coming here. Every time I would get compliments on the nails UNTIL, they would ask me who did them and when it wasn't one of their techs, seemed offended. I will post the nails I was having removed. (Again, NOT done here!) My pedicure techs were always kind and quiet. But the manicure techs were not. They would make negative comments about removing my nails, in English and Vietnamese, pull my hands around to show (and complain to each other) my nails. It was today that was my final straw. 3 different manicure techs were complaining and quit in the middle of my nails. My nail beds were burnt by the drill, and when I told her she was hurting me, she laughed and said "I know" and continued. They split my nails. When I went to pay, I was quietly upcharged for my nail removal (listed as $10, no mention of extra cost for removal for any reason) nobody told me, asked me if that was okay, nothing. The man at the front, (one of the 3 who complimented then complained about my nails while removing them, before he walked away in the middle) tried to quickly ring me up, and when I asked why it was $15 not $10 as stated, he said my nails "took more work to remove ". If you don't want to remove nails that aren't done by your techs, then state that. Don't attempt to steal from me. They were upset I kept refusing to get my nails done with them even though I was also getting a pedicure. I will never return. It will take months to fix my nail beds. read more

I needed a pedicure so I decided to give this new salon a try. What a strange thing to go in and receive a pedicure from start to finish without a single greeting, eye contact, or a smile. I'm just a number, I guess. I noticed that other customers were offered water or soda. I never was. I went to pick out my color, but the colors were all mixed up. There was no sort of organization at all. It felt overwhelming. Someone came near me and pointed me in the direction of the technician, and walked away--still no eye contact. I had to literally go looking for my technician and ask if she was the one that was supposed to do my pedicure. Water temperature is always a challenge to get just right, but a lukewarm foot soak is not a very pleasant experience. I offered some feedback in terms of the temperature of the water, but she wasn't really interested in what I had to say. Also, there was something poking my foot, so I fished around in there only to find a loose fingernail in the basin. It was underneath the liner, but it was still kind of gross. Then the technician fished it out and threw it right on the floor! Eww! My technician was also rough. I have two spots on my left foot that are pretty tender and red. I didn't enjoy the pedicure at all. It was the strangest service I've ever received--no greeting, no smile, no offer for water, not even a single moment of eye contact! I thought it would be only right to say something to the manager as I was leaving. When I told them that not one person in the entire salon, had ever looked at me in the eye, smiled at me, or offered me a drink the entire time I was there, she said it must've been because I was on my phone!!! So there it is! It must have been MY fault! (For the record, I didn't even look at my phone until about 2/3 of the way through my pedicure. The manager must have just figured that might be a good reason she could give.) I sure wish I had made the extra drive to my favorite salon. I don't plan to ever come back read more

Angie has focused on growing my natural nails and within a few months they grew out long and strong, i never have to get tips unless i choose to! Wish I could give 0 stars. This place USED to be awesome. Not sure if ownership/management changed but it is horrible now. Took a friend and had basic dip powder full sets done- first of all the service was seriously lacking. My friend had to continuously ask the technician to straighten her nails, file right here, buff there, fill this hole, etc. she did not get a chance to relax at all and still ended up unhappy with the result. My technician was better, however less than a week later my pinky nail and ring finger broke off opening my front door. I returned to the nail salon yesterday at 5 (they close at 7) to be informed they can't help me today- too busy. So I left upset. Called back at 6 to ask if I could be there when they open PLEASE I have a wedding to be at today and it's just two nails- nope. Too busy. Can't help. I am so disappointed in the lack of customer service and sadly will not return or recommend to friends or family again. read more
