Overall a good experience here with Walgreens today! Came here to buy a birthday card and gift card and a Tide To Go Stain Remover and they had all three and they were easy to find! I was greeted and welcomed by Hannah when I walked in and then my cashier was Grace who was very nice and professional. All I could say is that I've never met a manager with so much professionalism, customer service skills, patience and kindness as Pam. When I say she goes above and beyond, I mean she reaches for the moon! My mother-in-law had a question about the price of a product she had purchased and she tried to find the answers to her concerns. She also kept asking customers if they needed help. I'll definitely be back to this Walgreens. read more

Everyone here is pretty friendly. If your looking for a photo deal the photo people do a great job finding you discounts and developing photos. I always have a positive experience here with out any problems finding what I want. Bonus there is a red box here. read more

Make sure you read the fine print on the labels. You can see the boxes placed on top of the shelf and the price $23.99. Guess what? At the register, price is $39.99 . Called a manager, but they refused to put a price tag or to remove the old tag that was there. Is this a new way of selling stuff? You see $23.99 , don't pay attention to the fine print or don't have your reading glasses, go to the cash register and don't pay attention, and here you go... you pay $39.99 for something that you believed is $23.99. This is a terrible store and a terrible pharmacy. Staff seem to never know what they are doing, both in the store and in the pharmacy. The pharmacists I have dealt with here seem well intentioned but the place is poorly run. Bathroom was dirty and did not contain soap. This in a drug store that sells soap! Also means that pharmacy (and store) employees are not washing their hands with soap after using the restroom. Yech. read more

I talked to a customer service representative and found out I tripped a sensor. The employees working both nights were very polite when they did speak to me, K just misread the situation. We have experienced some weird issues at the store before with gruff managers and pharmacists in the past, but I've never had a problem before with any of the cashiers. I am removing and replacing my previous review with a positive one. The customer service lady at the call center was the nicest person I've ever spoken to. I scheduled a flu shot online. When I arrived at my scheduled time, I was told there would be a 25 minute wait. I was "inline" behind people that had no appointment and were still filling out paperwork. What is the point of scheduling an appointment time online if it is the same as walking in off the street with no appointment? read more

Been on the phone over thirty minutes but I understand they get busy at times. The issue arises when they pick up the phone and put me back on hold and then hang up when their lunch break comes along before I could at least talk to them. I just needed to know if my medication was ready as they told me it would be within a few minutes. read more

My wife and I fight over who has to go to this horrific pharmacy. The service is absolutely awful and they act like it's their first day on the job every time I'm there. It's always always always something. They can't seem to find the prescription, insurance info, mis spelling of a name, horrible wait times. Hands down the worst customer service ever. I had a complaint regarding the "manager" Marcia. Lance the manager of the store called me to discuss this. He was calm and apologetic. He offered no help though in fixing the problem. This store is full of employees that have poor customer service, poor communication skills and zero urgency. Lance at the end of the conversation was yelling at me and talking about that he doesn't have a boss and refused to give me any number to file a grievance on him for his behavior. Lance stated he didn't care if his store lost business from me and I should move my prescriptions elsewhere. This Walgreens has gone down hill with obvious lack of leadership from the top down. Lance and Marcia should be reprimanded and taught how customer service should be in grapevine. I will be moving my business elsewhere and be actively telling friends family and co workers to do the same. I've lived hear for my entire life and never had any issues. I like this Walgreens - a LOT. Here's why: The older women at this store will always look through the coupon book for you and hook you up with deals you didn't know existed. There's a guy who works at the photo booth who looks like he should be my best friend. There is a very attractive, tattooed pharmacist working there, which is a joy to behold as you wait in line. And in general, the pharmacy is super quick and never fucks up your stuff. They now sell wine and beer and I most certainly did purchase my New Year's champagne here. Because if there was one word to describe me, it would be "classy." Lastly, the time I decided to dye my hair black, the cosmetics cashier and the woman in line behind me went on and on telling me how it would look terrible with my complexion and I would look like a witch. It sounds harsh, but I felt like they were saying it out of love. I ignored them, but appreciated their honesty. This is a damn good Walgreens. read more

This was my pharmacy for a little over a year, until I just couldn't take it anymore and switched to CVS. The amount of time it takes to pick up a prescription here is completely unbelievable...it consistently took me about 30 minutes to complete the transaction- and that's with calling it in in advance!!!!!! I tried waiting to come in till right before they closed, thinking maybe it would be slower, tried coming in when they opened, and basically every time in between-still 30 minutes. read more

