6/6/26: I've been coming here for several years and always enjoyed my experience. I would always ask for my favorite manicurist and everything went well. A while back the salon sold, and things changed quite a bit. Front of the house seemed a bit disorganized, but as long as I could get my favorite tech I was good. I noticed a dramatic drop off in customers, and most of the faces I knew that had been working there left and went elsewhere. Today I booked online a few hours in advance for a 2:00 pm appointment. I got a not my reservation was being reviewed. Then I got a note my reservation was canceled. No explanation. I texted and asked why and was told they were closing early today and would not be open tomorrow either. No explanation as to why. I said I could come sooner and was only told "I'm sorry". Truth be told I tried to get in last weekend but my tech was not available until Tuesday. I could t come back until today and this is what happened. I actually had a serious problem with a split toenail that had to be dealt with, so I went to the salon my wife uses. As much as I hate leaving Aria, I can already tell this new place is a going concern, lots of customers and techs, great customer service... everything Aria used to be. Hopefully they are going to get things together and come back strong. read more

Don't waste your time with this place. It'll be shut down within months probably. The new owner has changed it up and not for the better. They have terrible customer service and all of their old nail techs are gone. The last couple times my wife has gone in it has taken two hours for a one color dip nail manicure... Sad to see another one go due to poor management. read more

From the gentleman who answered the phone, greeted me and walked me over to my seat to the 2 ladies who assisted me today - this nail bar is amazing! I feel so pampered and these were some of the nicest most caring nail techs I've ever encountered out of any salon. I got a classic pedicure with regular polish and the queen manicure with gel, everything came out to $91 including a removal of some gel polish on my feet. The Queen manicure offers multiple scent options and starts with the gel polish, exfoliating scrub, another scrub with your selected scent, paraffin bagged steam towel treatment, lotion and then a shoulder massage. I selected aloe vera and what was really neat is it appeared to be a real spear of aloe and gel! Quincy was so caring and really made sure everything from my purse being placed on the right side, my hair was clipped up for the massage was ok for me. The classic pedicure promises a cleaning of the nails, scrub on the legs, calf massage, and warm water jet. Sophia was equally excellent and really tended to my comfort. What I appreciated the most is the ladies were caring and attentive but also didn't bug me with small talk or chatty with each other. They were fully focused on their tasks and making sure I was ok! 5 stars for that alone! read more

I've been going here for almost 3 years and it's been great until now... new owner who has club music super loud, tvs are off, the vibe is just not what it used to be. when I told the new owner that the music was too loud and that I come here after work to relax not to be given a headache he had the nerve to smirk at me and tell me this is loud and there's a new manager and I called earlier this morning to make an appointment with my normal people and she couldn't care less and had no idea who was working there today. also told them I won't be back and the new owner told me well that sucks... obviously doesn't care at all ! I'm sad to leave my favorite nail techs behind but I can't handle the headache and disregard to simple things that can simply be fixed. read more

One star goes to the owner for being very friendly and nice. I was in town for work, and I went in for a fill, saw Mindy. She was so aggressive, she filed all of the existing acrylic off and told me it wasn't acrylic, kept asking if I knew what I was talking about. She then proceeded to flood my fingers with excessive amounts of acrylic, before asking if I wanted them shorter. She ruined one nail entirely from overfilling, it's crooked and sharp, and scraped and cut my skin. I asked her to clean up underneath my nails but she was just incapable of it. I am traveling out of the country in one week and my nails are ruined! read more

Went in for a pedicure and walked out with an infected big toe. The nail tech was very rough with my pedicure and cut me up pretty bad. Also burned my foot with a scorching hot towel. I also noticed my nail tech did not use a brand new and sanitized set of tools. My toe is still throbbing and I've been having to put alcohol on it. Would not recommend this place again due to lack of sanitation and causing cuts/burns. read more

I love the decor in the location, most of the staff were masked and they were all very kind and helpful. I called before stopping in to make sure they had time for my services. I would not recommend this establishment. I walked in and asked for a fill the host at the front said it was fine. I asked to use the restroom and he said we do not have any public restrooms. I said so your customers aren't allowed to use your restrooms. He then acted like he did not hear me ask for a fill and that I only asked for a restroom . The lady next to him stated she heard me ask for a fill, then he proceeded to say he didn't have time for a fill his staff could only do dip powder. I felt his response to me was out of anger and just wanted to deny me a service because out of retaliation for his lack of professionalism. To blatantly lie to a customer was disappointing. I quickly left the establishment without making a scene but felt disrespected and I hope this is not how they treat all African American consumers. read more

This isn't my usual spot but it's been hard getting an appt at my teg go-to salon. This place is pretty close and i was in need of a pedicure so decided to check it out. Clean, friendly, reasonable prices and easy to get an appointment. Tech was thorough and made the experience relaxing. They offer frozen margs, water, wine, etc with service, TV's are on house hunters all day, not mad at that. It's a great spot for a quick yet relaxing visit. read more

The staff here are nice, but I came for a wax and they ripped off my skin! My face started burning when I was walking home after my appointment, and when I got home I realized that there were huge red marks on my upper lip! I was shocked that the water didn't say anything to me. Especially considering that there are red marks on both sides, so she did one side, saw the mark, and did the other side. I'm not on accutane or retinol either, so I have no clue why it happened. I'm sure this place is great for nails, but avoid getting waxed here. read more

