This is a review for the Minute Clinic. The online set up is good. Easy to set up an account, straight forward and easy to pick an available time. I've been and will continue to go back. The NP is personable, listens to the symptoms you've been having and give clear rationale to why certain tests would be appropriate. For every swab that was taken, she talked me through the process and what was going to happen. If you can't reach your doctor over the weekend, Minute clinic is the way to go. read more

I needed a rapid COVID test and no one was that the register, I had to go down a couple of aisles to find her and she took her time putting up her stock THEN decided to help me. I bought a COVID TEST. We are a family of 7 and all of us are starting to get sick. So I bought o e and then my his band went in to buy his own. She BLATANLY told him "are you with the lady that was just i ?" He said yes and she I cannot sell this to you because you all already bought one. First off who are you to question us?????? Unfortunate I can't give less than one star. The pharmacy personnel are indifferent and incompetent. The person at the drive through window "Sophia" delivered the wrong medication. When asked to replace with the correct script she lied about just receiving the correct script. We had previously received a text picking. They said they were really busy and it would be another hour. The prescription is a pain medication for recent oral surgery. Indifference in the health field is a sad commentary on this business. read more

This pharmacy is beyond terrible. Which is hard to say about a company who strictly bills a prescription and put it out to pick up. There's not a lot of room for error. However they are not even capable of running a productive, pick up line, as they will allow people with issues to sit in the one out of two pick up lines for over 34 minutes. Their second pick up line is not functionable, only takes paper, making it impossible to grab a quick, already ready prescription. This group should not be in business. If they cannot be more productive, it is a major waste of time to come through here two times and still not be able to pick up a prescription because they allow a car to sit at the pick up window and wait for Hours Instead of asking them to drive around and come back when it is their turn to pick up up prescription read more

Marginal service, pharmacy has long waits , tells you to come pick up your prescriptions and then they are not ready , shelves poorly stocked. A few decent employees but the place is a disorganized . Self checkout is a disaster. read more

I have to take this opportunity to give a shout out to this pharmacy and the help they've given me, especially an employee named Jackson. All the pharmacy employees I interacted with were friendly and helpful, but Jackson went above and beyond to make sure that I had good service and could use coupons on my meds so that they were more affordable. This is my local CVS & therefore I love it through its .... issues. Employees are generally pretty cool, both at the pharmacy and standard counter. Only issues I've really had are 1) super judgmental mindset around life saving drugs like Narcan, 2) if you ever try to call the pharmacy, there's a 95% chance of getting put on hold for at least 15 mins and about a half chance they'll never remember to return to your line. The front counter is pretty sloe between 10pm-6am because the self checkout is closed and they seem to understaff based off the way employees will be running across the entire store. God, I love this place. Besides the narcan thing. The narcan thing isn't cool. read more

This pharmacy is always slow to fill prescriptions. I had a procedure today at 1130. My Dr. called in my prescription at 1300. I went to pick it up at 1600and they told me it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. I leave come back and my prescription is still not filled. Kinda sucks when your having fresh po pain and can't take medication! read more

I'm shocked with the level of their customer service... I don't have the medical history in the United States. I visited them to get help with high blood pressure symptoms, I was driving by feeling dizzy, they were the closest to me so I stopped there knowing what my symptoms are, seeking help. I was told they won't help me even if I get a visit in their room. The reason - no US medical history of high blood pressure. No one even offered to measure my blood pressure. Highly disrespectful and inconsiderate. The gentlemen who denied helping me today should be ashamed of himself. This has nothing to do with good work ethics and genuine care for the potential patient's wellbeing. I do not recommend seeking medical care over there. Very disappointed with the service I received (did not receive). :( read more

