I visited CVS to purchase sunscreen and unfortunately had a very disappointing customer service experience. During my visit, a group of employees spent nearly 10 minutes openly complaining about working conditions and job stress within earshot of customers. Once they realized customers could hear the conversation, they moved it to a back aisle, leaving the self-checkout area unattended. When I needed assistance because a coupon would not scan properly, I had to search the store for help. The employee who eventually assisted me, Taylor (Shift Supervisor), appeared frustrated at having to step away from the conversation to help a customer. Her interaction came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. While everyone can have stressful days, customers should still be treated with courtesy and respect. What concerned me most was hearing repeated comments about being unable to handle the stress of the position due to her age and workload. Leadership roles in customer service require professionalism, patience, communication, and the ability to remain composed while assisting customers. Based on this interaction, I believe additional customer service training and leadership development would be beneficial before continuing in a supervisory role. I truly hope management focuses on reinforcing professional communication, customer engagement, and consistent service standards. Employees who are overwhelmed or visibly distressed should be supported appropriately to ensure both staff well-being and a positive customer experience. read more

Could I please give zero stars! If I wrote all the details of how many times I have had issues at this and other CVS locations it would look like a book. Sadly my insurance company has a contract with this poorly run company. I feel like most of the issues are probably corporate but sometimes it is hard to tell. Most recently, I got an email from CVS saying they could not fill a 3 month prescription of my diabetes meds and they would text when it was received. They knew 90 days out I would be needing it filled. But I was patient. 10 days later with no updates, I stopped by the pharmacy they said they were still out. It was on back order, I asked if I could get the generic (BTW I get the name brand free and must pay for the generic), they said no CVS in our area had that either. They said they would let me know when it came in. Fast forward another week. I drop by the drive through this time to pick up something else. However, I also inquire about my diabetes medicine again. Same story everyone is out of everything, she checked a 30 mile radius. I told her I would take the generic I would take whatever even though I would be out of pocket. She then started doing more checking and wen radio silent for 5-10 min. Line of cars backed up behind me and I feel bad for the ones I am making wait for my issue. asuddenly the tech comes to the widow with the name brand bottle in her hand. They had it ALL ALONG! FFS! I am very thankfull that the tech followed up and actually checked the broken system. Most of the time when I have personal interactions with the pharmacist or pharm techs the interaction seems positive. However, the sheer number of issues I have had over the last 10 years with this and other locations is enormous. If I wasn't tied to them through my insurance I would leave. If CVS was an airline there would be a plane going down somewhere every week. read more

This is the 2nd month that I haven't been able to refill my son's adderall prescription at the 121 & hall johnson grapevine tx cvs pharmacy. Oddly enough they printed out a sheet that showed that it was picked up 11/12 (which is weird because we had to pay out of pocket to pick it up at Walgreens (not covered by his insurance) on10/23 and pharmacies are very strict with controlled prescription to wait 30 days to refill per the government) There was also an action note on the CVS printout that a text was sent to my son that the refill was too soon on 11/12. So how/why was it marked pickup on the same day when it was too soon to refill??? I am starting to suspect some fraud going on. Unfortunately, the weekend worker didn't know what to say and said I had to talk to the manager on Monday. I have talked to him before with a lot of run around. I will definitely keep taking this up the ladder until I get a resolution. For those of you with children with ADHD you can understand my frustration. read more

I just had to change from Sam's pharmacy while they renovate and decided to use this CVS because it's near my residence. Big mistake. The prescription was called in by my doctors office. Apparently the pharmacy has no system in place to notify a customer when the prescription is ready so I had to guess. I get there to pick up the medicine, no greeting from the staff on hand, I am not even sure if it was a tech or what. Just a quick, I'll be with you in just a minute....5 minutes later, she comes to the window, still no greeting. That will be $however much. No offer to answer questions. No interaction besides the transaction. Cold. Unprofessional. Everyone is not doing their best. Businesses are suffering after pandemic for multiple reasons and it's not because people are doing their best. read more

The absolute worst pharmacy known to man. I don't mean a single visit. I have gone other places for years and then tried this location again thinking that maybe they got it together. Nope. They consistently suck for more than a decade. They may be able to spell customer service, but that would be the extent of their knowledge on the subject. read more

