Walgreens - My receipt - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

This is the Walgreens i love thank you so clean and friendly I can find anything here.

I got multiple calls to pick up a prescription, went a soon as I could, went out of my way to get there. Once there I saw a hand written sign saying the pharmacy was "temporarily closed" at 4:00, about 5 minutes before I got there. After asking a couple of staff members who didn't know why, a 3rd one said the pharmacist called in to cancel his/her shift and no replacement could be found. EXTREMELY frustrating as I'd JUST gotten a reminder call to go to the pharmacy! Hard to believe that in a national chain, a replacement couldn't be found. read more

I love this Walgreens. The staff is always so nice. The store is very clean. I definitely prefer this over CVS for selection and prices.

This location was a convenient location to take our passport photos. Staff was ok, not the friendliest, but they did help us out. The cost of the photos for what we got was crazy expensive. $36 for passport pics of my wife and I, that's abusive in my opinion. Not happy about that at all. read more

Walgreens - Time for new passport photos. - Cosmetics & Beauty Supply Near Me - Fort Worth, Texas

The pharmacy's immunization program is absolutely horrible!!! I arranged an appointment to get a COVID booster. My appointment was set for 10am in the morning. I received numerous texts reminding me to arrive 15 minutes prior to my appointment, which I did. I even received a text the morning of my appointment. After waiting in line we'll past the time of my appointment, I was informed by the pharmacy tech that they did not have the vaccine, and that I would have to reschedule my appointment. The tech also told me she wasn't able to help with rescheduling my call and that I had to do it myself. She also said she couldn't let me know when the vaccines would be available and that I would need to call back later in the day to determine if the vaccine had I arrived. I called 3-times and was placed on perpetual hold each time and never was able to connect with a live person to find out if the vaccines had ever arrived. I work in healthcare, and this experience is one of the worst forms of customer care I've experienced in a longtime. I don't recommend Walgreens as a means for getting your routine immunizations. It's system is antiquated, customer adverse, and a huge waist of time! To add insult to injury, all the prerequisite forms I completed on line had to be completed, again, because the Walgreens system could not retrieve them! Again, DON'T USE WALGREENS ON CAMP BOWIE @ HULEN for immunizations unless you're OK with being treated without care and consideration! read more

Relatively decent walgreens, although it seemed to take a long time to get in and out (which defeats the purpose of a convenience store, honestly). I feel like they need a few more staff members! Seasonal decor is always great and keeps me coming back. You can't beat the prices here, that's for sure. And friendly staff too! read more

We all know that being sick sucks. Well, being sick while waiting for the rude Walgreens staff sucks even worse. Especially after you have put your prescriptions into their online system, and have received a confirmation that they were going to be ready. Which for some reason, could not be found by their staff, despite us showing them the email confirmation. Then, instead of calling it out to the doc who wrote the script for the meds, we must produce the paper copy. Save yourself a headache, and three trips through the drive thru. Go somewhere else. read more

Should be Zero stars. After waiting for nearly 4 hours for a prescription to be filled for my sick son, I was told the Pharmacy was too busy to help me. Unacceptable. read more

Literally if I could leave no stars, I would. This is the worst pharmacy to deal with in Fort Worth. It's pathetic how difficult and slow they are. Have literally given this place multiple chances since we live close by but never again. They can't seem to get the right prescriptions nor get them ready in a timely fashion.. for example More than 48 hours. Also , half the people will tell you they have the medication and the other half will say they don't carry it. Like I said , spare yourself the time and go to a different pharmacy. It will be worth it read more

Try again.... New staff.... New management This pharmacy has had a change in management and has had some personnel changes too. The turn around time on scripts is much better than in the past. Have had several interactions with the staff and they are always friendly and welcoming. Need a shot. Make an appointment and be ready to wait your turn. Quick in and out for all my needs. read more

All of the other reviews are spot on. This is the slowest pharmacy on the face of the planet. I routinely wait at least 45 minutes before I even get to the counter. Then, you're lucky if you're acknowledged. On the worst of occasions, the customer behind me decided she was privy to my medical information and thought she'd just stand next to me at the counter while I waited on my prescriptions to be processed. Neither the pharmacy technician or the STORE MANAGER said a word until I called her out. Furthermore, I fill out the survey every time I pick up my prescriptions and tell them how awful they are and why. There is zero professionalism here. You never know if you're going to get your prescriptions filled, how much they're going to charge you, or if you get to use your health insurance this month. I always promise myself I'm going to change pharmacies the next month, because these people are truly the worst. read more

