I visited this business twice for a facial and was disappointed both times. The esthetician was abrasive, somewhat rude, and did not appear to have the proper licensing or training that aligns with U.S. standards. Her technique was excessively rough, and when I expressed that the extractions were painful, she continued without making any adjustments and even attempted to dismiss my discomfort. Having had numerous facials before, I know that a skilled esthetician can perform extractions with minimal pain. Whether due to a lack of training or a different approach, facials do not seem to be a service this location should offer--they would be better suited to focusing on threading and brow services. I was initially excited to support a local business in Forney, especially since facial services are limited in the area. However, my experience fell short of expectations, and I will continue seeking quality service in Mesquite or Rockwall instead. read more

Super quick and cheap! I always get my brows threaded here. Usually not too busy and I rarely wait.

I love coming here but they pick when they want to do business... and that's not professional. Hours of operation are not accurate and always changing with no warning to customers except upon arrival with a note on the door. Again nice people if it's the owner or relatives but if you're not familiar with the person the work is not as good. I shouldn't have to travel to the mesquite location for service. read more

DO NOT GO HERE!!! I have really wanted to give this place a decent chance because it's the only thing like it in the area but every time I go the staff is insensibly RUDE. They act like it's a pain you walked in the store to ask for their service! Customer service was terrible. Was told the lady that done eyelashes would be in at 1:30 at 3:00 pm she wasn't there. Then was asked to come later that day or the next day at 3:30. I went at 4:00 pm the next day, with no customers in the shop. The lady was there, 30 minutes older lady stated she wasn't there after ignoring me. Then when asked a question started talking in their language and continued to ignore, I left. They can never seem to get eyebrows matching. Will not be going back. read more

HORRIFIC PLACE !!!! WARNING DO NOT GO ! My Brows were cut during threading and they completely thinned my brows instead of cleaning them as requested! Without any remorse or apology! They told me their was nothing they could do. They did not even offer to clean the cut they made on my face. I've been growing out my eyebrows for a long time and I went in today for a full face threading. I specifically told the lady I needed a clean up for eyebrows and do not make them thin. She did the complete opposite, ignored my request and made them extremely thin. She did not apologize and she she only did a clean up. It was the worst experience I've ever had. The prices are higher than other Heena Salons around the DFW area. They have a points system for "free eyebrows" but it doesn't seem like they keep track. read more

I've passed by this place so many times and thought it looked small and junky like places I've been to in Mesquite. I finally came in today to get my eyebrows threaded and was amazed when I stepped in that it was big, very clean, and very nice. You might have a little longer of a wait here because there wasn't a lot of staff while at $4/eyebrow thread there was a good number patrons. I really didn't wait long though, maybe 5 minutes. I'm used to getting my eyebrows waxed so I was super nervous. She greeted me in a very friendly way and helped me with what to do. I flinched a fair amount because of my own nervousness, she would say "I'm sorry!" Although she had nothing to apologize for and we would both laugh. She pointed out that I had a few ingrown hairs due to eyebrow waxing, and explained that threading would last longer. Unlike previous reviewer suggested, I could see both licenses for the establishment itself as well as the lady doing my eyebrows. I'll definitely be back for big that as well as other services. Their prices are hard to beat, and with a clean place and friendly staff I can't think of any reason I'd go anywhere else. read more

I was excited to see a Salon that does waxing and threading open in the Forney area because we don't have much choices in this new area. I went to the Henna Salon to get my eyebrows thread and tint. The ladies there are not friendly, looked at me rudely and asked me to pull a ticket. They have no sense of customer service whatsoever. I got the thread and tint, I will say the end result of the wax was okay, however the tint was horrible. She had my eyebrows looking like evil step sisters instead of twins. In other words, the eyebrows looked very different. The tint made it look worst. I took a picture to show the difference. I didn't realize it until I took a selfie after leaving the salon. I elected to count it as my lost but will NOT be going back. They do a very rush hurried job. I felt that they just wanted me in the chair for the money and didn't care much about the end results. I usually get facials, so I asked about their facials and the young lady at the front desk seemed very bothered that I was asking details on their products etc. She claimed they are all license Esthetician, but I don't think that is the case. BEWARE......I don't see any licenses displayed on their stations like most salons are required to do. I went from being excited that we have more options to feeling very disappointed on the level of service at this establishment. I will continue to go to Mesquite/Rockwall area for this service. read more
