I'm trying to understand why do nail techs get so angry when you tell them you're not happy with the results? I understand feeling frustrated or disappointed with the time spent, but getting aggressive and disrespectful with customers crosses the line of safety & professionalism. It's already hard enough as a customer to communicate that you're not happy with the results, but when I'm being mistreated and told you're not allowed to come back because you're being "too picky", speaking to me with a rude & disrespectful tone as if I was being disrespectful to them, that is completely harmful, & when the manager & nail tech are tag teaming with each other against me, it makes me feel unsafe. I was excited to make this my nail shop, but after my experience with Angel, Vivian, & the manager, I do not recommend this place at all. read more

It pains me to give them 2 stars because I love this place but after my visit today I just have to. I'm not UPSET with what I got, it just is NOT what I asked for. I wanted an almond shape nail with a blue DIP base and a silver/white chrome on top. I explained the color vibe I was going for and then literally showed 2 people a picture of what I wanted. I get in the chair and all is going great once he cuts the tips he asks what shapes I wanted and I said almond, and he looked at me like I was insane (I guess they were "too short" to look good almond) so I just said okay whatever coffin is fine. And then he starts putting acrylic on my nails.... Which is not what I asked for.... Twice. Social anxiety is real and I am not the type of person to speak up, I'll suck it up and deal with it and then never go back to a place. But okay, acrylic, fine whatever. Then we get to the chrome and when I told him white or silver and showed a picture with white or silver chrome this man starts putting a PINK chrome on my nails. and now instead of having cute winter nails I look like I need to be at a gender reveal. read more

I really wanted to love this place. It has good reviews and is so close to home for me. However the people were so rude and argumentative. They argued absolutely everything I asked for the entire time, I've never had this experience at a salon where I was told what I should want by them instead of listened to. I asked for a nude or peach dipping powder, not pink at all. I chose a nude color from their samples and as the man was applying it I noticed it looked totally different than what I'd chosen so I asked him if he could do a shade that's less pink, and he said "No this one is not pink, this one is good". And for the shape I asked for narrow like coffin or almond except a little more rounded. He shaped them super square and stubby so I asked if he could make them more narrow, and he said "No these are not wide, this good. You're having a baby so you don't need coffin shape". I asked if they could just leave my nails without polish(thinking I could just go to another salon that would do the color I want) but they said they would still charge me full price even if I did that:0 I finally just got tired of arguing with them, so I left with square pink nails and the toes are pretty messy:( read more

Came here because due to Covid, Azura nail spa in Murphy is closed Wednesday and Thursday's and I was desperate as I was long over due to get my nails done. I sit and a man get started on my nails... first red flag: he asks me if I want to keep the tips I have on my nails now... mind you my nails are 3 weeks old and 2 of them have already came off and the rest are lifting. So I say no I want new tips and he said 'you want new everything?' Duhh! So he's removing my nexgen and DOESNT use acetone and aluminum foil to soak them off, instead he grabs a random plastic tip and wedges it between my nail and the nexgen. I think to myself, maybe that's just how they do it here BUT THEN, two ladies who were also there getting their nails done had their previous nails soaked off with acetone. At this point I'm already unimpressed and he's going so fast like he doesn't care so I just want to leave ASAP. I pick a white nexgen color and I'm closely watching as he only dips each finger in the powder twice before he tries to move on to smoothing them out. And they're see through!! I ask him can he do an additional dip layer because they're see through he tells me they will be thick. I told him everywhere else I've been does 3 coats of color. So he had a bad attitude and reopens the powder and does another layer then he looks at me AND SHAKES HIS HEAD. Honestly they ended up looking okay so I just paid and left but I won't be coming back and I'll just plan better so I can return to Azura Nail Spa (which is just 2 minutes away from this place so I would suggest you go there instead) read more

I went for a classic manicure/pedicure. This was the absolute worst one I have ever had. The girl cut my great toe so bad it would not stop bleeding. It was so bad the owner had to take over . My toe nails are filed crooked and my polish is a disaster. This was an hour and a half of hell. To top it off I was charged full price BUT the owner was nice enough to give me a $5 off coupon for my next visit??!!! Lol read more

Customer service here has declined tremendously. I went a couple of times when they first opened and like many new businesses whine trying to build business they had pretty decent customer service. I didn't go regularly because they didn't do nails as great but were close enough to take care of my pedi needs. Now that they seem to have more business the customer service is declining rapidly. The young niece who works there is rude and always has an attitude. The older ladies set appointments and don't put them in the appointment book so when you get there they tell you they can't get you with your requested mail tech. They don't know how to work their systems so don't try to pay with a gift card. The list of complaints go on. Keep in mind each visit I'm getting the most expensive pedicure and paying no less than $160 so yes I expect good customer service. I have had issues my last few visits so will not be going back. I'll try one of the 6 mail shops within one mile radius before I deal with that type of customer service. read more

Tried to support this new neighborhood Business to help out , made an Appointment , was set on a station with the Nail Color Chart and waited for 20 Minutes with no one checking on me or explaining why I had to wait so long , was not offered a drink while waiting or any magazines to look at . When I finally left my husband was called by them saying that I left very upset . All I did was get up and leave , thats all ! Will never return there again .