Went in with a prescription to be filled and the $15 my insurance estimated it would be. Gave the guy my insurance card and script and he came back not even 5 minutes later with what I needed. Idk why all of these reviews say they're rude and slow. They were nothing but polite and got everything done in less than 7 min with NO charge read more

Don't go here for prescriptions. You will be frustrated. But what if I have a very simple prescription that seems uncomplicated, I live in the neighborhood and the location seems convenient? Read the first sentence of the review. Just do yourself a favor and don't reason with your internal negotiator like I do. Use a different pharmacy. read more

I had a 6pm appointment for a flu shot. Checked in at 5:55 and didn't receive the required paperwork for 10 minutes, then waited another 10 minutes for them to accept said paperwork. That was 20 minutes ago and I still have not received my shot. read more

Whoever is answering calls in the pharmacy today Oct, 1st is VERY unprofessional. I asked if this was the Walgreens that tests for Covid and was met with a terrible response, as if talking down to me. If you don't like your job, LEAVE! We the customers should not have to deal with a horrible and unprofessional employee that very obviously hates their job. read more

If you are really, REALLY unlucky like me and have blue cross insurance and have to get your prescriptions filled here, find a cash price somewhere else or get new insurance. Seriously. This pharmacy has to be the slowest one in the entire area, and they are always way too understaffed to have a drive through. I will get a text message saying my prescription is ready, CALL IN to double check, and when I get there they can't find it, or it hasn't been filled at all. A little disturbing how meds are "misplaced" so often. All the staff is very friendly I just feel bad that something is clearly messed up in the organization here. read more

The pharmacist here is SO condescending and terribly rude. He argued with me about medications prescribed as part of an infertility treatment, misfilled the initial prescription, and when I went back to correct it was incredibly rude and bombastic towards me - ultimately refusing to fill it correctly. Had to call my doctor to get a new prescription and have it filled elsewhere. read more

Only came here to get a prescription filled and did not have a good experience. It's been a week since I dropped off my prescriptions, and decided to stop by today to see if it was ready. Apparently my doctor did not put a dosage on one of my prescriptions, but the instead of alerting me to the issue, the staff just told me it wasn't ready and I needed to call my doctor. I feel like they should have called me to let me know there was an issue instead of just sitting on it. Secondly, a separate prescription I had filled - I walked out, opened the bag and saw a different brand than I'm used to. I walked back inside and was rudely told that they were the same drugs, just different names. I said I didn't want to switch, but I was dismissed by the lady working the counter because apparently they don't stock the one that was actually on my order. Overall, a total headache to deal with them. I'm taking all of my prescriptions elsewhere from now on. read more

Worst pharmacy and staff in town. I picked up a prescription for my sick daughter and you now have to purchase advil cold and sinus medication in the pharmacy and show your ID, that is not the problem here. I asked for advil cold and sinus nighttime and the pharmacist told me she cant sell it through the drive through and that I would have to get out of my car and come inside. She was rude and so I paid and then parked in the rain and walked inside. She ignored me for a little while and then I asked for what I needed and she then tells me they don't have it in stock. Why do people take jobs that require interacting with people when they hate dealing with people. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Thankfully perone RX is opening another location on camp bowie soon. read more

This is my neighborhood Walgreens and as such, I keep going back despite abysmal service. The pharmacy never seems to have their volume under control and the staff often look confused. Not what I want from those dispensing my drugs. The drive-thru is often a train wreck - I've had to wait 30 minutes because "they wait on inside customers first". Perhaps they shouldn't have two outside drive-thru lanes if they don't wish to service them. On my last visit, I had to have a drug special ordered because they don't stock it. So I came back two days later per their advice. Waited 30 minutes to be helped and only THEN did they tell me that my insurance did not cover the drug. Not very proactive customer service. The photo counter is not much better - it's often un-staffed and service there is also slow. I prefer Walgreens to CVS but the CVS down the street has much better service and always seems to be able to handle requests quickly! read more

Be vary wary of ordering your prescriptions online. I ordered a refill on a Monday morning, paid $20 for overnight shipping and as of Wednesday afternoon it hasn't even shipped yet. I spoke to customer service and they told me that it was my fault for not understanding what overnight means. read more

