Thank you for helping us during this stressful time. ********************************************* My husband and I love supporting local businesses, but we won't be using Perrone's as our local pharmacy due to the awful customer service. We have never been before and weren't familiar with working with a pharmacy outside of going to CVS. My husband entered and asked where he could drop off a prescription and the lady working sarcastically looked around and said "hmmm wow that's a great question, I wonder where" then proceeded to talk down to him the entire time he was attempting to fill a prescription that he was only given an emailed PDF of. Instead of guiding him in the right direction, they treated him like he was stupid and asked him what he expected him to do with an emailed rx. There were three other people working the counter that were about as rude and did not step in to help. You can check my other reviews, I am not a Karen and constantly use Yelp to provide positive reviews. We try to treat people like we want to be treated and it's super weird when the customer is being more kind than the staff. Really disappointed and appalled by their behavior. Thanks for making us feel welcome and supported while we're dealing with a very sick elderly cat at home!

This was at the CVS on 1115 8th Ave, Fort Worth, TX 76104. She wasn't nice to me at all because I am an Asian-American woman. She was only nice to the Mexican customer in line in front of me because he was her ethnicity. She acted like she didn't like Asian customers and treated me poorly.

They have a second floor, complete with a staircase leading to their pharmacy, medical supplies, and more retail. I was all up in their toiletries section where I was able to score traveler's versions for the essentials I needed. Customer service seemed to be a little slow, but for the most part was good about helping myself and others find what we needed.