At the absolue Apex of Omicrone, Senior citizens walking around...going to get their vaccines. There's a staff member (possibly a manager) not masked AND in an aisle coughing spasmatically. A wet, rattling nasty cough without a mask. A staff member. I can't even imagine. Even if you're super all about freedom and that stuff....if you work at a drug store during a pandemic at least ACT like you care about senior customers. Honestly, there's several staff here who are awesome. I've only had 1 lady that seemed a bit put off to do her job (I was inquiring about a prescription I thought was also due for a refill) but the pharmacist was helpful & took care of it. Unfortunately, it's happened a few times w the same woman, at very different times so I can't say "bad day" & it's why it's 4 stars instead of 5. Everyone else has been great. I was looking for a "leg cast cover" & one of the cashiers helped me look all over for it. I needed a special ingredient allergy med & they again came & helped me look for it. So I really like this location. I also like their minute clinic though I wish it would let me reserve my place online. I've never had that work. read more

HORRIBLE! All of the other reviews are 100% spot on. Rude staff, no one ever answers the phone and when they do they are unhelpful.

Terrible customer service and communication. Spouse visited location to purchase needles for our diabetic cat. They were declined service and told that because our scrip is not with CVS, they will not fill the order (despite the purchase being legal over the counter). I called back to get clarification, and turns out all we needed to do was present evidence of the prescription (not actually have the scrip with CVS), which was never told at the visit. This pharmacy is ridiculous. There's NO reason it should take 7 hours to get a RX filled. My doctor called my prescription in at 11 am. It's now 6 pm and I've arrived to pick it up and they're "still working on it". I used to work in a CVS pharmacy years ago and it NEVER took us this long to fill scripts and we didn't have half the technology they have now. This is just lazy. Or poor staffing. After being a very very loyal customer of Walgreen's for at least 15 years and three states, the local Walgreen's pharmacist on Jacksboro Hwy prompted me to try this CVS pharmacy. I could not be happier. The pharmacy is large and has plenty of items in stock for folks with allergies like me. And the staff is accomodating and helpful when you have questions about combining insurance coverages for the best price , finding creative ways to help you feel better or just answering a general health question. They have also helped with creative discount ideas for items not covered on insurance as well! While the rest of the CVS itself doesn't really wow me, this pharmacy team does! read more

One prescription they forgot to order. By the time they did it expired. Another they ordered so late I had one day to pick up before it expired. The last one was supposed to be ready the day after I filled it. I gave them an extra day. It still wasn't ready. Then I get the push for the flu shot. I had one at my Doctors office. The pharmacist says " this is the new one, did you have the new one?" I said "my doctor gave me a flu shot, key word Doctor" . He says sarcastically, I didn't know Doctor's offices had the new shot but okay" They screw up my script then I have to be upsold? And when I say no I get sarcasm. Nice...pharmacy gets one star. Pharmacist was rude and disrespectful, I was told one thing one day and the next day I was told something completely different. I have always used cvs pharmacies with no problems at all. Until I started going to the cvs off camp Bowie rd. In Fort Worth. Due to the convenience of it being closest to my work and my home. Since switching to this pharmacy location it has been the worst experience I have ever had with a pharmacist named John ( he would not give me full name). Incompetent pharmacy staff. They sold me an expired bottle of nitroglycerin which is a very expensive prescription. Luckily, I caught it before opening the bottle. When I took it back, they didn't have any more and told me they would order it. I called two days ago and they told me they had two bottles. One expires this November and the other expires in December, 2020. I said I would take the 2020 one. Today, I went to pick it up and they didn't have it. Plus another prescription that they were going to order for me was not in as promised. This kind of situation occurs at this pharmacy on a regular basis. Although the employees are very nice and the shelves are well-stocked, I have a serious problem with my bank account being hijacked. Unfortunately, my supplemental Medicare has awful medication coverage and I have several prescriptions with $90 co-pays. I have learned that CVS has a program that people pay to join and then their co-pays for these same medicines are reduced significantly; this plan was never offered to me. On two ocassions, I presented pharmacists with prescription discount cards. Both times I was told that those cards are for people without insurance--no, they're not. Now, I have an app on my iPhone which has directed me drug stores where I can get my prescriptions filled at reduced prices, no mention of insurance. Bye, bye CVS I'll take my business elsewhere and your corporate money grubbers may learn a lesson if enough of us leave. read more

I get monthly Rx for a minor ailment. Courteousness and promptness has never been an issue for me. So, I'd give them a chance. read more