As a previous review states, this is the closest neighborhood pharmacy; therefore, I go. After today's experience, I will make the time to use CVS for all my medical and sundry needs. Twice, my doctor has had to call the pharmacist personally because they don't have the capability of receiving faxes. On several other occasions, I have had to demand that the tech check the fax log only for them to find that the fax was indeed received and was never filled. Using the drive through...don't bother. A short wait is 17 mins. I have made a little game out of using the timer on my iphone to time the staff. 17 was while only one car in addition to mine was at the drive through. Inside waits aren't much better. 20-30 mins is common...why bother calling in refills? At least the customers in line have each other to complain to. Employees completely ignore any one who questions them. Today, an old lady got out of her car and used her prescriptions as a flag at the window until someone acknowledged her, not waited on her. Of course the majority of the staff was deeply involved in the matter of a customer who brought in two prescriptions which were filled incorrectly. Instead of concern for the patient, the staff was busy determining fault and discussing whether of not the customer had actually paid for the meds because they didn't have their receipt with them. I have seen one manager in 10 years. When I asked to speak to him about his department, he became very busy, very suddenly and couldn't really talk. Thank you Walgreens, Camp Bowie. I'm leaving to go back to Walgreens because my doctor called to say that she had spoken directly to the pharmacist regarding my prescription. read more

The people that work here are nice but the pharmacy system or management is bad. They need to fix it. I don't choose to come here, I have to because of my insurance. I'd rather go anywhere else read more

The SLOWEST pharmacy I've ever been to. Half the time they're understaffed. Hire more people if it's that busy. Ridiculous waiting a half hour in line!!! read more

Slowest pharmacy I have ever experienced and this has been true case for years. Some staff are practically hostile. When you're not feeling well, the last thing you need is a long wait and an unfriendly person glaring at you across the counter. I am interested in why this particular location seems unable to hire more staff and certainly staff with a better attitude. Too bad it's so toxic. read more

CVS is so close to this place and much nicer. I only come here in a pinch! Unless it's near Halloween. In October they have a ridiculous amount of awesome Halloween decorations. I go nuts. Love it! Be prepared to wait in line forever. They have 2 lanes, but they are hardly ever both open. read more

If you want to volunteer to babysit the pharmacists while they fill your script and file the insurance yourself this is the place for you. If you would like the pharmacists to do their jobs go anywhere else. If you must go here ask them for a Valium so you don't have a stroke while dealing with them. read more

Terrible pharmacy customer service. Doesn't look like I am the only one from all the comments. Again, there are way too many pharmacies around to go to this one. read more

No matter what I say some of you will go to this pharmacy. You are making a mistake of biblical proportion. One star is a gift. I've never seen service this bad that is compounded by mass confusion, apathy, and incompetence. This could be written up as a brand-aienation case study. read more

Almost every time I come to this location, I have had reservations about the crew here. Especially the pharmacy team. They take way to long to get to their customers and some of them don't seem friendly and condescending. I had switched to a different location because of this and then, unfortunately that location was closed. So I returned to the Camp Bowie/Hulen and the attitude had not changed. I am tempted to change locations again. This is just unacceptable. read more

After waiting over 15 minutes in the drive thru line, my car started to die so I left.

Picking up prescriptions for my mom. They said my total was $197.00! When I questioned them they looked and not sure what the problem was but she said oh it $12! WTH. If I had not questioned her my mom would have over paid BIG TIME. The tech says nothing. If I accidentally almost charge someone $200 for a $12 product I might have said sorry my bad glad you caught that but no. Wish there were an option for negative stars. read more

Do not use this pharmacy.... On my most recent bad experience (this is definitely not my first) it took a full week for them to fill a prescription I currently use. I had a coupon for the brand name version making the total $3. Apparently, I couldn't use it anymore (even though the coupon said I had 6 more uses) and no one had the courtesy to let me know (a phone would have taken 5 minutes). So I got stuck buying brand name full price instead of the $10 generic. When I told staff their customer service has gone down hill, she became snarky and overly sweet to the lady right behind me. I will be going elsewhere for my pharmacy. read more

sooooooo - need a prescription. well don't go here. the pharmacy does not even open until 9 am so if you need something before work - aint gonna happen here. the store was also sadly understocked. i am certain that my insurance will cover other pharmacies and that is exactly what i am going to do. find another pharmacy that does not keep banker hours. read more

After being treated terrible at another store the ladies at this store were kind and got my issue sorted right out. They were polite and got my medicine out super quick and didn't ask a bunch of questions when I chose to pay and not use my insurance. Who insists I use another generic medicine that makes me very ill. It's sad when we can't choose what's best for our own health care. Thank you Walgreens!!!!! read more