Actually won a gift card here and so decided to check them out for a much needed pedicure. I called and set up an appointment and despite that had to wait almost 30 minutes for them to get started on my feet. While I waited I checked out the spa--well decorated with a few big screen TVs and a red color theme. The manager was nice and got me situated, but with them running late despite not having a lot of customers already got the appointment off to a not so good start. Lynn did my nails and was nice and let me relax until she cut too deep into one of my cuticles on my big toe on my right foot. There was a lot of blood and she did her best to try to contain it, but I just kept bleeding. Finally the bleeding did stop, but the pain did not. This happened on Friday night and it is Tuesday and it is still hurting. My feet did look and feel good afterwards and Lynn took care of them on that aspect. But, the toenail polish was not the best. I waited about 15 minutes for my toes to dry and the paint still smeared. I had to take off a couple or stars for having to wait 30 minutes and for my toenail being cut too deep. I don't think despite how soft my feet feel that I would return. read more

My first time walking and thought omg this place is huge and it's nicely designed. I was immediately greeted and after selecting services Soo & Jai worked on my mani/pedi. I looked up and saw a full bar to my pleasant surprise so they offered me a drink from their cute little menus. It was 10:30 in the morning so I opted for a mimosa. I happened to spot this place on my way to lunch one day and decided to stop in this weekend for a mani/pedi. Relatively new spot - at This point they have been open for just about a month and they are offering 30% off all services ( prob will end soon). Nice, clean interior - comfy spa massage chairs in the pedi area. Variety of services available - I opted for the Queen Pedicure with Aloe (there are about 7 other scents available) and a Dip manicure. Service was prompt and my technicians Evan and Jimmy were Very accommodating as I snapped my "Yelp pics lol The length of the service for each was actually pretty quick! My manicure was a basic Dip process - Evan shaped my nails exactly as I liked, service was quick and nails looked fab! My pedi was a little more in depth - with the aloe scrub, fresh aloe moisturizer, some hot towels, paraffin wax, massage, more hot towels. Towels and wax do get PRETTY HOT but they do ask if you are ok with the temp before just slapping it on! Needless to say, my feet/lower legs were in bliss after it was all over! They do have a little "bar" area that offers some frozen yummies, wine, soda, water etc. And the manager (owner?) Walked around to ensure I was having a good experience and to refill my glass. JUST NO. Sketchy. Not transparent on pricing and overall terrible customer service. I really wanted to like this place because of the positive reviews... I should have listened to the reviews warning me! I made a reservation at 4pm (they close at 5:30 on Sundays). For my nails I got a French dip powder with tips plus designs on 4 total fingernails. The nail tech, her name was Thai, worked fast because at this point the nail salon was closing soon (I think it was about 4:40 when she started on my nails). The French tips were messed up when she finished so she said let me fix it real quick and just went over the tips with gel polish. No worries. When she was done it was about 6pm at this point and it was only her, me, and one other employee. The other employee checked me out and when I saw the total I was shocked, it was definitely more than I was expecting so I clicked back on the iPad to details and she kinda made a sound like "ahh no" and told me to just put my card in. Y'all, they charge for EVERYTHING. They charged me to shape my nails (which, whatever) but then they also charged me $30 to draw these 4 little flowers (see pic below). I asked her, $30 for 4 little flowers? Seems extreme considering I've been getting my nails done for over a decade and have never seen anything over $10 (I get some crazy designs). She explained that the gel tips were included in that. So I have to pay for the tech messing up and fixing it?! I contacted the owner and he said the $30 wasn't the "fix"included, it was literally $30 for them to take 5 minutes and draw these 4 little flowers. the salon is really new, so all of the equipment is new and state of the art; but I've found the quality of the work to be pretty hit or miss thus far. the male manager that's often there when I go in the daytime is very friendly and polite. I always request jimmy for my pedicures because he was recommended to me, and he is thorough when it comes to the nail care. I've had Amy do my nexgen once and it lasted three weeks with no issue, but my friend got the same service at the same time with another tech and the nexgen polish popped off of two of her nails within the first two weeks. today we decided to take a break from the nexgen and get traditional manicures, and Jenny's paint job for me is so sloppy. my phone camera doesn't pick up all of the errors, but I am pretty disappointed because a solid color paint job should be one of the easiest things to do at a salon. EDIT- I went back the next day and expressed my concerns and disappointment, and Amy repainted my nails a different color for me (I think the red I initially picked could have used a few drops of thinner in it). she was quick and thorough, and it was much better. the manager even called me to apologize and offered a gift card for the mishap. I really appreciate that level of customer service. mistakes happen but I'll definitely patron a business that rectifies them. read more

It was my first time here and Anna did my nails. Very nice and clean facilities, friendly staff. They look pretty good, some are a bit misshapen. However, my fingers were in pain from cuts and 1 burn :( I had cuts on 3 fingers, and had to apply medicine and bandaids when I got home. Wonderful place, very clean and cute but if you have standards for your nails and don't just get a basic one color set I do not recommend this place. I showed them a picture of what I wanted and this is what I got. You can completely see my real nails through the base which I didn't even know was possible..I am not one to complain but this is not what I asked for at all. Nails are uneven and my eyebrow are even more crooked. She took off way to much of my eyebrow. I asked for a clean up. That was it. The left side is literally leaning because she took off so much hair. The front desk said "sorry about that". At least I didn't have to pay for it. But now I have to fill it in. Ok. This was my second time going in the nail salon and I decided to take my daughter because I did have a pleasant experience for my first visit being new to this area. The nail tech Sammie did a horrible job on her pedicure did not remove the dry/dead skin from around her feet. I noticed it and I was like no this is not good. We have been getting pedicures for years and I came back with my daughter for her first impression to be awful. I brought it to the manager attention and was told it's dry skin that required lotion. I told him I never had any pedicure to look this bad. The purpose of a pedicure to remove dead/dry skin. Not go home and apply lotion. It's okay. We will not be back. My money doesn't matter here.
