Honestly, I don't know if this woman is unhappy with her life and just straight up bitter with who she is, but that's no excuse to take it out on customers. If she doesn't know how to interact with people respectfully, she shouldn't be working in a customer-facing job! It's disappointing to see that this kind of behavior is still happening. Hopefully, the owner takes notice--no one deserves to be treated that way just for shopping.

Frankly I was awed by how beautiful the area was and the attention to detail in the surrounding architecture. Gift is located right in the center of it and shares the space with a nail salon. They have a small but mighty variety of items, including home decor, purses, jewelry, cards and much more. You can tell everything in the store is uniquely curated. I found some brands I really love that I hadn't seen in a few years. Last but not least, the employee working at the store was kind and walked us through some of the items they carry. She was inspired to build this business after she made a dreamcatcher for her newborn daughter. CBG is a "place meant to ignite your creativity and leave you feeling inspired to try something new." A metaphysical, vintage, and gift shop that sells everything whimsical, spiritual, and trendy; from houseplants to crystals, vintage clothing to locally made jewelry, macrame art to bath essentials. You can't help but feel creative in here. CBG participates in all kinds of local events and festivals, and hosts their own as well. Like poetry reading nights, jewelry making, and full moon tea and tarot ceremonies. Lots of creative energy going on! She also reached out to the post office to try to get information, as the tracking number wasn't working. She continuously kept me posted, which was much appreciated. Her customer service was off the charts. Luck was on my side though and the event was rescheduled to a week later and I ended up getting my kit in time. The kit included a personalized note. The kit was high quality. I hope to do business again with her in the future.

I visited their main Fleastyle store in the stockyards, paid for an appointment, and struggled to design a hat. They handed me a tray and then silently walked away without walking me through the process. It seemed like they were too busy doing other things to even make a connection with me. I wish it had been more personal and engaging! I didn't even end up making a hat and I got directed to go down to Wide Brim , as there were predesigned hats there. I thought about not even going to see the other hats because I did not want to experience the so called 'customer service' they provided. My husband talked me into going down to the other store just to see what they had and I am so glad I did. After walking in I started trying on the hats and started to get a bit frustrated not being able to find one that fit my head and Kayla quickly stepped over and explained exactly how they worked. After talking to her and realizing she had only been working there about a month or so we were shocked at how incredible she treated us and how much she knew about the hats! With her help I actually found a gorgeous hat that was perfect and after buying a hat box she even took the time to close the store and run to storage to get me one!