Avoid this pharmacy. This is the closest to my house and I have put up with it because of proximity. Today I had to visit an Urgent Care and the prescription was called in there. Upon going to pick it up, I found out that CVS is in some conflict with BCBS (a major provider) they said they would transfer the prescription to my pharmacy if choosing. After 8 hours and no less than 6 calls by me and Walgreens, still no transfer for medication that was needed as quick as possible. The last call, they said it had already been done and when I told them I was standing at the pharmacy and nothing still had been received, CVS said IT HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE. Wouldn't bother to resend or check again. No wonder so many have given them such poor ratings. read more

Very unhappy with this pharmacy. I had a scheduled Covid test at this location for today and when I arrived the pharmacist in the drive thru asked if I was picking up a prescription or if I had an appointment? When I told her that I had an appointment for a Covid test the pharmacist then said that they are not doing tests today because their system is down and told me to go elsewhere. I don't understand why they would ask if their system was down. I'm upset because I wish I would of been notified to not come to the appointment. I was lucky enough to find another pharmacy a few miles away that could see me within a short time. Honestly this wasn't my first bad experience here. I came here a few months ago as well for a Covid test and the pharmacist asked if I have done this before? When I told her yes she just gave me the bag in the window and walked off. Luckily I remembered some of what to do but she didn't even tell me any instructions. I likely will not come back to this pharmacy and wouldn't recommend it. read more

Have to give them 3 stars for trying CVS 601 Industrial in Euless drive thru will backup 10 cars at a time , so much so that I find myself in line waiting on industrial to pull into the parking lot much like the Starbucks off of Central drive in Bedford . Text that your scrip is waiting and upon arrival they not only cannot find it .., then realize they never had the scrip in stock . Oh ! and now , it will not arrive for another 2 days . If I could give it less stars I would. I went to CVS this afternoon and was told by the rude pharmacy tech that I would need to call after 2:30 because she needed to take a lunch break. I called back after 2:30 and waited on hold for 20 minutes and someone answered and hung up the phone. I called back again and waited on hold for an hour. Needless to say I will go back in person in the morning. I am with everyone else on here. I'm just going to have to transfer my prescriptions somewhere else. read more

Horrible pharmacy... They started to go bad sometime before the covid stuff started. I believe that CVS's are franchised, and a few years back this one changed ownership, it's very dirty inside and outside. Always mistakes with the meds, insurance pricing etc. Cannot believe that corporate CVS allows this. We always had good service with Walgreens. But our insurance provider got in bed with CVS and here we are. Gonna switch over to the CVS inside Target on Glade. Much cleaner in there. read more

After having used Walgreens the last twenty years my insurance company no longer has them as a preferred pharmacy so I made the switch to the CVS on Hall Johnson Rd in Grapevine. Since I noticed a lot of negative reviews I was expecting the worst but to my surprise the pharmacy folks were both friendly and helpful and that goes also to the store cashier. Finally gave up on this and all CVS pharmacies. Moved my scripts somewhere else. Very tired of rude pharmacy staff. Ignore you when you stand there, ignore you in the drive up lane, ignore the phones when you try and call. I am trying to talk to the pharmacy about my prescription on file. First, I was put on hold for 16 minutes. So, I then hanged up to try again, where no one is answering but I am sitting listening to air as I wait for someone to pick up or am I on hold - I gave up here after 5 minutes. When I went in person on a prescription and they adamantly said they didn't have it. I went back and asked the tech are you sure as my dr sent it in earlier. I was going to call my dr as I knew they sent it in for my procedure. The pharmacist had to correct the tech as the prescription was filled. I'm glad in that situation I didn't accept what the tech said and went home. I burn a lot of precious time with this pharmacy read more

CVS is consistently slow in the drive thru where you are either dropping off or picking up. All other business should be conducted inside the store. Please get a handle on this as the current service level is unacceptable and easily corrected with the right attention. I have seen similar posts so I am confidant that this is a common problem. Horrible customer service. Actually in line while pharmacist helping couple in front of me. He looks at me and says pharmacy is closed. I looked at my phone, it was just then 8 o'clock. Incredibly rude. My wife had a prescription waiting that she needed for a trip the next morning. It would have taken 1 minute to transact. Now she will have to get prescription filled at another pharmacy in Richmond when she gets there. We will be changing pharmacies. read more

Worse pharmacy ever. They do not call to tell you they cant fill your order. So you waist your time driving up there. They would not have it ready for 5 days. I wait 10 days and when I arrived the girl at front deck said they did not have it in yet. Finally the physician said it will be ready in 10 minutes. This CVS location is the worst. Service is horrible. Pharmacists revolve in and out of this store like a merry go round. The regional manager is rude, condescending and does not do anything to improve the poor, poor performance at this retail outlet. They have gotten my medications wrong and also shorted me on the # of pills several times. The whole management team of this organization needs a serious, serious review. Plan on waiting at least 45 minutes to pick up your prescription. CVS is horrible and I can not wait until my Insurance plan drops them. read more

