    Quinn delivered on my nails!

I have been coming here for a while, but new management is definitely noticeable. The service I received was exceptional. Everyone was friendly and inviting. Quinn was AMAZING! She communicated with me about what I wanted and she delivered! I have an injured nail and you couldn't tell when Quinn was finished!

My pedicure was fantastic. It was very clean and had good service! There are 28 pedicures spots and a lot of manicure spots.

First time here, and left happy. Got the organic mani pedi with gel on my hands. The treatments were nearly perfect, my only criticism is after my polish was on the person doing my hands asked if I wanted the treatment that was written on my paper. Yes, I did. So I believe I got all the elements of that service but I'm wondering if any substances used before they asked were not the ones that should have been used for the organic. That is why I rated 4 stars instead of 5. The supplies for the pedi came out arranged very artfully on a tray. Nice touch. The atmosphere is nice, people are pleasant. Salon decorated nicely. I liked that they took off my old gel polish while I was having my pedi, rather than leaving my hands wrapped in foil covered cotton soaked in acetone for the duration. I was offered a drink, selected wine as you can see in the photo. When I finished I was offered another which I thought was very nice, most places I go offer a soft drink or water after the wine. I did only have one though. They also have mixed drinks on the menu. I may try one of those next time.

I usually never leave reviews but this is the second time I've had nails mess up within 24 hours from this place. I went in Thursday morning and the girl told me to do a fill with gel on top. The first time I've had nails from there I went back and got one fixed but the next day two more broke so I won't be going back to get these fixed or going back in general. Definitely not worth the $60 I spent on them. The pedicures were amazing I will say just the nails on my hands always break from here

Lumpy nail polish. Was charged for gel but this is what I got. Never again will I waste money here!

I seriously have to stop coming here. This place is very hit or miss. Last summer, I would get young nail techs who were very good! But every time I've gone since I've had issues. The pictures taken of my toes are after I went here. My finger nails are oddly shaped and aren't even in length. I asked for gel on my toes, unless there's new polish that doesn't require a UV light, then that's not what I received. I spent $98 to just be disappointed.

    Gel manicure.

Very disappointed! I've been coming here ever since I moved to Forney. I asked for a gel manicure and it was not properly cured so now it's peeling off. It just felt rushed.

Nail Artist, so willing to copy what I find on TikTok! Alex did an amazing job and I can't wait to show them off! Very relaxing, I always enjoy my time here. Don't hide my credit card, honey.... Please!

I gave them another chance. Customer service was better today from a year ago, but I should've went somewhere else. $50+ $10.... And my pinky on my left foot isn't painted.

Bad filing and pinky nail completely filed too much on one side.

I went in for a nice relaxing me time. One of the things I hate that salons are doing is mani and pedis at the same time. This practice should be optional if the customer is in a rush. I got there and fill out my paper of what I want. I'm immediately taken to a pedicure chair and she quickly turns on the water to get me soaking. I sit down and put my feet in COLD water and I just let it go because I'll just tell them to fix the temp when she comes back. I try to get comfortable but notice the back of the chair is super reclined so I try to use the remote to adjust and it's not working. I notice that the entire back of the chair is broken. So I sit there soaking and sitting up waiting. When she gets back to me she puts in some like warm water and I tell her the chair is broken. She just smiles at me and doesn't understand. So I wait for someone else while my pedi is well underway. When I was able to catch someone in charge she just tells me it's fine and puts a pillow behind me to keep me from leaning back so much. Then the lady who is doing my nails comes and tells me to soak my fingers in extremely hot acetone. I'm trying to soak and she asked if I picked a color and I hadn't been given my samples to choose from. She comes with ONE book of colors and I didn't see any that I liked. So she just stands there until I choose from one of these colors. I just choose the darkest one that looks ok. Looked like a pearlish black. When she comes back with the color and does one spot on the nail I can see it's very brown. So I speak up before she starts doing all the fingers. She very annoyed that I do not like the color but instead of being me the color samples she asks what I want. So I just say black or glittery black. She comes back and files off the swatches of the brown color and does my nails. After a being twisted in my chair for her to do my nails and can't even enjoy the pedicure. She rushed through the nails and while the pedicure is wrapping up I examine my nails. The file job was terrible. But my biggest concern was my pinky nails was overly filed on one side and not the other so it made it look like it was curved to the right on my right hand. When I ask if she can try to straighten it out she tells me no my fingers are just curved that way. *extreme eye roll* Never thought they actually said that. Just in bad salon jokes. I say it wasn't crooked when I first came in. She took a small emery board they use for the pedi cure to fix the hardened dip on my nail and it's obviously not work. She couldn't even be bothered to get the right nail file. Then the same woman who propped me up with a pillow tells me the same thing that my nails are just crooked. Whether my fingers have a curve to them or not the mail should still be straight with the finger. I just told her it's fine and I'll like to pay now. She offered nothing off from the horrible nail job or broken chair. Which was not busy. They have about 20 pedicure chairs and about 8 of them were in used. I paid about $80 for both services. Then on my way home I noticed bigger problems. The nails were LUMPY! I had to go to another salon to get them redone all over again the same day. Another $45! But she did an amazing job. She had a hard time fixing the bad file job but got them to look decent again.

