I love going to Super Value Pharmacy as they are not CVS or Walgreens! The service is great and you are greeted when you walk in the door. Very helpful! They offer a much different assortment of medical care goods than other pharmacies. You can find all kinds of natural remedies, medical equipment, bandage and wound care along with products I have only seen online. I love wondering the isles to find the gems I did not know I needed. Not only is this a compounding pharmacy, it sells all kinds of assistance devices one might need for home care. Recently purchased a myriad of equip to help my husband post surgery. I.e. shower stool, toilet commode, walker, automatic BP machine even bought myself a back brace b/c it's hard work caring for someone. They have so many supplies in store and will order what is not in store with a fast turn around (less than 24 for me!) Give this place a try. They're great! read more

I should've known that choosing this pharmacy to compound my baby's medication wasnt a good idea from the first time I talked to them on the phone. However, they were the only one's that could get it to me sooner and it was imperative I get it. They don't really have the best people skills (over the phone or in person). Also, when the doctor called in to refill the medication I didn't receive a courtesy phone call indicating that the price of the medicine went up $50. I know my pediatrician should've called and told me but I'm used to Walgreens doing it and assumed most places did out of courtesy to their client. I have now completely switched from them to another compounding pharmacy for many reasons (including the ones previously stated) but also because this other place can compound the medication for $35 dollars less than what this place was charging me. Ridiculous. Don't be like me. Call around and compare pricing. I won't be using this place again. read more

I love Super Value Pharmacy. They treat you like family. I live 25 miles from the pharmacy. I know I could try somewhere closer but why? They order my medication for me on a monthly basis, they deliver my meds when I ask and they are the hands down best pharmacy in the DFW metroplex. In this day and age where customer service is not a priority it is refreshing to know a few business still value their customer. I have been a Super Value Pharmacy customer for several years. My 12-year-old dog Pepper requires a compounded medicine daily for her Cushing's Disease. Yesterday, instead of receiving the Fed Ex delivery of her medicine, I received someone else's order instead. I called Super Value rather late in the day when I discovered the mistake. To my relief, the good people at the pharmacy sent a driver, after hours and during rush-hour, from Euless to Frisco to deliver my dog's pills. They arrived by 6:30 PM. This is not the first time I have experienced such courtesy from Super Value. A few years ago, I needed a rush delivery of the same medication, and again, Super Value sent a driver to deliver early in the day. And that night, the driver personally called me to check on Pepper's health. Thank you, Super Value, you are the Best! read more

If you want the best service in the pharmacy world you need to go to Super Value Pharmacy in Euless, Texas. I was introduced to Super Value through my doctors office. One of the medicines I take is not carried anywhere around me. My doctor recommended Super Value Pharmacy and sure enough they had it in stock and ready for me to pickup. This pharmacy is also a full service compounding pharmacy, so they can take care of everything you need. Super Value also has a full time nutritionist to help you. She is very nice and worked with me to find a more natural approach for a medical issue I was experiencing. They have great customer service. The pharmacy always fills my prescriptions quickly and the pharmacist is always available if I have any questions. Super Value also stocks several specialty items that you would normally have to go to a medical supply store to get. Overall I would recommend this pharmacy for any of your medicine needs and also give them a call if you are looking for something that may only be carried at a medical supply store and don't forget about the nutritionist that is there and ready to help you as well. read more

i dont know what has happened to this place, well yes I do, the lady behind the counter at the desk. It used to be so friendly here. I came in with something easy, a simple request/question. She did not answer my question, was rude and actually rolled her eyes. The store was not busy. Actually I was the only customer in there. Maybe now I know why. Now however after this woman blew me off, a younger woman, came up to me, thoroughly answered my question and was knowledgeable. I wont describe the first woman but i'm sure you know who she is. Maybe some training on how to give good customer service would be appropriate. read more

