They called me twice in a row and do not leave a message and then when I call back, they can't figure out why they called asked me to hold and then call me from the other line with a different person not knowing why they're calling me. If they cannot figure out their phone system and why they were calling people I don't think they are capable of handling medication. Someone should seriously check into this place. This CVS was exactly what I needed in a pinch and was perfectly situated next to my hotel. Their corporate scouts know exactly what they're doing. This location is deceivingly large. I was all up in their toiletries section where I was able to score traveler's versions for the essentials I needed. Customer service seemed to be a little slow, but for the most part was good about helping myself and others find what we needed. The place seemed clean and parking looked limited to street side only.

Thank you for helping us during this stressful time. ********************************************* My husband and I love supporting local businesses, but we won't be using Perrone's as our local pharmacy due to the awful customer service. We have never been before and weren't familiar with working with a pharmacy outside of going to CVS. My husband entered and asked where he could drop off a prescription and the lady working sarcastically looked around and said "hmmm wow that's a great question, I wonder where" then proceeded to talk down to him the entire time he was attempting to fill a prescription that he was only given an emailed PDF of. Instead of guiding him in the right direction, they treated him like he was stupid and asked him what he expected him to do with an emailed rx. There were three other people working the counter that were about as rude and did not step in to help. You can check my other reviews, I am not a Karen and constantly use Yelp to provide positive reviews. We try to treat people like we want to be treated and it's super weird when the customer is being more kind than the staff. Really disappointed and appalled by their behavior. Thanks for making us feel welcome and supported while we're dealing with a very sick elderly cat at home!