Worst mail experience ever . The girl who did my pedi was great. The guy who rushed through my nails didn't shape them or anything left them uneven didn't say a word when he was done . So un happy with this place

When we arrived,…read moreI signed in on the tablet and specifically selected/signaled that we were there for a children's pedicure service. Unfortunately, the experience quickly became uncomfortable when the manager, Holly, told me that my daughter "wasn't a kid" because she was too tall. She then stated that kid pedicures were only for children 9 and under, which seemed like a completely random rule considering it was posted nowhere on the service menu, booking system, or anywhere in the salon that customers could clearly see beforehand. I also want to clarify that at no point did I scream at anyone. I firmly and respectfully asked her to show me where the alleged 9-year-old cutoff for kid services was posted, and she was unable to provide that information because it was not displayed anywhere. Additionally, despite mentioning it later in her response online, she never informed me in person about any student discount being available. My daughter is still very much a child, and the entire interaction felt unnecessary, dismissive, and honestly embarrassing in front of her. As a parent, I expect businesses to show kindness and professionalism, especially when interacting with children. Height does not determine whether someone is a child, and if there are age restrictions for services, they should be clearly communicated and displayed for customers ahead of time. While the salon itself may be nice, the customer service and approach we experienced left a negative impression. I hope this feedback encourages more professionalism, accountability, and clearer communication moving forward.

Horrible nails and service…read more While a majority of the staff was very kind, the tech who did my nails was incredibly rude. I requested corrections to the nail shape and bulkiness multiple times and was met with an eye roll and told it would be fixed later every time. When I asked for a specific nail's shape to be corrected I was flat out told no, but when I asked again the shape was half heartedly corrected while the tech told me it was my fault and that all the nails were even. (They were not.) The nail shape still did not match the corresponding nail on the other hand. The nail tech also used a curved nail tip, which if you didn't know makes the nail look like it's pointing up if you get almond since the tip of your nail will be right at the apex of the curve. I will not be returning.

The month prior I noticed that the cashier overcharged me for my services compared to the establishment's menu that they provide to their customers, but I thought it might have been a slip of the finger. I returned the next month and the gentleman seated me and handed me their establishment menu. I order my services. One of the ladies immediately walked up to me and said " gel twenty dollar". I looked at the menu and thought she had to be talking about my fingers and my toes because the menu clearly states $10 for gel polish. When I cashed out the gentleman brought me my receipt and I noticed that he charged me $28 dollars for a basic manicure and $20 dollars for gel which made my pedicure $48. I questioned him about the amount, but somehow they didn't understand what I was saying. Yeah, right. Why would I pay $20 for some gel polish that I could get for $10 on Amazon.
