The employees need to be more knowledgeable with the products. Sample displays are not in the right places.

Love my local Ulta!! Super friendly and helpful-staff…read more They carry a great assortment of high end as well and affordable beauty brands which is great. Having worked for the high end brands in my career you understand the value of good quality brand like E.L.F. for matte blush spending $8 vs. $45 plus, it's a no brainer to spend less on certain beauty items and then more on face creams that you love. I had a great interaction with a sweet girl on Thursday 4/29/26 at 10:50am, did not catch her name but we engaged in a conversation about the blush I bought and how we liked the brand. Ulta you have a great employee here. Anyways I will be back!

I visited this Ulta today and was extremely disappointed by one employee's customer service…read more My sister had gifted me a few items that she purchased during the employee sale, and I came in hoping to do an even exchange. Karen was amazing and genuinely tried to help, but unfortunately the system would not allow the exchange because of how the items were originally purchased. I completely understood that, and I know rules are rules. I was perfectly fine with that outcome. The reason this experience became so disappointing was because one of the lead cashiers, who I believe was named Molly (I apologize if I have the wrong name), was incredibly rude and spoke to me in a condescending manner. The moment it was explained that the items couldn't be exchanged because they were purchased with an employee discount, I was ready to take my items and leave. I understood the policy and wasn't arguing or asking for an exception. Instead, Molly continued explaining the policy over and over in a way that made me feel like I wasn't understanding what had already been explained. I wasn't being difficult--I simply accepted the answer. There was no reason to continue talking down to me or make me feel embarrassed. A few minutes later, I decided to go back into the store because I still wanted the products. Since the exchange wasn't possible, I was just going to purchase the items myself. At that point, Molly explained that I couldn't purchase the items using my sister's employee discount because she wasn't there. That was confusing and honestly frustrating because I had never asked to use my sister's employee discount. I completely understood that the discount was only valid for the employee. I was simply trying to purchase the items at the regular price. That interaction made me feel like she assumed I didn't understand something that had already been explained. I respected the store's policy from the beginning, accepted that the exchange wasn't possible, and was simply trying to purchase the products like any other customer. Instead, I left feeling embarrassed and disrespected. I do want to recognize Karen because she was kind, patient, and genuinely tried to help me. She handled the situation professionally and with empathy. Unfortunately, Molly's attitude completely overshadowed what could have been a positive experience. I understand that every store has policies, and I never expected anyone to break them for me. My issue has never been with the policy--it was with the way I was treated. Customers deserve to be spoken to with respect, even when the answer is no.

Me and my daughter bought makeup bags, shoe bags, compact mirrors for our handbags, makeup brushes and lip gloss. The store is cramped design wise as they are making use of every bit of floor space.

Cheap makeup, bath and body products , some skin and hair care , and accessories…read moreto wear as well as little odds and ends for home and kitchen decor, some really girly colorful pens and notepads and school supplies type stuff. Basically a Claire's for an older demographic like teenager and up. And almost all of it is $1.00 . At least almost all the makeup and products I looked at. If its not a dollar; it isn't too far from it. That crazy amazing price point alone puts this one on the map; I mean $1?! Thats almost unheard of these days . Sure there's some stuff I wasn't all that impressed with or would buy or repurchase but thats to be expected; however most of it is pretty damn good, and not just for the price but just in general. I'm a lip balm/lip gloss junkie and if you are as well, this is a great place to start! My biggest complaint was the AOA rescue balm in the mint flavor has no mint tingle, no mint scent, nothing. That was disappointing. But the honey lip oil, the starry magic lip plumper, bombshell lipstick were all good. I cant wait to try more!!