THE WORST Pharmacy ever! Bar none. My Doctor called in four prescriptions. I got two the next day. Three trips, 10 days later they say "We're working on it." Now they say "We gave you those. Incompetent doesn't even begin to describe these people. I called in my prescription a week early, went through the drive through two days before I could pick up to verify, was told to come back in two days, which I did. On pick up day I'm treated incredibly poorly, as if I am weeks early for my refill. I told them to check again, because they are wrong. They were. I am completely out of my medication, and I am told that they have to order it and it will take 4 days. Does the service get any worse? I don't think so. read more

This is usually a nice place to shop for small things like snacks,but today was not a pleasant Experience at all. My friend and i went to walgreens for a small after school snack, we go in and head towards the chip isle. Everything seems fine here but as soon as we head towards the candy isle, we get yelled at. "Don't play!" Shouted what seemed like the store manager. My friend and I, startled, walked away. We later go back to pick out out candy, his time very irritated. We are taking our time, as this is a public place, but soon get rushed by another employee. "Cmon, grab what you want and go." I grab my candy and we pay and leave. I go to this Walgreens on a regular basis. I always see Brian working. He is so polite and has great customer service skills with not some but EVERY SINGLE CUSTOMER that walks through the door. I would leave him 5 STARS. But I am writing this review for the manager. Tonight at about 10pm nov 8th 2019 I couldn't believe a manager acted the way she did. I didnt see her greet one customer. She has a terrible attitude. Never greets anyone, seems irritated when she is scanning items.... then as more and more people obviously walked thru the door I witnessed her allow another co working to leave the register and leave Brian with a line of atleast 8 customers which is.a lot for a Walgreens. Brian then had to call for help over the intercom. The manager (Kaitlyn? I don't know If thats how it is spelled I had to ask her name) came around the coroner and just looked at brian. She then asked "yes?" Like it wasnt obvious enough he needed help. Then as he asked her if she could help she signed, to where everyone could hear and continued to look annoyed. I am unsure who made this woman a manger but she definitely does not have the right attitude for it. I hope this business values brian as much as your customers fo Because even after all of that he still put me in a mood to actually want to come back. This location is...ok. They're conveniently located in the middle of the Grapevine area. They have decent prices for a drug store, including some of the best prices on cigarettes that I've seen. They have a moderately diverse selection of products. The staff, if not the most knowledgeable and proficient in the retail industry, are very friendly. And the hours are very convenient. But they have some problems, and they're quite severe ones. First and foremost they continually run out of stock. And it's not just the most common items, like sodas and snacks. It's everything from medications, to compression stockings, to bandages, to pet food. Some items aren't restocked for weeks at a time, particularly specialty items as non-prescription diabetic supplies. As an example, they've been out of Futura brand compression socks in my size for ten weeks now. The prices on many items are often mislabeled. For example, I went there last night to pick up a number of items that were listed as on sale in their weekly ad. Three of the items I planned on purchasing were not labeled correctly on the shelves. To compound this problem many of the items are listed at one price in their circular, another on the shelves, and ring up at yet another price at the register. At least once a week I have to have a manager come up and override the price on something I'm buying because it rings up incorrectly. The biggest problem they have though is in their pharmacy area. It is incredibly understaffed. There have been times when I've walked in to see 10+ people waiting in line at the pharmacy counter, with a wait time of over 20 minutes. The problem also causes problems in something they advertise on a regular basis, flu shots. They post that you can get flu shots at any time the pharmacy is open in their weekly circular. They have a display outside of the door advertising this when you walk in. At certain times they have an employee by the door asking if you've had your flu shot. But their pharmacy staffing is so low they routinely have to turn people away, saying that they just don't have the time for it. I shop here because of the convenience, it's less than a mile from my home. But I just can't give it an above average rating until they fix some of these problems. read more

Pharmacy girl here yesterday would not under any circumstances give me the coupon price nor would the manager jay . The coupon was one that was written on prescription by our family doctor .. Same employee ushered me out so quick she did not let me know there were no returns on any scripts. read more

I live within walking distance of this Walgreens. I go here when I'm in a hurry.... Well no one here cares that you have to be anywhere or do anything else. Saw 6 people working, one person checking out. I waited 15 minutes in line to buy one thing. Not going back. I would suggest if you are in a hurry you drive down the road to CVS, which is actually very close. read more
