It's usually done an hour or two later which is fine but why lie about it EVERY SINGLE TIME. The same thing happened today and then after 40 minutes of waiting I went back up there to check on the status and every single person ignored me and just walked past me. That was the last straw why would I give my money to people who are going to see me standing at the counter and ignore me and then lie to me each time I am up there. I had my prescription transferred to Walgreens and I will never do business with this Wal Mart pharmacy again.

Unexpectedly, I started sobbing uncontrollably - it's been a challenging week. I was embarrassed and felt out of control. Sheila and the pharmacy tech embraced and comforted me like I never imagined. The pharmacy here is stellar, but in general, this store is outstanding. They offer a much different assortment of medical care goods than other pharmacies. You can find all kinds of natural remedies, medical equipment, bandage and wound care along with products I have only seen online. I love wondering the isles to find the gems I did not know I needed. Unfortunately, our recent experience with Justin Family Pharmacy was among the most disappointing we've encountered. Following a visit to the emergency room, our son's prescription was sent to Justin Family Pharmacy. Before proceeding, he contacted the pharmacy to confirm they were in-network with TRICARE, and the staff confirmed they were. However, when asked to provide insurance information, the technician requested details such as the RxBIN number. As a military family, we only have a military ID, which typically suffices for prescriptions and does not include an RxBIN. Rather than assisting by looking up the necessary information using our sponsor's Social Security number--a standard procedure--or contacting TRICARE directly, the technician instead advised us to call CVS or Walgreens to have the prescription transferred. When I asked for clarification, he plainly stated that he did not want our business. I was shocked by the dismissive and unprofessional manner in which we were treated. In all our years of dealing with pharmacies both in the U.S. and abroad, we have never experienced such rudeness or unwillingness to assist. This was not only frustrating but disheartening, especially given the high level of respect and care military families are accustomed to receiving in healthcare settings. I hope this feedback encourages a review of service practices at this location. No patient--military or civilian--should be treated with such disregard.

They also texted me to let me know that they had filled the Rx after all. My phone's "Do not Disturb" settings were on, so I didn't see it until this morning. They called me at 9:30 AM to let me know they had filled the Rx and offered to open the store for me to pick it up, since they are closed on Sundays. We met at 10:30 AM and they gave me the medicine. They were apologetic and took care of us due to having to drive in the snow. I have raised my star review to 3 stars 3 because they did fill the Rx and for their consideration of driving in this weather. However, I won't give 4 or 5 stars because this didn't have to happen this way. ORIGINAL: We received our Rx late from the doctor, this was the latest compound pharmacy open that we could find at the time.. We arrived and were told the Rx would take 30 minutes to fill. I was told I would get a call when it was ready. After 45 minutes and closing time coming, I went back in. They had not started making the Rx and they told me they were calling the doctor to change the prescription to a strength that 1)we know doesn't work and 2)I can buy off the shelf. Thry refused to make it, because they didn't want to crush up tablets, despite our precious medicine being made in the same manner. I explained this, as well as told them that we need this strength, because we know it works from using this medicine in the past. They talked to their manager who would not let them crush up the tablets to make the medicine. Now, we will be without the needed medicine, possibly the whole week due to the incoming storms. This place clearly doesn't care about the patient. I will never go to this place again and will be sure to tell everyone to not waste their time here, because you may get refused and they won't bother to call you and tell you, so that you might have a chance to find another compound pharmacy open.

My Dr calls in a prescription and I immediately receive a text looking for payment and delivery information. In very short order, I have it in hand. Usually the next day. I receive a FedEx notice as soon as it goes out. I spoke to them one evening around six and had my package the next morning. They always work with my insurance and find coupons wherever possible. Always a pleasure to work with.