I had such an amazing experience from a through Z at this office and I recommend Dr.MVP to anyone…read moreand everyone that is interested in cosmetic surgery. If I could describe Dr. MVP, I would say that he is family oriented, extremely intelligent, heartwarming, and an amazing surgeon! I had Lipo 360 done as well as arm lipo. My experience was truly a DELIGHT! & dare I say...PAIN FREE!! When I first inquired about his office, I heard a lot of great feedback about him online, so I decided to get a consultation which was free. His wife, who is also a cosmetic surgeon, will probably be one of the first people you encounter upon inquiry. Not only is she extremely nice, she is very easy to talk to being that she is a woman, you can ask her anything and everything and she will be able to give you an honest answer. She does not beat around any bush and she clarifies a lot of the process, etc. Everything that was said in my consultation, throughout surgery, and after surgery has been consistent. His wife, Andrea even gave me her number in which I did find myself still texting about different things that came across my mind, and she always replies back. Till this day which is almost 6 months from my surgery, I can still text her and she will reply. My consultation was a great experience and very eye-opening. I felt like nothing was raising red flags for me, everything felt upfront and personal. I had a great lipo deal because of a social media sale that they were having, which they often have so keep a lookout!! The day of my surgery came and to say the least I was very impressed with the office, and the surgical team, and of course Dr. MVP. I have had surgery before, cosmetic surgery, and no one that I have came across is as personalized as Dr. MVP and his team. After my surgery, I woke up in a panic ( my own reaction ), so I had to have more anesthesia to calm myself, as I woke up I was calmer and dr.mvp was by my side the whole time. (2-9pm)!!!! His wife was also still by my side. Calming me down. My recovery-not only did I not feel pain. But I was up and moving around day 2. They give you a very detailed recovery packet and info to make sure you recover safely and get the best results!! TheY text you and call you everyday for like 6 weeks!!! THE BEST PART IS THE SCARRING...I HAVE LITTLE TO NO VISIBLE SCAR!!!! It's truly a work of art!!! Dr.MVP knows his work. MONEY WELL SPENT!! Dr.MVP has really built an incredible reputation. I hear repeatedly that his office is the nicest, most professional, and most personalized cosmetic office in Dfw. Since my surgery I have known numerous people to have gone to him & I refer many to him! You won't regret it!!!

I underwent a full mommy makeover in November with this office and I truly wish I had looked deeper…read moreinto post-operative complication management before choosing this surgeon. While the office is now attempting to frame my outcome as a normal healing process and unavoidable complication, my actual experience over the last several months tells a very different story. Following surgery, I experienced significant wound healing complications that required a wound vac, debridement surgery costing me over $1,000 out of pocket, antibiotics, Santyl, mupirocin, ongoing wound dressings/supplies, drainage issues, and prolonged healing complications beginning as early as December. At the same time, I repeatedly communicated concerns regarding increasing hardness, high-riding implants, asymmetry, discomfort, abnormal appearance, and progressive tightness. I sent numerous photos and messages over the course of months expressing that things did not feel or look right. Most of these concerns were repeatedly attributed to "drop and fluff," swelling, settling, massage, or needing more time to heal. Now that revision surgery is being recommended by other surgeons, it is extremely frustrating to look back at months of documented concerns that were continually minimized as normal healing. It is also frustrating to now receive lengthy explanations defending the management of my care rather than acknowledgment that perhaps more aggressive evaluation or intervention should have occurred earlier. The office has stated they offered in-person evaluations, but much of my follow-up care was intentionally managed virtually through photos and messaging, which I relied on heavily because I trusted their guidance. At no point was I made to feel the severity of my concerns warranted urgent intervention until things had progressed significantly. What has been most disappointing is not just the complications themselves, because complications can happen with any surgery, but the feeling of repeatedly advocating for myself while being reassured everything was normal despite worsening symptoms and mounting additional expenses. Between the wound vac, debridement, medications, wound care, time off work, emotional stress, and now revision surgery costs, this experience has been physically, emotionally, and financially exhausting. Patients considering a major cosmetic procedure here should strongly consider not only before-and-after photos, but also how postoperative complications and patient concerns are handled when things do not go as planned.

This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a cosmetics store…read more I had just lost my makeup bag during my travels and only had about 10 minutes before boarding my flight to replace a few essential items. I stopped at the MAC store hoping for some quick assistance, but the experience was disappointing from the moment I walked in. The associate immediately told me they had very little inventory because the store was closing soon. Rather than offering help, she seemed annoyed that I was there and made me feel like I was inconveniencing her. Feeling rushed, I purchased a few items that unfortunately ended up being the wrong shades. Afterward, I stopped at Chanel, and the difference was night and day. The associate there showed genuine empathy about losing my makeup bag, offered suggestions on how I might be able to locate it, and quickly helped me find replacement products that actually matched my needs. The level of customer service was exceptional. I understand stores have closing procedures, but customers should never feel like they're a burden for walking into a business during operating hours. If helping customers feels like an inconvenience, perhaps it's time to close the doors
