The pharmacist promised to refund $110 rectifying what they did THEN he failed to do so. Additionally their creams clicked out over a month never have the same amount in them or the same consistency. This is the most expensive compounding pharmacy in northwest DFW with the lowest ratings from individual consumers. Go where you are treated honorably and the products are consistent.

It was easy to use the search and had various filtering capabilities. I found this CVS as the nearest location, so I transferred the prescription with a touch of a button. Not long after, i received a notification that my script was being filled. That was fast! A little later I received notice that it was ready, but I didn't have availability to drive out at ththat time. Next day I went out, but it was during rush hour traffic. If you go at this time, make sure to bring your patience. Easy parking in a separate lot off to the side. I walked in and was addressed immediately- great customer service! all went quickly. Pharmacy can't separate discount cards, insurance or communicate/rectify their internal failures with both. Your insurance, prescriber or discount card will always be the reason why your prescription isn't filled when it should be. If you manage to get through to someone with actual skill, they still cannot fill your medication because CVS doesn't allow them to keep the supply on hand (due to the cost of one single dose) and you'll have to wait several days for it to arrive. Don't depend on this chain for lifesaving or life-altering medication. They'll treat you like a number, not a person.

We were diligent in following up with the prescriber, who did everything possible to make sure the prescription was sent correctly, but Walgreens continued to deny its arrival. We arrived at Walgreens thirty minutes before closing, hoping to get my son's antibiotics so he could finally get some relief from the excruciating pain he was experiencing. Instead, we ended up waiting for over twenty minutes. When 9:02 PM came around, the pharmacist told us we couldn't be helped because the store was closed. Despite seeing my son in obvious pain and knowing how critical it was for him to get his medication, the pharmacist refused to assist us. The lack of compassion and empathy displayed by the staff was shocking. My son needed antibiotics that night, yet we were turned away with no help or understanding. This experience has completely shattered my trust in Walgreens, and I will not be using this location or any other Walgreens in the future. No one should have to go through this kind of treatment, especially when a child's well-being is at stake. It is unacceptable for a pharmacy to operate with so little concern for its patients.

It may be better for you to divide your purchases in order to get the most off. Also, 19.95 items are a drag when your discount kicks in at $20.00. But I have learned to buy the bigger sizes and combine discount can really work out. I got a $32. Item down to $8. And I was pretty happy. This is the best results I have ever had. They also have a great selection of fun beauty items and hair ornaments.