WHAT A JOKE "David Lee" Went to fill script , with no line inside or out, also five people in the pharmacy working! They tell me 30min, no problem I left and can back in 20. (In drive thru). I told I was just checking, then David lee told me anothe 20-30, he also demanded I left drive thru, said I couldn't wait there. I told him if a car pulled up I would drive back around. Believe the reviews! Save some time and stress by staying away from this CVS and go across the hiway to the Glade CVS or even the local Walgreen. This location is teeming with rude, uninformed, incompetent, lazy, and uncaring employees from the manager all the way down to the cashier. Walk in and listen to the phone ring off the wall while employees stand around staring blankly into space or typing on their phones. Listen to the pharmacist yell across the counter at the poor elderly lady about getting her prescription, wander around the dirty unkept aisles with miss marked, unstocked shelves. Don't even dare asked for or enter their restrooms! I would suggest ANY other pharmacy. read more

What an absolutely joke of a pharmacy. Have never once had a good experience with Techs or managers. Waited 5-10 minutes for no answer then for them to come back to tell us they closed early, after waiting there for them, not get any service and to be told they closed early at 2(I got there at 1:43). I guess my throat can continue swelling up without my medication. Ridiculous. read more

I had never been to the store and I found it on Yelp. I had run out of a prescription and was not due to get more in the mail for a few days. This CVS sits on a quiet corner in a remarkably busy area. I was greeted by the manager when I walked in the door. There were not very many customers on a Saturday morning and I walked straight back to the pharmacy where they had three people on duty. I was then greeted by the pharmacist, Dr. Patel, and I told him I was out of my prescription but was in their system and needed a few days supply. He took my empty prescription bottle and went around the corner and came back with seven days supply, shook my hand and said, "Take this no cost. We just want your business." On my way out the store manager urged me to come back soon. I will. read more

If I could give 0 stars I would. I have called at least 10 times to get my sons prescription refilled and they NEVER have it ready. Almost every time it's a different excuse. They chose to not refill it because "there would be too much left in the bottle and they didn't want it to be wasted." My son is 5 months old and can't take large amounts of medicine. They also chose to not refill it because it would cost $$$. Every time they decide to not refill it, they also don't call to let me know so I show up thinking everything is ready to go. I waited 2 WEEKS for my badly needed, *prescribed* medications. It was a battle between CVS and my "doctor," both of whom said that it was the other's fault (of course). I went to this location yesterday and they gave me back my prescription because they were "sick of waiting" for my doctor to do the PA. (join the club, you clowns) I went to another CVS because my prescription provider is CVS/Caremark (unfortunately). They filled the prescription the same day. Who is lying to whom? read more

If you need a Covid test for travel don't go to this store. There is only one line of traffic for pharmacy window handling pharmacy pickup and Covid drive through testing. I arrived 10 minutes before my scheduled appointment as requested and sat in line 30 minutes without moving. A car at the pharmacy drive through window was there the entire time! I called the store manager and he said he would check on it. I called again and the manager transferred me to the pharmacy, but no one answered the phone in the pharmacy. It is a waste of time to try to get tested here! read more

The store does not recognize coupons that it sends out. I went to the store on 3/1 with a coupon that I had received with an effective date of 3/1 to 3/14. Store representative, Ali, claimed it was expired. I showed him the effective date. He just said I could not use it. Terrible customer service. read more

As a prescriber, CVS sends an overwhelming amount of bogus refill requests that "patient request." One of ten patients actually request this and the other 9/10 is their company trying to sell more medication because if we refill the patient thinks we want them to take it. This takes a tremendous amount of time to delineate which are actually requests by the patient and takes time away from patient care. As a patient (from personal experience), CVS does not allow good rx coupon to be filled in the drive thru. So I could pay $50 with my insurance or come inside and pay $16 cash. This protocol is highly discriminatory against those with a disability that make it difficult to get in and out of cars. I would have been happy to give the info and come back (despite no one being behind me in line) but they refused saying it will still count against their wait time in their system. Sorry if you are more concerned with numbers in the system than helping patients. read more

Her kindness and willingness to go the extra mile, even though I unwittingly arrived a few minutes before the pharmacy closed with a somewhat complicated script, not only saved my bacon but also made a fan out of me.