First a quick correction, my family uses BCBS TX and had no problem, possibly what ever was wrong in 2014 has been corrected. We live about 25 miles from Super Value Pharmacy, and the reason we started with them is that they are 1 out of 2 pharmacies in the DFW area that carry one of our medications. But I was so pleasantly surprised with the quality of the staff, the size of the store, and the fact that they have a nutritionist on site that will sit down with you and creat a plan for you; she does this at no charge. I will continue to use this pharmacy even if the medication changes. It's important to fill all prescriptions at the same pharmacy to prevent mistakes and contraindications. Give them a visit, they even have a drive up window. read more

I love that this pharmacy isn't a huge chain corporation. The techs and the Pharmacists are very friendly and personable and there is never, ever a line at the drive through. I also like that you don't have to talk through a walkie-talkie type thing at the drive up, but instead get to talk face to face to a person, jut at a window. This place accepts most insurances, does the regular flu shots and Rx's, but also does compounding, rentals/purchases for post-surgical needs (ie:walkers, bedpans, etc.) and they sell essential oils. I just recently gave this place a try instead of my regular go-to pharmacy, and I am super glad that I did. read more

Medication for a pet was called in on Tuesday, I called Friday to see if it was ready and was told it was still in process. I went in on Saturday to pick it up and they said they needed to wait until they spoke to the vet about the copay. It took me 20 minutes to explain to the girl that 1, my cat is not on insurance so there is no copay, and 2, since I am paying, why would my vet even care if the meds were $10 or $45? She and the pharmacist finally agreed and I had to wait 30 minutes for them to fill it. It was $45 for 30 day supply and which I now pay $10 at Costco for 90 day supply. Worst pharmacy I've ever been to! They are rude and not at all helpful. Overpriced and they took 6 days to fill a prescription. Also when I asked for a applicator for the medication that I paid over $100.00 for they charged me an additional 2.00. They have open containers of dirty needles used for vaccines just setting on the floor in the consult area and they are overflowing with dirty needles sticking out. Don't waste your time or money here. There are several other good compounding pharmacies in the area. read more

Very helpful pharmacy, unfortunately they no longer have a contract with Blue Cross Blue Shield of Texas so I can't use them. I'm not sure if this is a problem w/ other insurance carriers as well. Cash prices are $$$$ compared to some other places. Staff has always been friendly and helpful, you can find many things there you can't in the box pharmacies as well. Website refill ordering needs help, half the time it's down. BIG bonus is they're a compounding pharmacy! read more

Needed compounded medicine and it was completed quickly!!

I went in today for elderberry syrup for my 10 month old who has hand foot and mouth virus. The staff not only held it for me after my mom called to see if they had it available but the pharmacist was very helpful with the dosage information for my baby. I don't remember the name of the lady who was at the counter but she was really empathetic and wished my baby well as I checked out! Very good service! read more

I have used this pharmacy many times for my pain medication. If they don't have it they offer to order it. I dropped my script off on Jan 8 for the meds to be filled on the 9th. Was told they had the medication and I could pick it up anytime on the 9th. I called at lunch time on the the 9th to see if it was ready and was told that it would be ready at 1:30pm. I drove to the pick up window on the way home from work and was handed the paper script and asked isn't this what you are here for. I said no I was there to pick up the filled script and was told that it would be ready by 1:30 and here it is 5:30pm and the little girl at the window said let me check with my tech. After 15 minutes the girl came back to the window and said you were called and told we can't fill this we don't have it. NO ONE called me at work or my cell and these are the main numbers, they called my home which no one is ever there. The TECH was a coward and would not come to the window and had the little girl do their dirty work of LYING to me about not filling my script. My guess is they had the meds forgot about my script and didn't have enough to fill it but didn't have the balls to tell me. They has always offered to order it for me if they don't have it and they didn't even have the courtesy to do that this time. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN AND WILL TELL EVERYONE I KNOW DO NOT USE THEM FOR ANYTHING THEY ARE LAIRS AND THEY FILL WHAT THEY WANT WHEN THEY WANT. read more
